(She's a brunette with pale skin. Her wings and tail are mostly black with red on the lining of her wings (Not the fabric-like stuff holding her wings together) and the end of her tail. She wears blue jeans and currently is wearing a blood red top. The horse-like mark below her eye is actually a scar from someone who loved to make designed scars.)Koscha 13 Years Old Female Demon Koscha's parents and only brother were killed the day before she was one year old. The murderer kidnapped her and kept her with him in England for years. Her bedroom was in what used to be a pantry, with the door moved to out in the hallway. Only her twin sized bed fit in there, so shelves were built from scrap wood to hold clothes and other things. She grew up in there, often getting sick from the heat of the cramped room. He would sometimes lay her and strap her to the kitchen table, then grab a knife and cut scars into her skin. She has several designed scars on her back, one around her belly button, some on her legs and arms as well. Some were animals, others plants and shapes, and then there was a sun on her stomach, making her belly buton the core of it. She wasn't let out often, except when she was to cook, clean, or go to the bathroom. Not to mention she never was allowed to shower, brush her teeth, never got her hair cut, and hardly had any clothes that fit her. Koscha was forced to believe that her kidnapper was her brother, but later found out that was a lie. She packed up all her clothes, her favorite childhood book, and plastic animal toys she collected over the years, and left when nighttime came. She had stolen a very large amount of money from him, so she used it to buy a plane ticket back to America, and bought a small house in Montana. She had made herself at home in the one bedroom, one bathroom home. But it was lonely there, so she went out to go buy a dog. She returned home with a young bat instead. She decided to care for the bat, and treat it as family. Koscha still thinks about buying a dog still.

((Nice I'll start.))
Melody was in her cage in the petshop scared and alone. Her mother had just been sold so all she had was a stuffed animal and nothing else to keep her feeling safe. Some of the other bats which were not as rare as her were being bought and given new homes. She was shaki and hops over to the edge of the cage and started to give little squeaky screeches trying to get some attention. No one wanted her since she was very young and costs $100 dollars while the others were $50 and under. She was a rare bat known as a bright wing which wasn't often seen around here. Her mother was also a bright wing but the person who bought her was only interested in buying one. She then gets even more scared when a gloved hand reaches into her cage and she started to screech frantically. She didn'tknow that they were only going to feed her.

Koscha walked into the local pet store. She was looking for a dog, a medium or large sized dog perferrably. She went over to the section where they had their dogs for sale. Most of them were small, and if they were the size she wanted, they were too expensive for her. She sighed, scratching the back of her head in disappointment. She started to head towards the doors when a section with bats caught her eye. How peculiar it was to her, she'd never heard of a pet store that sold bats before. She decided to go take a look. Most of them were a type of fruit bat, and a few vampire bats. But one particular one caught her eye, the only one of it's kind in the section. Koscha saw a Brightwing bat, a very young one too. How interesting, she knew that it was more of a rare subspecies of bat, rarely seen in Montana. She saw the price of it. It too, was more expensive than what she'd thought she'd spend on a dog, but it wasn't likely that it would be in the store the next time she came back. She went up to the front desk and talked to the store owner, whom she paid. He got one of his workers to get a cage for the bat and to get it in there for her. Koscha was excited on the inside, since it would be unusual to have as a pet.

Melody started to fly around the cage and screeches as the hand reached in again. She was the caught and gently placed in a cage and flies around the cage in a frenzy. She was not use to being handled by anyone since she was so young. The owner then gives Koscha some formula for Melody and told ehr to always where a glove until Melody was used to her holding her. Once the cage was brought to the front Melody had calmed down after the stuffed animal was placed in there. SHe clings to it and stays close to it. She then looks up at Koscha with her big bat eyes. She looked so cute and sweet. Once they were in the car she was calm and quiet. But she fell asleep by the time they got home.

(Oh yeah! That 13 year old is so awesome she's allowed to drive already! ^.^)
She listened to him and nodded in an understanding way. She looked at the bat and how she clung onto a stuffed animal. Koscha gave the bat a small, reassuring smile and she took the cage's handle into her hand. She thanked the store owner and walked out the door and to her truck, which was probably new in the year she was born. It was beat up somewhat, but it got her from Point A to Point B, and that's all that mattered to her. That, and a working radio system. The truck was a blue color, which Koscha perferred. SHe opened the passanger door and put the cage on the seat, then shut the door and got into the drivers seat and started up the truck. The radio system had a music CD already in it by Hinder. She started to drive home with All American nightmare playing quietly in the backround.

(We both already saw it. I forgot the name of it, but it's always fun to watch it! ^.^)
Koscha parked the car in the driveway, since she had no garage. She got out of the truck and went to the other side and got the cage out and shut that door, then locked the truck. She unlocked the front door of the house and walked in, shutting and locking it. Koscha tossed the keys to her car and house over to the kitchen from the living room. "It's not much, but this is home," She said to the bat, going into her bedroom and putting the cage on her nightstand next to her alarm clock. Even though she was given specific instructions, she opened the cage and put half of her arm in it for Melody to climb onto it so she could be fed. She didn't wear the glove since she's already been hurt enough in the past, so several bat scratches wouldn't bother her too much. Koscha didn't grab Melody because she thought that it would be better for her to do it on her own and not accidentally hurt her.

((Yea that it is my fav video.))
Melody then slowly climbs onto Koscha's hand and didn't bite or make a fuss as sheusually did. Those men didn't know what they were doing when it came to bats. She then climbs onto Koscha's shoulder and rubs her soft head against her cheek. She then said in bat language "Mommy." She liked Koscha and felt she could relate to her and felt safe with her. She then licks her cheek with her little tongue.

(Ah.) "Wow, if you already trust me then those men at the pet store must have not been nice to you at all," Koscha said with a smile, keeping her arm extended as she walked down the hallway and into the kitchen. She kept her arm extended so that way her shoulder wouldn't move nearly as much so the bat wouldn't feel unsafe there. She grabbed the formula from her pocket with her other hand and started to read the instructions that were conveniently labeled on the bottle.

((Yea But for now I'm going to take a nap. Ttyl))
Melody then climbs onto the counter and watches as Koscha makes the formula. She then comes over to Koscha when they formula was ready adn since tehre was an eye dropper in the box that was what Koscha had touse since Melody's mouth was so little.

(Bye! ^.^)
Koscha made sure to correctly prepare the formula and carefully poured it into the eye dropper. She held out the eye dropper towards the bat so she could drink it.

Melody then started to suck on the eye dropper and was making cute suckling noises. Once it was empty she waits for more and does the same thing a few times before she was full. Once she was full she crawls over to Koscha and climbs onto her arm hanging upside down and falling asleep.

Koscha repeatively gave the bat it's formula until it didn't want any more. She set the eye dropper down on the counter next to the formula bottle, closing the cap and put them both away, not minding that she had a sleeping bat on her arm while she did that. She walked into her bedroom, then carefully and gently grabbed the bat and let it hang on the bird-swing that was in the cage. Koscha walked to her closet and took a blue notebook from the very top rack of her cloest. She closed the closet doors and sat down at her desk and grabbed a pencil, continuing to write a story she started when she first moved here. As she wrote, she started to wonder if a bat was really a good idea to have in the family.

Melody slept for a good 2 hours and when she woke up she was climbing on the bars of the cage wanting out. She hated cooped up. She started to squeak and flap her wings wanting to try and fly around.
