While watching some cartoons, I noticed some Illuminati symbols. Yugi's "Millennium Item" Was in the shape of a pyramid with an eye in the middle. Sasuke's Sharingan had eyes that swirled that looked like "666".
Do you think these cartoons are affiliated with the Illuminati?

Yugi's millennium puzzle piece is like that because it's part of Egyptian style culture which is a major theme in the show, I doubt it has anything to do with the illuminati. Naruto Shippuden does probably have some relation, they do talk a lot about the New World Order and there are a lot of subliminal references in my opinion.

I've seen cartoons(Amerimation) and anime who have symbolism, but none of it is likely created by anyone who has anything to do with 'those' people. Just that the creators seen it and put it in their shows.

anime people love the occult and mysteries. If they wanted an Illuminati aspect, they would put it in without question. Then they would brag about how cool it was in one of those live action background interviews with voice actors, musicians, and the director.
For Japanese people, it's about being authentic, but also improving upon the old. So when they do something like a conspiracy, they will first perfect the art, and then they will add something new to it.
I don't know why they would ban anime in Tokyo, it's hardly anywhere in Japan except the trains and certain districts of Tokyo itself. There's channels that play it but you have to pay for them. The first time I saw anime in Japan was while staying at a hot springs resort along side Fujisan, the second time was at the Prince Hotel in Tokyo.
When I was staying at the Buddhist temple, they had vending machines for all sorts of tea, but they didn't have anime. I would have traded the former for the latter.

Yu-Gi-Oh Was very Egyptian styled, though. So, it's not bad when you see the combination of the few. Mostly because certain symbols are used in combination of jewelry. For example, the eye of Horus or Atum is used in the mixture of the Sa or Ankh. The symbols are used for something else and doesn't really reference Illuminati.
Although, many animes have spoken of anti-government. The older anime, Samurai X, was really about anti-government by talking about it's corruption with the soldiers and all the top heads, missions they did, etc... Although, that's because it WAS corrupted. Samurai X spoke about how Samurais true nature. Samurais didn't have a honorable code or anything like that in reality. No, they were super loyal. The difference is that samurais did what they were told which could have been either stopping a bad criminal or slaughtering a village. Hell, if they were told to do it, their code said they had to.
So, not every show has this black and white symbolism. It usually stands for something else. Don't jump to a conclusion when, hey, you see a triangle or something like that.
Although, no doubt, you WILL find songs literally SAYING about how they relate to the illuminati and Free Masons.
" uh, uh, and aint nobody fresha. I'm in Mason. Uuuhhh....Martin Margiela. "
That was a line from Jay-z's song Who's Gonna Run This Town Tonight. I don't really listen to Jay-z but this song has been storming up with conspiracy theorists quite a lot. Of course, there are MANY others that talk about it, too. Even the Beatles. But, those are pretty much right out in the open to view with only a quick click away at google to look at the lyrics or just to listen to the song.
Anime, that's a bit unlikely since some are subliminal and most likely untrue.

But the entire show if you follow the story line, it relates very much to our own lives and how the shadow government runs things and have evil plans in their agenda.

If you're talking about Kuroshitsuji, yes. It was the most demonic manga/anime I've seen and it just makes you think demons are "attractive", and that was around the time where I was such a fool. In the story the demon butler was made to be attractive, and he simply seduced a nun, and there were the inverted pentagon shapes all over, on the left hand, in the eye, and in addition an eye was covered. Another one is Ao No Exorcist. The main protagonist is a son of Satan, and yet he was made to be conveyed to the audience in such a way that we would find him attractive too. And it seems that the anime company was the same that made the kuroshitsuji anime. That's why I want to change my username.

What about Bleach? I've read the manga for I don't know how long, and I've seen all these references. I forget the name of another anime with very strong bad vibes. I think it was Fullmetal alchemist.

FMA would definitely be one anime that has ties in with the occult subculture, especially the Brotherhood releases. While I find the show to be fascinating, I did notice a lot of references. A one world ruling government willing to slaughter their citizens for selfish and political gain, etc.
American cartoons are particularly bad, especially those made by Seth McFarlane and company. I've seen episodes of American Dad, for instance, that feature the main character Stan praying inside of a pentagram for acne relief. Acne relief. Countless instances where they bash on God and Christianity as a whole. Ugly Americans is another one, although they are not quite as subtle in their imagery.

And it seems that the anime company was the same that made the kuroshitsuji anime. That's why I want to change my username. i will have you know that not all demons are evil. for example, Lucifer is a being of change, that means one moment he is good, on minute he is evil. also, Samagina is neutral, and in fact teaches sciences, some demons are good, and help people. others on the other hand are indeed evil. the ability of free will grants one the option to be good. and thus, given most angels do not have free will, and demons do you have to consider, that the "good" demons have the option and temptation of evil, but still choose good, Angels do not have the temptation of evil because they cannot choose. thus, the good demons in a sense should be seen as more righteous then most Angels. give credit to the people that can be evil but choose not to be, not the people that do not have the option nor the thought to choose a side. oh, and on top of that, good and evil are matters of perspective.

There's hints to the Illuminati in two animes that I know of:
1.) HSOTD (High School of the Dead), which is about Armageddon and zombies. In one of the episodes, the viewing angle passes over a sign above a street saying "Route 666" (or South 666? Can't remember).
2.) Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler), which is about a boy in the Victorian times who contracted with a demon. There's no obvious references in the anime except for in the episode of Angela/Ashe and the Doomsday books. For the manga, there's one page with Ciel standing in front of many drawers. One drawer is opened with it labeled #666 and Sebastian's hand(?) shown from out of the drawer.
All of these are from my memory only.
