Her twin brother Tuomas was killed in the first Dance she was a part of, at age 25. The Wayosen won that year. He was of the fιєяσи faction and died as he refused to kill his twin. Isobelle, overcome by the power of grief, destroyed her brother's killer. To this day, the sight of the Dierasck scythe sweeping Tuomas' head from his body haunts her dreams and she has withheld a sincere hate for that guild. Training hard, she was thrilled when she was selected for the Dance, not fully caring for her own life as much as destroying the guild who took her brother from her. To either win or die would be welcome to the elf, although she looks forwards the former rather than the latter. She has developed many relationships that help her in many ways, and she hopes for another successful dance. She has a way of receiving information that startles many, and surprises far more. There is not much that Isobelle is not willing to do in order to get the job done. Her intelligence is hardly questioned, her ability to calculate movements, trajectory, and patterns make her a formidable assassin. Isobelle is very secretive, the fact that Tuomas is her late brother is known to hardly any but her family and the silent Watchers of the game. It is a burden she bears well, her assassin training giving her the ability to turn that grief into power she can use against her enemy. However fiercely she wishes to protect her dead brother, she withholds her sharp tongue against the bitter words of his guild, who would have won if it were not for Tuomas' falter. Her anger is very focused, and although she may chide assassins below her, she is known as a forgiving teacher, however rough her training may in fact be. She will not go easy on the students she teaches, even if it means them earning many scars. She is close friends with the head of the guild, Demoness Nashika, although they do not speak often. When they do, it is not very known by the guild, and Isobelliana would like to keep it that way. She was orphaned and lived alone since her master teacher, Dreiden, died in the Dance, leaving her the scythe her master has crafted. Zya hid and traveled town after town, investigating Dreiden's ill-fated death. She was one of the most favored students, however Zya would rather trained alone after her master's death, keeping Dreiden's instructions and lessons locked in her young mind. Her quest for answers led her to the underworld's capital, where she evaded relations with other suspicious factions, using only her own instincts and wit.
