In The Name of the Moon 2011 Players Choice Awards

Here at ItNotM, we are fortunate enough to have a thriving RP environment, full of players who turn our metaplots into exciting events. As GMs, we feel truly honored to have such an active shop. We are constantly floored by the creativity and initiative taken by our players, and we try to reward those players whenever and wherever we can. However, we understand that we often may miss some people who deserve to be rewarded along the way, and we don't want hard work to go unrecognized.

So we're asking for your help! We need your extra eyes and ears for our upcoming metaplot event!

This metaplot will double as the introduction of our first Players Choice event, where players will get to vote for their favorite metaplot candidates. YOUR votes will determine five of the award recipients -- so keep your eyes peeled for talent!"

How It Works:

1. You MUST have a character in the shop to vote (you don't have to be participating in the metaplot, though we encourage it so that you can interact with other players and their new civilians).
2. Each player gets FIVE votes to use throughout the metaplot. You might want to save your votes for a while!
3. Use the following form to PM your votes to Guardian Cosmos, a new mule we made for event voting! You do not have to vote all at once! You may submit your votes individually throughout the event whenever a certain characters does something that grabs your attention.



4. The FIVE players with the most nominations will be awarded prizes at the end of the metaplot. There will be no GM interference with these votes, and GMs themselves will not be voting for these five slots.

The Rules

1. You may not vote for yourself
2. Remember that you are voting for THIS METAPLOT ONLY, meaning you are voting based on what they do with their civilian metaplot character.
3. Please do not “trade votes” or otherwise encourage ballot stuffing or friend-voting.

Hey guys, just wanted to give a heads-up because I have heard that some people aren't sure when a good time to start sending in votes for Players' Choice is!

Now is a great time to start looking for candidates and weighing your votes. We're starting to get a few of them but would really love some more! We've got a nice pool of prizes...but not sure who to give them to.
