i need some help here some of the guys i know say that her effect that says: while this card is face-up in the field, when you draw a fairy-type monster(s), you can reveal 1 of those monsters to draw one more card, can only be used once when you draw and not to get unlimited draw power if you keep drawing fairies. is this true?

I dont know which version your referring to with Tethys, but the one I have doesnt state while its face up on the field. It just says when you draw a fairy-monster(s), you can reveal it to draw another one. My guess, it could be continuous while you draw a card. I have it, but I have never used it before so I dont know what to tell you.

It only works while the monster is face up on the field, and I think it also happens only once per draw.

Just like with Heart of the Underdog, you can keep using the effect of Tethys as long as the last card you draw and reveal is a Fairy monster.
