Sotaru was the closest thing to a father that Tsukiko had ever had, so she respected him. He was the person who allowed the village to adopt her. Sotaru looked up to see a pinkish haired girl run through his office and jumped him to give the Neikage a hug. The girl was Tsukiko, a young girl with gifted talent that Sotaru brought in to the village. Sotaru embraced her as a small smile grew on his face. Hello Tsukiko, how have you been?

Sotaru rested his head on his fist while listening to Tsukiko. I'm alright, just going through some documents and notes from our first war. It seems to be a good turn out for a starting village. Sotaru went back in direction to the scrolls. He turned back to Tsukiko. Rest up good Tsukiko, don't overdo yourself with your training. Mastering new jutsus are not as easy as it seems.

Sotaru smirked, lifted a scroll then balanced it on one of his fingers. We as shinobi train and/or work as hard as we can first so that we may relax later on. Sotaru let the scroll down then remembered something important. Realizing that the very thing he remembered, involved Tsukiko herself. Tsukiko, the Chuunin Exams are approaching soon, and I need a proctor for these exams. Will you be one of my few proctors?

Sotaru lifted a scroll out of his drawer which on its label, contained "Chuunin Exams" on it. Opening it up and taking out a pen and wrote down Tsukiko's name in a certain section and rolled it back up. Good, I will inform you later on, which part of the exam you will be proctoring. Sotaru pulled out a smaller and thinner scroll and wrote a message on it and rolled that up and tied it. Following it up with summoning of a snake that appeared on the table. Sotaru placed the scroll he written on inside the snakes mouth and watch it slither away out of the room heading straight to its target.

He turned to Rikyu and pulled out a cigarette and began to light it. Unlike other villages, where the office is usually the tallest and largest building, ours is underground. Ryan turned again and began to walk inside. Going down a few passage ways, Ryan made it to the door and began to knock on it.☩

 Rikyu Akio "The Light That Shines The Way" Ex-Anbu Cp:1,570 Kanji Active/Inactive Hearing that most kage's buildings were outside this one was under ground and got Rikyu interested and wanted to know more about it. "Why is the kage's building under ground?" Rikyu said to him as they walk inside.
