The directions Merope provided...Led you to a vageuly familiar place; Floresctival Lake. At least you're pretty sure it's Floresctival Lake, seeing as the area had been cleaned of debris from the unfortunate Fearados attack. You soon realize that there is a rather impatient looking and suspiciously overdressed Ferryman waiting on the shore, ushering you closer to check your invitation list. (Un?)Fortunately for you, you're on the list! A short boat ride later and you're standing on a floating dock, with somewhat crude signs pointing down into the water, right above an anchored rope. Under the water you climb, following the signs and getting occasionally smacked by the tail of a suspiciously glowing fish, until you spot an overturned boat along the bottom amongst the debris... Welcome to the Party! The Invite ListYou may still RSVP (and get floaties for guests!) HEREAmritaAymet Bently Hurst Christof - +1 - Barth Ciaran Quinn CyrillaDelphyne Efflo Happy HerrykMalodore - +1 - Riley - +1 - Hasuko Maritess MeropeMoure KoureNekhbet Ode OwlRain Rottingham Samantha Lee - +1 - Siddie Shehk IordanescuShine Tabitha Skulling Valentino Johann To---...Valentino Things to note This is the thinly veiled Rules section. All living guests must wear their floaty! No floaty, no entry! Removing your floaty is grounds for removal from the party! Attempted party crashers will be given the beat down by the Ferryman, who is actually very alert and on-the-ball. If you get out of hand, we will first ask you to leave, and failing that we will have a bouncaaa punt you out. You have been warned. This may be added to! OOC note; This is not a GM-run event. While Maru is a GM, she also has a student (gasp, aah)! Any and all prizes given will come straight from the personal accounts of Maru, Pach or Enoh.

Shehk's vie for Public Relations! She wants all the support she can get!Shehk wasn't at the Florescetival to do campaigning with everybody else, so she's taking this small opportunity to help Merope with the party-publicity as well as remind people that she's running and to keep her in mind! However, if she's not quite your flavor, voting for Amrita is just as good! Undead Power! She hasn't left any promises out on paper to be read, but if asked about it, she'll happily answer any questions anybody has about what she hopes to accomplish (and quite honestly so). Just to keep it all in mind, she's left a few goodies next to a plushie that a mysterious benefactor made for her! Note They're delicious. Take one. Or two. Save me from myself before I eat them all! ~Shehk Iordanescu

Amrita's little Corner All your fish tanks are belong to her! Ha-haaa. No really, she needs them! Amrita is also trying out for Public Relations, but if she's just not your thing, Vote for Shehk! Givin the Undead some Student Council Lovin! GAME TIME - Catch those fish! This game will run throughout the entire event! It had been a good idea at first, to attach glowing bracelets to probably all of her fish for the party's lighting. What they didn't take into consideration was just how big the lake was, and that the fish wouldn't stay in one place like they wanted to! Luckily, thanks to the donations of fish tanks and bowls, they have places to store the fish after the bracelets are taken...but you need to catch them, first! This is where you come in! CATCH THOSE FISH! How to play - RP your attempt to catch the fish! - Roll a d20 with your post! - Any caught fish must have their bracelets removed Match your roll with the following results:1 - You did not manage to catch a fish! But! You...somehow got a splinter. Huh. 2-5 - You caught a fish! It was difficult, you probably got fin-slapped a lot, but you did it! 6-10 - You did not catch a fish, but you did catch some seaweed! Huzzah! You still got fin-slapped and bitten in your attempt. 11-15 - You caught a fish! It tried to bite you and it probably did, but hey, you caught it! 16-19 - You did not catch a fish, but you didn't actually get hurt in the process either! YAY! 20 - You caught a fish, and it was stupid easy. It was probably tired of swimming anyway. The Prize?!The top two fish catchers at the end of the event will have their choice of prize, from from the following list of things Amrita randomly found in her room; A Bioluminora (generously donated from Pach!), a Nautilus, A rare Emeraldback Floresce, a Delicious Cake Bottle, a Friendship Bracelet Bottle, Battle Seeds, and probably more! ** Prizes subject to change Current Counts - Last updated ______--Nobody has played yet!--

There is a note here. And given the location of where the note is, it's no surprised to find that whoever wrote it carved it into a plank of wood, secured to one side of the overturned boat that made up the "roof" and breathable area. Whoever wrote it also went through the extra step of making the words themselves glow. Quote: Hey there!
Enjoying the party? Like being underwater? Then consider joining club BLURP! It's short for Bonus Level Underwater Recreational Pasttimes. If you want to know more, come talk to me, Merope! I'm the glowy one.
Hope you have a good time! I know I will be.
- Merope ...Ah. That made sense as to how and why everything was glowing. Hanging next to the note are several bent nails, and hanging off of them are various glowstick necklaces and bracelets. Care to take one?

Amrita clapped her hands together, which was an entirely useless move considering they were under water. Still, it felt like the right thing to do, and she turned her attention towards Merope and Shehk, a smile on her patchwork face. "There! Everything's ready, yeah?" The ghoul looked around, spotting a random and still ticking clock in the debris at the bottom of the lake, and nodded. "They should be arriving soon! Oh jack this is exciting!" *u* She'd never helped host a party before! This was gonna be so cool! (( UNDEAD PARTY IS OPEEEEEEEN ))

Shehk was still impressed they'd gotten enough help to steal all the debris they had from the runes that had once been Florescetival Booths. They had served a good life. Now they would serve a good unlife. Oh, it was ironically fitting and the pricolici's tail wagged back and forth.
"I think so! Though I think your Floresce swam off. It's gonna be a touch dark down here. Hopefully people grab a glow stick at the very least!" She motioned to one of the ones Merope had left out. "That'll keep people from swimming -too much- into the dark..."
Not that Shehk could really swim. She more... walked on the bottom of the lake and grabbed on to random things. She could dog-paddle like a boss though!

"Y-yeeah..." Amrita fidgeted her hands in front of her, and then buried her fingers entirely into her waving hair, playing with it. "We'll...have to catch them is all, didn't really think that one through..." She admitted sheepishly, biting her lower lip. The mention of the dark had her turning her attention to the distances where the fish weren't going (yet), and for a moment she looked thoughtful.
"Well...if they do stray, they could probably just go to the surface and spot the dock, r-right?" Hopefully, they wouldn't even go OUT there! "Maybe we should have added a warning..." Learning experience and all that!

Finding a fish tank hadn't been hard for Cyrilla. Dumping the treasures out of it, on the other hand, had been a problem. You just couldn't go leaving gold coins sitting around willy nilly. There was a rhyme and a reason to the way she organized her valuables, however she'd been assured there was good cause to do so.
She'd already texted Merope to complain. Course, he just figured she should give him his gold back. Silly leviathan. That's not what she'd asked him about.
Eventually most of it just got tossed into the main pile. She'd just get another tank later. She was pretty sure Merope had some at his place.
The aftermath left her wandering towards Floresctival Lake, across the ferry, and into the water. On her way down she snapped at a rude, glowing ... tail slapping fish. The ghoul's thoughts moved to chase it, but her attention was drawn to the overturned boat. That must have been the place.
Making her way over, she noticed a pair of ghoul's that, she somewhat recognized just from seeing around the school. One was a Fearleader for sure, and she was pretty sure the other was the one who had comforted her on the boat ride last spring.
"Hello." Cyrilla chirped as she made her way closer to the pair. She vaguely felt like she was intruding, but she didn't see Merope anywhere at the moment, so she couldn't wiff the bag of coins she'd dragged along for him. That'd be self-indulgent entertainment for later.
((Edit : D: I may be reaaaally slow to reply at times; just to let anyone I interact with in this know. I broke some bones in my foot on the weekend so I'm doing a lot of 'off computer' time atm. I will try my best to keep up though! ))

Malodore was rarely excited to attend a party - even things like the Prom were an effort, even though they were also wonderful. The plague doctor wasn't a naturally social creature, after all. Still, a party that was just for the undead and their guests had a certain appeal that could not be denied...
... and putting its guests in mandatory floatation devices did as well.
"Hasuko, you look prezioso," it said, again, as the three of them - plague doctor, illithid, and kappa - headed towards the lake. "And you are lovely as ever, mia cara." Yes, going with its oldest friend and its 'ghoulfriend' (even if that word seemed, well, flippant) was definitely a plus. Especially since the party would be small.
And Hasuko was wearing the kappa floaty. It was almost as cute as Dolce. Not as cute as Luce, of course, but few things were.

"Um, thank you." Hasuko said giving her friend a polite but slightly strained smile. She nervously adjusted the kappa floaty around her waist, feeling awkward.
"Thank you for inviting me too." she added yet again for quite possibly a hundredth time since Malodore first invited her. "Are you sure I'm not imposing? I can split off if you want some, um, alone time." She flicked her eyes nervously to Riley.
The mindlfayer had always been nothing but gracious and kind to her but Hasuko also found her to be rather intimidating. In fact, the kappa held her slightly in awe.
It was a relief when she got to the water. It was a good distraction from her nervousness. Hasuko gratefully jumped in, immediately feeling more at ease in her natural element. The floaty was awkward and impeded her swimming but Hasuko was a guest and so she abided by the rules. The kappa kicked strongly with her webbed feet and swam down towards the party.

Parties weren't really on Riley's priority list at the moment. Still, there was little Mal could ask her for that she would refuse. She gave Hasuko a gentle expression, shaking her head. The kappa was off into the water before she could say a word, but it was nice to watch the ghoul in her element. Riley prodded her own floaties in annoyance, and her tentacles began braiding themselves behind her.
Well. Shall we? She held her hand out for Malodore, to help it into the water. She would enter after it was safely on its way.

Malodore opened its beak in a smile. "You are quite welcome. I have never invited anyone to a party before, truly." A dance, yes, but not a party! "We will have a splendid time-"
And then Riley gestured it towards the water.
Malodore gave said water a look of extreme distaste. Ah, yes. It knew there had to be a reason why it didn't like this particular party, and here it was, rearing its ugly and damp head. True, being underwater wasn't technically an issue for plague doctors, as they certainly didn't need to breathe, but bandages got so horribly sodden when damp.
"I, ah. I think I will take the boat to the dock," it said, gesturing at the ferryman who was even now looking at them all. If it could postpone the inevitable wetting, then by Jack it was going to. It hurriedly stepped onto the boat before anyone got any ideas about pushing it.

"Hello!" Shehk greeted back to Cyrilla brightly, seeming more than happy to welcome the third ghoul into the conversation. "It's nice to see some people joining us." she said, her tail wagging a bit, a trail of blue forming along after it. However, once it stilled again, the glow vanished. A motion-based thing, perhaps.
"It's....Cyrilla, yes? I think so. Am I right?" Shehk seemed to waffle between her options, again hoping she hadn't guessed the name of the cousin-with-a-penchant-for-being-naked as she had done when she guessed at Merope's name. She more or less was decent with names, especially in the undead dorms where so few of them roamed, but it was still an attempt to be made about things.
======
The ferryman looked at both Hasuko and Riley to check and make sure they had those ridiculous looking arm-floaties. Yep. That checked out.
"Going across, then?" he asked, looking to Malodore.

"Hello!" The Patchwork said happily, easily turning her attention away from Shehk and to the Dragoness that was addressing them. She looked very familiar, and it took a moment of quite blatant staring for Amrita to recognize her; it helped that Shehk called her name. Ah, Cyrilla! That ghoul from the boat! "You're looking very well!" She complimented, recalling how out of sorts the ghoul was the last time they met.
When she looked up next, she spotted Hasuko with her floaties. Ohh, a guest! How cute, the Kappa got the Kappa floatie! It was so very fitting, and the Vetala couldn't help but smile, raising a hand to wave the ghoul over. "Hello, welcome!"

Riley looked down at the water forlornly, before helping Malodore into the boat. She followed, and sat at the edge, her eyes following Hasuko's swimming form as they did so.
We should invest in getting you some waterproof bandaging, my love. It would have come in handy at a time like this. She turned to give it a faint expression of amusement, before reaching out to take its hand. At least Hasuko seems more comfortable in her element. I do hope she enjoys herself.
