[The scenery of the stage is depicted by the floor/weather/trap settings bellow. Where it does not depict, assume the normal features of an arena that they would've replaced. The fight will start when both players have posted their initiative and will end once one is no longer capable or willing to continue. At any point and time a player can NPC an Announcer/Audience if they so do choose to add in the flavor text but at no point may they control the actions of the NPC.]

Water Floor
A large lake is in the center of the ring stretching about 40 feet down. The water is dotted with many single foot sized wooden polls.
De-Buff:
Thus players must do one of the following each round or suffer a de-buff that can't be removed without completing one the following requirements.
1. Make an Agility(x2) vs 100 check to keep your balance on them. Failure makes you fall in the water.
2. Have a wall crawling or similar jutsu that allows you to keep your balance / stick to a surface active.
3. Have water walking or similar jutsu that lets you stand on liquid active.
If you are in the water, you suffer -100 accuracy to attacks and -150 to dodge do to water weighing you down. If you have a Jutsu that lets you swiftly move through the water then this can be counter acted completely.
Danger:
If you fall in the water and are stunned or grappled you start to drown. Every round you are in the water make a Stamina(x2)+Resilience check vs 100
If you should fail you inhale water and suffer un-consciousness.
If you fail by 3 degrees or more, you die. The vs increases by 100 every round until you manage to rise back to the surface (ie become un-stunned or un-grappled).


Wind Weather
Powerful gusts of wind blow around the field, causing the trees to bend and wave, the water to turn and crash about in powerful waves, and any loose parts to fly around dangerously.
De-Buff:
This places a de-buff of -200 to all Accuracy Checks of Ranged techniques and -100 to all Protection. This can be removed with a check of Toughness(x2) + Strength(x2) vs 700 to represent your ability to move through this without being hindered.
Clearing the Field:
A player may choose to remove this weather condition from the field by using a Fire Element technique of Ranged or Sight Range. This of course must make sense to burn up enough of the air to calm the winds and will also save your opponent.
This is a check of Seal Str(x2) or Str(x2) + Accuracy of Technique vs 800.


Snow Weather
Snow:
A heavy layer of snow covers the field causing it hard to move as the the cold slowly wears down the ability to respond accordingly.
De-Buff:
This places a de-buff of -200 to all Accuracy Checks of Touch Range techniques and -100 to all Dodge Checks. This can be removed with a check of Toughness(x2) + Will Power(x2) + Resistance Buffs vs 600.
Clearing the Field:
A player may choose to remove this weather condition from the field by using a Fire Element technique of Ranged or Sight Range. This of course must make sense to melt away all the snow and will also save your opponent.
This is a check of Seal Str(x2) or Str(x2) + Accuracy of Technique vs 800.

Hayato quickly rushed down the halls and into the arena in which the final fight would take place. The moment he entered, he just felt cold. There was snow everywhere and the wind was bringing the temperature even lower. Not only that, there was a large body of water covering the entire field. Luckily his first steps were on the solid pillars. This fight was for sure going to be hard having to fight these conditions plus another top fighter in this competition. "Hayato, reporting for the finals." He stated in a calm tone as he looked for his opponent, wondering who he'd be fighting this round.

Saikoro entered from the other side of the arena that faced directly against his opponent, the vodka bottle was down to it's last quarter as the man staggered onto the pillar that was held at the entrance of the arena. Looking over the brim of his sunglasses at Hayato, Saikoro raised his bottle of liquor to the air as sign of greeting to the kid, "Oi!" He began but as though lost in stupor, he simply shrugged, grinned and took another swig of his drink.

Below the pillars, roughly twenty feet, was a large mass of water that filled the entire breadth of the arena. The water shook, rose and crashed around as though in angry turmoil with itself, one of which seemed to have no resolution as it pounded away at the arena, pillars and itself, sending great sprays of freezing cold water to the airs above. And as though the crazed waters wasn't enough for the stage, the powerful winds that bristled through the open arena was only made more dangerous by the freezing snow that came down from the heavens above, coating the pillars and the fighters themselves with it's white fluff.

In fact, outside of the two pillars that faced each other with Saikoro and Hayato standing upon them, there was two others for the other corners of the arena. It was from one of those, specifically the one that was to the left of Saikoro and right of Hayato, that a proctor appeared and with a voice of unnatural volume declared the match to begin.

Saikoro sighed and waved away the proctors announcement. Shifting slugishly though the piled up snow the man simply neared the edge of the pillar and with a wide sweep of his leg, pushed the collected snow down to the raging waters below before sitting himself down to dangle his legs over the side and drink his liquor, seemingly unaware of the snow that was collecting upon him as he did so.

Hayato looked over across the large body of water, snow, and pillars waiting only for a second. His opponent had just arrived but not in any normal matter. The only think normal was the fact that he was walking, if you could call what he was doing walking. This confused him, making several questions bounce through his head. Then his opponent beckoned from across the water, raising what appeared to be a bottle of something. It seemed to be at least injestable though seeing as how his opponent took a drink from the bottle, depleating the contents slightly. It was then he noticed that the proctor was speaking. As soon as the proctor signaled that the match was to begin, Hayato dropped to a low stance like he did later in the first fight. How ever he paused, watching his opponents actions like he didn't even care what was going on. He stood back up to get a better look at his opponent. He was wondering what he was doing but this time that was being used for his opponents resting period gave Hayato enough time to come up with a very simple strategy for the first little bit of this fight.
With his mind made up, Hayato stretched behind himself giving the appearance that he was getting ready for some close quarters combat, when in fact he used that time to make only three hand seals. Still looking over to his opponent, Hayato bend down to stretch his calf muscles in his leg. While doing so he placed both hands onto the pillar to balance himself from being blown over by the wind and also to let a minor amount of chakra to flow through the pillar itself. The chakra went down the pillar and into the solid ground that it eventually lead to. Once the chakra got there, it concentrated all of the iron and other metal-type minerals in the ground to form a large cross bow bolt. It stayed in the ground for now while Hayato had his hands on the pillars surface. Whilst still stretching, he desided to call out to his opponent. "Oi yourself. If you're ready, shall we get started?" As soon as he ended the question, Hayato stood up straight which triggered the underground metal bolt to shoot up through both the earth and water to take aim at the center of Saikoro's rib cage.

"Oi? OI?! LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED!" Saikoro sang out in response to Hayato, his head bobbing left and right as he swung his feet over the side of the pillar. With a chuckle of pure delight, the man lurched foreword and slid off the side of the pillar, his body tumbling in the air as he howled in laughter. It was surely an odd picture, the grown man falling towards the raging waters below as his body spun and twisted in the air, a play thing for the powerful winds that tugged his body this way and that, completely unaware of how close he came to taking what could have been a fatal blow - the bolt grazing past his body as he went through his free fall.

Continuing to fall, the man's laughter only halted as he brought the bottle to his lips to drink, his free hand lazily grasping at the handle of his large sword. With a quick yank at the large decapitating knife, the weight of the blade sent the man in a spin on his axis, the weapon easily visible as it stuck out of the spin eventually catching the edge of the pillar. Slicing into the structure like it was butter, the blade stopped the fall of the man caused their momentum to be spun around the pillar until the blade was completely embedded into it with Saikoro hanging from the handle as he pouted at the emptiness of his drink. With a sigh he released the bottle into the sea and pulled himself up onto what was left of his blade and handle to to have a seat. "Well that was fun~" He chuckled to himself as he leaned back against the pillar and stared up at the sky lazily.

Hayato stood and watched as the bolt he'd created did what it could only do, and that was to follow it's flight path and deal damage to all that got in it's way. How ever the attack was easily dodged in his opponents own matter. It was weird, Hayato felt enraged towards his opponent for showing the lack of heart in this fight, yet some how inspired due to the fact that it was such a effertless movement that had been made. This made him want to show his opponent that it wasn't going to be that easy to take him down and win the tournament. Just at that thought though, a gust of wind blew and almost knocked Hayato off of the pillar he was standing on, even though it forced him to crouch and use his hands to help stabilize him there. This wind he knew was going to play a part in his ability to effectively move around in this area, he knew that eventually he'd need to fine a way to be able to not let the wind effect his movements.

It already seemed like things weren't going to go his way directly. This figured though seeing as how he took quiet the beating in the first round. Anyone to still be standing in the finals had to have some serious skills, and to do it in his state seemed to be even more impressive (It was still slowly pissing him off how ever). Going directly only seemed to end in an easy and single movement dodge, so maybe going indirectly would make a difference. This snow and wind combination though would surely help him since a blizzard was hard to see though. With that in mind, Hayato knelt only slightly before going off in a blur randomly around the arena, sometimes bounding off a pillar or bounding off a single spot of water. Eventually he ended up on the edge of the wall about twenty degree's behind his opponents normal field of vision. This was a minor gamble though since he didn't know how well his vision was, with or without what ever substance he was ingesting.

Saikoro simply whistled innocently to himself, his legs kicking back and forth as he watched up into the sky, his eyes inadvertently staring right at the VIP Room that hung above the entire arena to view onto the stage. A wolfish grin spread against the man's thin lips, a laugh breaking through the ominous whistle as though a humorous joke was whispered into his ear. For a long moment he chuckled to himself, nodding to the unseen story teller, his exuberance begging for more and more but all the while his eyes never taking off its mark in the sky. Finally he calmed down and leaned back against the pillar, his hand wiping away a tear of joy from his eye as his chest rocked every so often with a chuckle. "Ah.. good times." From where Hayato was standing from, it seemed that his opponent was not even closely interested in this fight even after all of the work it took for him to get to his position. Right from the beginning, the wind he found to be the worst of everything, and then the pillars being covered in snow made things all worse. He was lucky however to have been taught how to use his chakra to grip himself onto any surface he came across, solid or not. When he was moving to get to his position, the water was the easiest way to travel, the wind wasn't as strong there (not that it made much difference) and the waves seemed to help him direct him as he jumped off of the waters surface. His chakra based walking skills were put to the test though when it got to working around the pillars. The wind felt like it was a large hand trying to swat him from his spot when the chakra took hold, and the snow ended up forming something like black ice there as well so he had to focus his chakra into his feet and the pillars even more then normal just so he didn't slip and twist his ankle too badly. The trip to his hiding location was hard, but not impossible seeing as how he'd managed to do it. Hayato looked at his opponent again, a minor rage building seeing as how his opponent was really dis-respecting him by not even taking him for the light of day, let alone a treat that could maybe beat him in this fight that they were supposed to be in. He knew that pulling out his newest found weapon was the only possible solution to his problem, and hopefully this fight.

Hayato could feel the burn marks over his body take effect as he was now forcibly going to his hands and knees while still gripping onto the pillar. He felt energized and more powerful, but it was nothing to get ahead of himself with since he still hadn't proved anything yet. Again the wind and snow continued to pound on him as he gripped the pillar with the strength of his chakra and his fingers as they started to go blue and just start to crack from the cold. With a grin that bared his teeth only slightly, he took a breath in slowly then in an instant started to flash through a few hand seals just as the wind died. Once he finished, the wind picked right back up into another powerful gust in which almost took him off of the pillar. He placed his hands down and almost in an instant he could feel the chakra go into the ground, to form another metal bolt and take aim, this time from Saikoro's right hand side and aimed center mass again.

Saikoro yawned softly as he shifted a bit in his seat. The position was growing tiresome, the metal of the weapon made for the worst type of seating and the constant concentration to prevent himself from falling was nothing more then a constant annoyance. With a heavy sigh, the man pushed himself as firmly against the wall as possible, but even that wasn't enough to relieve him of his growing discomfort and the chill that was assaulting his body. It was then he heard a sound from his side, turning his head slowly to face that direction, Saikoro found himself staring right at Hayato with a face that truly described his feelings towards seeing the kid. "You're still here, lolwut?" Was all he managed to say before the bolt blasted out from the pillar to strike him in the chest.

The bold slammed straight into the man's chest but before it could get to far he had already gripped its form. However the force of the blow from the bolt was enough to force Saikoro back and into the air, his free hand quickly reaching out to the hilt of his sword to prevent himself from flying away. For a moment the man simply clung on with one hand, his body flapping in the air like a flag, all the while his face never changing, never ending, never BACKING DOWN FROM A CHALLENGE... until a jerk of his body reminded him of his situation. A situation that thanks to his actions was now causing his sword to slip back out from the pillar, bit by bit until finally sliding out completely and sending him falling to the abyss below... his face never changing...


Once Saikoro had fallen far enough to be hidden by the snow fall, his lips stretched back into a huge grin of trollish aspects. Once again tossing his sword to the side to use it's great weight to send him back to the pillar, he allowed his feet make contact with the pillar and stabbed the bolt that had been used against him into the pillar as a form of anchoring. Pulling his sword free of the pillar, he returned it to his strap on his back before beginning to preform a quick set of single handed handseals. Releasing the bolt, the man's form suddenly disappeared from view.

Should Hayato have looked down towards where Saikoro had fallen, he would have noticed the snow and wind part in a large circle beneath him but nothing come out of it. However in the next moment a form would appear with his eyes dead locked onto Hayato's as he rose throw the air, stopping on as he threw his hand out to grasp the pillar - his focused chakra keeping him pinned correctly - and raised his leg to kick Hayato in his chest. The would have no force in it and would simply be used to get some form of rise from the boy, whether from the appearance or the sudden attack... Regardless, the strange being would turn in the air to plant his feet on the ground and with a power kick off, would attempt to grab at Hayato. With a powerful grip, he would continue to run up the pillar before jumping up to spin in the air and attempt to toss the boy head first onto the top of the object.

Hayato watched as the shot hit his target and knocked him off the hit "home made" seat. There was one minor detail that was bothering him at this moment though, and that was the face that his opponent had made at him. It was quite creepy in the fact that through out everything he did in order to minimize the damage, his face never changed and his eyes were always locked onto Hayato's. He kept his eyes locked on his opponents until he was out of sight. Another powerfull wind gust came up andmade Hayato focus on staying on the pillar. During this time, an image had appeared in the area in which his opponent fell into. This image launched itself up the pillar closer to Hayato. He anticipated an attack right away so he moved slightly to the left, but never counted on this form to grab the pillar with one hand only to re-direct itself to kick Hayato. The kick ended up being more of a push then anything else since it only made him slide backward on the pillar. He looked directly at the form again, and watched as it planted its feet and kicked off towards him. Hayato jumped back the pillar and the launched himself off the pillar at a 90 degree angle towards another pillar. He's jumped just in time as the form had almost grabbed him. While in the air going towards the other pillar, the wind picked up again in another strong gust of wind. This sent him off of his course and he ended up being able to reach out and dig his fingers into another poll, spinning himself until his feet also made contact.
