It was nearly midnight yet again. Marissa was by the forest river like usual, sitting on a rock in her human form for the moment. She was busy staring up at the moon in thought. Tomorrow night is full moon...

Zero was in the graveyard like usual. He had already hunted earlier in the night and was now spending the time of darkness visiting his grandmother's grave like usual. His friend, the lone Raven named Shikyo, rested on his shoulder. They were silent together, quietly listening to the night.

Amelia was wandering the forest, but she wasn't alone. Her faithful companion, Maya, was trotting happily by her side, but also on guard. Maya knew that the forest at night could be dangerous. It wasn't the vampires or werewolves she feared, but the hunters. Amelia had made friends with the vampires and werewolves yet there was always the chance she could be harmed by a hunter. In any case, Maya was also Amelia's seeing-eye dog, as Amelia was blind. Right now, they were heading to Midnight Mansion, the closest hideout for vampires and werewolves.

Mari looked down from the moon to see Jasper, smiling a bit. She nodded and shifted back into her own werewolf form. She shook herself before jumping off the rock and trotted over to Jasper's side. 'Yep. I'm good to-' she cut off when there was snap of a twig in the trees nearby, across the small river from where the two werewolves were waiting. The unfortunate part was that they were upwind and the snapping twig was downwind, which meant they couldn't get a scent on who it was.

Zero merely nodded but kept his eyes on the tombstone, a small depressed look in his crimson eyes like usual. "Alright. I'll see you back there later, ok?..."

A soft growling returned Jasper's threat from a bush, but it soon stopped when a girl spoke up. "Maya, stop that at once!" Amelia found her way through the bushes with the Siberian Husky close to her side. "M-mari? Jasper?" she asked out loud, mostly because she was blind.

Marissa perked up when she realized it was Amelia, smiling as much as she could while a werewolf. She let out a single bark to answer Amelia's question.

Zero sighed and nodded, getting to his feet. His raven Shikyo was still on his shoulder. "I know... I guess I can't help it... I was never close to my parents, so when they died, I hardly felt anything... I just can't help feeling regret for killing my only family as well..."

Axel was in town, looking through the gunshop and getting some new equipment and armor.

Jasper smiled and jumped across the river with ease. He shifted to his human form. "Hey Amelia, Maya." He said with a smile as he walked over to them. "Need help finding the mansion?"

Leon yawned and rubbed the back of his head with his free hand while his other hand was In his pants pocket. "I felt that way for a while, but trust me, It'll get easier over time."

Jasper nodded, he glanced at Marissa and waved for her to come over before crouching down Infront of Maya. He gently petted her head. "Just follow us okay Maya?" He said softly before standing up.

Leon smiled faintly with a nod. "Can't wait to see her again." He said before turning and walking off.

Marissa sighed and jumped from rock to rock across the small river. She changed back to her human form once on the other side and stood by Jasper's side.

Maya nodded, rubbing against Jasper's hand when she was petted, then nudged Amelia's hand. Amelia smiled a bit and stayed close to her dog, as well as Jasper and Marissa. "Ready when you are."

"Of course, she can't exactly see us again," Zero pointed out, walking by Leon's side.
