There was no sign of the mini still. Not even a stupid yellow feather. But then she hear it.

KWEEEEEEEEEHHHH

Overhead still in the window was Choco Choco...? Wait how was that possible!? Had her mini just pulled a trick on her? How mean! The gryphon was getting ready to go up to her dorm and give that brat a piece of her mind when she heard some one greet her.

Very slowly the gryphon turned her head to find Holly. She'd never seen this brown haired ghoul before which made Tahki a little nervous.

"H-Hello," The gryphon managed in the friendliest tone she could muster through her shock. Her eyes never left Hollies. There was a bit of deer in the head lights syndrome going on with Tahki right now. She couldn't think clearly… Wait, wait. Kigurumi. Tahkis tenseness faded a great deal upon noticing this. She even took a step closer giving Holly a secret approving grin now. Still, Tahki had yet to realize she was still in her own.

What in Jack's name was that noise? The ghoul looked towards the source of the noise and saw some sort of yellow bird creature thing in a window. Okay...

Did it belong to the other ghoul she had just stumbled upon maybe? Was that why she was outside the dorms in her pajamas. Well that didn’t explain it much at all but the other did seem interested in the creature. Holly looked back from the yellow creature to the other ghoul who had seemed to have noticed her.

Oh! This ghoul had wings, how had she not notice that before. She only knew of one other with wings like that, a gryphon maybe. Holly’s fox tail swayed back and forth as she walked a few steps forward. The other seemed very surprised for some reason. Was it because it was late? The pajamas? Speaking of the pajamas, what kind was that she was wearing. It had some sort of pouch, have to ask about that. “Hi. You loose something?” She did look kind of lost. “Oh! I like your pajamas, what are they exactly?” Holly didn’t know that actual word for them or that Tahki’s was a kangaroo.

"Lose something... Uhhh ... I thought I had," The gryphon shrugged and pointed to the bird which seemed to be quite content with its little trick. Tahki on the other hand was not amused in the least. Nope. But there was no time for that right now.

Pajamas?

"Huh?" The gryphon looked down to find that, indeed, she was wearing pajamas. The kind she generally did not wear in public. "O-oh... Uhh... T-thank you... Uhhhhh " Her face was now bright red but Tahki had managed to stay put and not run away. Tahkis focus was back on the other ghouls pajamas.

"Y-yours too. Fox?" Tahki just wanted to make sure it wasn't supposed to be a sort of wolf or dog. Fox seemed like the correct answer. "Oh ri-right mine's a Kangaroo Kigurumi. Uhhh.. S-sorry you caught me off guard." Tahki was a little flustered. Most of it was the anxiety of talking to some one.

"I-I like yours alot though too. Nice to know I'm not the only one who likes to wear these."

Holly looked back up at the bird. She had lost that? Her’s were well known to do similar things too. “Thought? Oh, tricky pet I’m guessing.” At least it didn’t actually run off or steal anything either. Tahki didn’t look too amused though so she guessed her pets didn’t actually act like that most of the time.

As the other ghoul stumbled through thank you, she grinned. Probably did not wear them out that much like herself. Which had to be true because she had never seen the other out before in them before this night. Holly nodded. “Yep, Fox!” That word she knew, she wasn’t too learned on all those creatures of the human world and what not.

“Kangaroo? I’ve never seen one of those before.” Okay, well she had heard of some of the creatures just never seen one. “Wait, kigurumi, what does that mean? An uh, sorry, I don’t see many out at this time nor in well, that.” Holly gestured to the other.

“Thanks! When I died and found my way here, this is what I was wearing. Not sure why still.” Holly rubbed the back of her neck. “Oh! My name is Holly, nice to meet ya.”

"Kangaroo yep," Tahki noddeed and put her hands in her pouch. "I've never seen one either to be honest. Just in picture books and old fairy tales. I think theres were kangaroos in halloween town but I've never met one." The gryphon felt she was rambling a little much about kangaroos so she quieted a little.

"Oh uh. Kigurumi is what your wearing," The gryphon took a step forward and inspected it, "You know when I die and if I turn in to a ghost, I really hope to be wearing one too. Their pretty comfortable."

Oh wow Tahki was being very chatty. The fact that Holly was wearing a kigurumi was really helping Tahki ease up to her though.

"Honestly I've never seen anyone wear one round either. Your the first. Holly? M-my names Tahki. Nice to meet you too~" But before Tahki could say anything else, her Choco Choco had thrown down a potted plant from her window. Or rather, kicked. The pot shattered with a loud crash. Tahki gave a growling hiss to the bird.

"I don't know whats gotten in to him lately. He's never like this.... "

Besides having come across the word Kangaroo once in a class about Jack know’s what, she had only heard of them that once. The rambling from Tahki was informative to her at least. “That’s a giant pouch on the front, isn’t it?” That seemed to be the distinguishing factor of the creature. Kangaroo = huge pouch on front.

It was a night of learning! Holly suspected that there was a name for her pajamas, ah, kigurumi, but never sought it out before. Seriously, where do you even beginning looking for that kind of information? “Kigurumi, I’ll have to remember that now, thanks!” She grinned. “I have to admit, it is pretty darn comfortable. Got plenty of strange looks when I first came here since I was wearing it.” They were all clearly jealous of her awesome attire though, obviously.

“I’ve actually been venturing out into, uh, more normal looking clothes recently but I still love wearing this a lot.” Holly looked at the Choco Choco when it kicked the plant down. Something was bothering that minipet. “Really? Mine are always up to no good all the time... Is it just looking for attention?”

"R-really? You wear it pretty often?" The gryphons hands figited in her pouch, "I wish I was brave enough to do that. I think their cute at least."

Her attention turned back to the choco choco up in the window. Her frown only grew.

"Yeah. I think your right about the attention thing... I... could be more attentive I suppose." She looked back at Holly. "Usually he's pretty good."

Holly grinned again. “Yep, I thought it was kind of normal until I got to the school.” She decided to leave out the story of spawning in Christmas Town since that weirded some people out. She shrugged. “I didn’t have anything else to wear anyway and it is awesome. Is that the only one you have?”

The ghoul looked at the choco choco again, nodding. “Does it have another to play with or something? Sometimes I can get mine distracted on each other and leave me out of it. They forget I’m even there sometimes!”

Tahki scartched her head and smiled.

"I think it should be normal honestly. Nothing wrong with a kigurumi. Others just don't know what their missing." That seemed like a pretty good conclusion, at least to Tahki. It would be nice if more people wore them.

"Oh... I have more. Its .. A bit of a hobbie I suppose.." Her feet kicked shly at the ground, "I can't get enough of the cute... If you want to see some time I can show you?"

Hollies point about the minipet got her attention. Another mini? Tahki had others but they weren't birds like Choco choco. This made the gryphon frown a bit.

"I suppose I should maybe look into getting another playmate its size. I have a Scruffle and Demon cat but... They aren't so playful."

“Nice to find someone else who appreciates them! And kigurumi aren’t as strange as some other fashion statements I’ve seen.” By other she meant a lot. Sure everyone had different styles but some were really different.

Tahki had more? She wondered how many more but decided to not push since talking seemed like a lot of the other ghoul at this moment. “Really? I’d like to see them another day if that is alright then!” Holly made a mental note to come back one day to do so.

“If it’s playful, then another playful one should maybe balance it out. Some of mine are ... a bit past hope on playing nice with others sadly too.” She grimaced slightly. “But I guess attention from you would do it fine for now.”

"It is nice to find some one else that appricates kigurumis." Tahki nodded. Holly made a point though. There were some even stranger fashions that other students wore. Maybe Tahki would brave wearing one to class one day. Maybe.

Another plant fell and crashed, this time almost hitting Tahki. The gryphon wanted to growl but refrained her self.

"I think I need to see about getting another mini then. A-and yes, you should come by some time. I'm sorry for having to cut this conversation short but .. I uhh.." Tahki pointed upward at the yellow bird. Choco choco was having a great time with all the trouble he was causing. The way he happily hopped from side to side was testiment to that.

"Hopefully I'll see you around some time Holly," Tahki gave the ghoul another smile before taking off to her dorm. She wasn't about to let Choco choco destroy all of her plants.

For Holly, the first time she didn’t wear her’s was a brave and new time. That had been such an odd day. She too was glad to find another at least. The second crash brought her back to present time.

“Yeah, it’s understandable. Can’t lose any more plants right?” From the looks of it she was getting shorter on them now from all the damage the choco choco was causing. “Yeah, another time! Trade some kigurumi secrets.” Holly chuckled and waved. Was time for her to finish her rounds and head back to her own dorm.
