Personality: its quite random and is dependent on the day.
Bio: Tabitha's parents where winters from a ruined village of witches, that couldn't take care of her because she was another mouth to feed that they couldn't afford. They left her in the borderland to either die or be picked up by someone else. She was picked up by an old time Summer and raised along with the people in the land of Summer. She was clearly different because of her appearance but she gets along with people just fine since shes been holding back on freezeing things.
