It had been a while since she had last seen Xiu - ever since the ghoul asked to speak to her regarding Christof, actually. Other than the occasional text to make sure that she was fine, Lizzy hadn't really met up with Xiu to see how she was doing... Then again, she did not receive any panic calls or texts from her either, which was what she had advised the ghoul to do if Christof ever met up with her - no news is good news, right?
Done with her chores for the day, she decided to drop by the Baku's room, just to catch up and see how things had been for her; she missed spending time with Xiu anyway! Besides, they apparently had a baking day to plan... Stopping outside the room, she paused before knocking on the door twice, "Xiu?"
... Hopefully, she was in. If not, it's just a short walk back to her own room.

Since she had imposed on both Roch and Levi to teach her some basic self-defense, Xiu figured that the very least she could do was make sure to practice the techniques often and perfect them. At the moment, she had a large body-sized pillow propped up in her hands, and was on the verge of going through the pinning technique that she had been taught. Just as she pounced it and landed with a loud thud on her knees, a knock sounded from her door.
Scrambling to her feet and abandoning her limp practice partner, the Baku rushed to the door and threw it open. She didn't even need to look at the ghoul to know who it was--she had recognized that voice. "Lizzy!" She greeted, tail waving behind her, "How are you? What brings you here?"
Xiu would have reached out to give her friend their customary hug, but she was...a little sweaty at the moment. Furthermore, with her hair pulled up in a messy bun and donning a pair of shorts and a tank top, the ghoul looked a lot more disheveled than usual. Grinning sheepishly, she fanned herself with a hand and stepped aside. "Please, come in! Is there anything you'd like to eat or drink?"

"Xiu!" She grinned upon seeing the Baku; she looked like she was back to normal, which was a huge relief. While surprised at the lack of hugs, it didn't take long for her to notice why - namely, the ghoul's attire and how sweaty she was. Raising an eyebrow at Xiu's question, she pouted, "Heyy, didn't think I needed a reason to visit a friend!" She was teasing, of course, as she giggled, "Just came over to check on you actually~ You seem to be doing well though!"
Looking around as she entered the room after being invited, Lizzy gestured briefly to Xiu, "So... What had you been up to?" She looked like she had been working out, or something along those lines!

She laughed, though a hint of pink spread over her cheeks as she rubbed the back of her head awkwardly. "Y-yes, sorry! Of course you could visit anytime, reason or not! And I was..." Hmm, how to explain? Closing the door after Lizzy, Xiu moved back to where she was originally standing and picked the pillow off the floor.
"I was practicing! I'm not very strong, so I thought it would be good for me to learn some self-defense. You might have seen my Groanspring question about that, actually." She had actually forgotten about that question until now. Xiu had simply been asking if self-defense lessons would be a good idea--she hadn't expected for a few people to actually jump up and offer to help!
She was grateful though, that was for certain. "I learned a lot, though! About pinning, kicking, punching, where the weak points are..." Xiu trailed off, and then suddenly whispered, "Including that weak point"

"Self- defense...?" She echoed, blinking before giving a nod; it was a while ago, but she did remember answer that particular question of Xiu's... She wasn't able to help, but she was pretty sure Xiu had positive answers from other students who were more experienced with the art of self-defense, "I do remember, actually! Who ended up being your teacher, or teachers? How did it go?"
She wasn't sure asking on groanspring was that good an idea, but it seemed like Xiu did get some tips? At least she looked like she had been working out, which was something good.
"... What weak point?" She raised an eyebrow at the sudden whisper, wondering if it was some kind of secret due to the way Xiu was saying it; perhaps it was some kind of a secret technique that was not supposed to be revealed to anyone else?

"I had the best teachers ever!" She chirped, beamed enthusiastically, "Roch taught me about some weak points and techniques, and Levi taught me stuff like pinning!" Of course, she wasn't very good at the pinning part yet. The most that she could boast was that she was improving very slowly...but at least she was improving at all?
At the question, the ghoul cleared her throat and motioned for Lizzy to come a bit closer. "The weak point on boils. Between the legs." She paused for a moment to let this sink in, and then drew away. "At least, it sounds dangerous to use," Xiu mused, her voice returning to it's original volume, "When I mentioned it to Mot, he said that it was extremely effective."
She suddenly looked towards Lizzy with wide eyes, clapping her hands together. "Do you want to learn it?" It was a move that had to be used sparingly, and only if you were in the utmost danger, but Xiu was certain that the demoness wasn't going to run around kneeing every boil between the legs anytime soon.

"Ohhhh!" She sounded a little in awe as she grinned, "Sounded like a productive search to me! I'm glad!" While she wasn't so sure about Roch, she was pretty sure that Levi would be a good self-defense teacher, given what the ghoul was like; sure, she had never seen her in action before, but she trusted the ghoul with teaching Xiu the right things.
"... Between the legs? But isn't that where their-" She paused, blushing as she decided not to finish the sentence; she would probably be unable to finish her sentence anyway, seeing how she couldn't bring herself to say that word without dying from embarrassment first. Instead, she shook her head, "A-ah, nevermind... I never knew it was a weak spot though!"
At Xiu's offer, she blushed again, hesitating before nodding slowly, "Well... If Mot said that it was extremely effective, I guess I should learn it too?" Might be good to know how to defend herself, if the need ever arose!

Xiu nodded enthusiastically. It had been a great idea to ask over Groanspring! Roch and Levi were the best teachers she could ever ask for, and it was an added bonus that she considered them both to be friends. It probably would have taken her twice as long to learn the same material from a stranger.
She tilted her head quizzically at Lizzy's hesitation, but perked right back up a moment after. "Mmhm! I've never tried to use it, but I've heard that it's super effective!" If this move was something that could help her friends in the future, Xiu thought that it was necessary to share what she had learned.
Pleased by the fact her friend had accepted, the ghoul quickly scurried to the closest wall, her arms wrapped around the oversized pillow. With a bit of a struggle--and a lot of thoughtful "hmm"s and frowning--Xiu managed the prop the object up so that it was leaned up against the wall.
"Okay! So, ummm...come stand here, Lizzy?" She motioned to the spot right in front of the pillow. "Pretend that...that this is a person, and that they've grabbed your arms. How do you get free?" Xiu wagged her tail eagerly as she awaited an answer, but she suddenly paused, and then pointed to a spot on the pillow.
"Umm, and that's the spot between the legs." Way to give away the answer, Xiu.

"That's good enough for me!" She giggled softly, offering Xiu a thumbs up as she followed the ghoul over to where she had placed the pillow; it was odd to be practicing on something she would rather sleep on, but... Xiu was obviously the expert here! She should just do as she had been instructed, despite her lack of proper 'training wear'; at least it was Xiu, so Lizzy didn't exactly feel too shy about it.
"Alright!" She nodded before positioning herself in front of the pillow-target, rubbing her hands together before pausing at the little 'hint' she had been given. Blushing, she hesitated before looking away, as if having second thoughts. However, she soon looked at her pillow-target again, swiftly kicking (feebly) at the area that was supposed to be 'between the legs'.
"... There, if it's a boil?"

Clapping her hands together, Xiu nodded approvingly. "Yup, good! You aim there! But also..." Stepping back, she stretched out her leg to kick the pillow, and paused when her foot met the object. "T-this is...a little...unsteady...i-isn't it?"
As she spoke, the Baku struggled to keep her balance, going so far as to hop on her leg when she felt as if she was about to fall over. "A-also...t-they could...catch a-and grab your leg like this..." She indicated her raised leg, and then immediately lowered it again. Phew. Okay, so, moving on...
"What Roch taught me was...well, you could probably use a little more force if you knee them there, right?" She emphasized her words by swinging her knee up in a sharp movement.
Soon, no boil would dare to mess with Lizzy.

"Ohhh, you're right!" She blinked, tapping a finger thoughtfully against her chin as she lifted her leg in a kicking motion again, just to test it out; while she did not lose her balance, she realized that it would be easy to do that, especially if she happened to be panicking at the time. As Xiu went on, Lizzy looked more and more impressed with the knowledge that the Baku had secured where self-defense was concerned; she was actually learning things from the ghoul!
"I see!" Giving a nod at the demonstration, she then mimicked Xiu's kneeing motion to get used to it before trying it out on the pillow, aiming for the target's 'weak spot' as indicated earlier. After that was done, she flashed her friend a grin, "It does feel that way, yes!"
Sweat or not, Lizzy gave Xiu a quick hug, figuring that she would be taking a shower later anyway, "You're such a good teacher!"

Beaming as Lizzy tried the move out, Xiu nodded very enthusiastically. "Good job, Lizzy!" She knew that the demoness would pick it up quickly! It wasn't too difficult of a move, certainly, but apparently it packed quite a punch.
The compliment caused the Baku's face to glow red, and she wrung her hands together shyly. "N-not at all! I just had great teachers, s-so..." She really needed to get them some gifts as a thank you for the time--and sheer patience--they had spent teaching her. "I'm just glad...I could share this knowledge with you."
Jack forbid anyone ever try to hurt her friend.
"U-use it wisely!" Though again, she was certain Lizzy wasn't going to go on a crotch-kneeing rampage anytime soon. This was friendly Lizzy they were talking about!

"Awww, thank you," She giggled at the compliment and gave her teacher a curtsy before giggling again; fighting was not her forte, so it felt kind of nice to be praised for it, even if the move she was learning was rather... Unconventional. Well, as long as it got the job (of self-defense) done, right?
"I'm glad that you decided to share this knowledge with me," Giving a nod, her attention briefly returned to the pillow-target (now sliding down to the floor with all the abuse it had to endure) before going back to Xiu again, "I feel safer already!" Indeed, doom to the boil who dares to mess with her!
Doooooooom.
"I will keep that in mind, teacher Xiu!" She gave the ghoul a mock salute before hugging her again, grinning away; how could anyone be so utterly adorable?

As if she wasn't already bright red, her cheeks glowed even more upon being referring to as "teacher Xiu". She wasn't sure why--maybe it was because it made her sound professional? The thought made her giggle and she was quick to return Lizzy's hug, wearing a grin of her own. "I...I'm happy to help! Be safe, okay?" She wasn't sure what kind of trouble, if any, either of them would ever run into, but...just in case!
...Then again, she had already run into trouble before, but that was in someone's dream. That didn't count...right?
"Though I have to wonder...why does it hurt so much?" Mot's words had made her think that it was one of the most deadly moves possible, or at least, one of the most painful. Worse even than getting punched in the face, or something like that! How could that be, though?
How strange!

"You too!" She giggled, amused by the way Xiu's cheeks were turning red. She paused at the question, tilting her head as she frowned, "Hm... I'm not sure..." That was a good question to ask a boil though... Then again, would they really be willing to share why that is considered to be their weak spot?
... Although she had to wonder if the fact that their, uh, 'important bits' were located there had anything to do with it. She wasn't sure if that was something to share with Xiu though, in case any awkward questions came up.
"I wonder if there's anyone we can ask..." She mused out loud, tapping a finger against her chin, "Someone who wouldn't mind sharing with us 'why'..."
