Logical error in questioning: We did not "grow up". We were built to study and interact with organics such as yourself. We are a gestalt consciousness of 1,200 individual geth programs within a single mobile platform designed to interact with organics. We were investigating a series of wormholes inside of geth space, when we were sucked into one, and transported here.

Feranes grew up in the universe of Blood Rush Grounds, as a being known as an Elder. The Elders were essentially physical gods, although they were not in any way omnipotent or omniscient; think of them as being roughly equivalent to the Olympians in terms of overall strength, magically. Around the time of the Bronze Age, the Elders fought a series of devastating wars with their predecessors, the Old Ones (who were, in a continuation of Greek mythological comparison, equivalent to the Titans). Feranes became the Champion of the Elders, and as such was sent to permanently stop the wars in a single stroke. He failed, and was turned into an Old One, having his memories repressed and taking the form of an enormous black dragon named Taros, then terrorizing the Earth for many more centuries. The Elders, who had returned to the planet from their own realm, managed to seal Taros and the other Old Ones away for several thousand more years. Eventually, Taros woke up, and proceeded to begin his terror anew; however, five days after he awoke, he was sent to the universe of Fuyu Academy by unknown means... and had somehow been reverted back to Feranes. Upon awaking in this universe, he eventually stumbled upon Fuyu Academy, now having had enough time to recall his old name and memories of his old life. However, for reasons unknown, he has lost his ability to perform magic, and as such has to relearn it at Fuyu Academy.
αbilities? Yes, I have . . .
Well... at my highest strength, I was a master of many magics, though I did not often use them in battle. I have since lost all memory of them and need to relearn them, although my knowledge of swordplay remains intact. I also possess functional immortality-- I do not age, and while I can indeed be killed, my body is so much more durable than a human's that it is difficult for most ordinary beings to do. I also possess the ability to lift several tons.

α lot of people say I'm. . . Patient, compassionate, and a pacifist. I cannot really recall any time that I ever got angry at someone. I am very level-headed and seek to avoid fighting if at all possible, though if I am forced to fight I will defend others to the best of my ability.

...as a member of the extraterrestrial race known as the ven'ari. The ven'ari are a warrior culture, and I am a figure of great importance to our own religion, as they believe me to be an incarnation of Leyu, the ven'ari goddess of peace. The reason for this is because I am a rather pacifistic individual-- something that is hardly ever seen in actual ven'ari, but a quality that our goddess Leyu is supposed to embody. (The fact that a warrior race has a goddess of peace is something that is difficult for I-- or other ven'ari-- to explain to foreigners in any sort of detail, as it is a complicated subject.)
It was due to this that, sometime before my arrival here, I was found by the Blue Lantern known as Sister Sercy, who, seeing the sort of hope I gave the ven'ari (and the devotion they gave me in return, though I actually did not want it due to my own humility), decided to recruit me into the Blue Lantern Corps. After the three-day period in which I was questioned and tested to see if I was ready to accept the responsibility of the Blue Lanterns, I was inducted into the Blue Lantern Corps.
Not long after this, the entire Green Lantern Corps seemed to disappear, and the Blue Lanterns needed to take their place. However, because the powers of the Green and Blue Lanterns are symbiotic, this severely restricted the ability of the Blue Lanterns to do what we needed to do. Coupled with our extremely low numbers (only seven, including me), this effectively made the Blue Lantern Corps useless. However, it was discovered that I could utilize my Power Ring to it's fullest extent due to my own force of will, which was unnaturally strong-- I simply had never done so. Nevertheless, I was tasked with heading to Sector 2814 (Earth's Sector). My mission: Find the Green Lanterns of Earth, or if I could not, then I must try to fill in for them. However, sometime after this I attempted to go through hyperspace using my ring, and wound up here.

I possess durability, reflexes, senses, and speed beyond that of a human's, although my physical strength is about the same as a human female who engages in regular extensive exercise. I am a very skilled hand-to-hand combatant as well. When I have my ring, which I keep on my person at all times, I am granted many different abilities, which can all be viewed here.
