I'm more of a hermit now than I was when she was around. I actually went out to see people when she was around.
And D. No on that profile. Just....no. I like my ladies all curvy and stuff. Like Christina Hendricks. Not all anorexic and loli.

I was thinking to go in a completely different direction than Kaylee.
First, she would be and older and mature woman, not the least bit naive.
Second, she would be an aristocrat, from Persephone or Osiris or Bellerophon - some such core world. But she loves playing the role of a low-life, and she does so with relish (but often transparently, so most people can spot through her facade).
Third, she wouldn't be the least bit averse to being an extra gun on rougher jobs, although she's not actually an experienced fighter.
Fourth, she would constantly be disparaging the ship itself. When I design characters, I like to think of their personalities in terms of things they might say, and I picture her dropping a line like: "You know I ain't played the lottery once since I set foot on this barge? Wanna know why that is? I reckon a girl's got only so much luck to spread around in one lifetime, and if'n I wanna live through this ship breakin' atmo and makin' it back, I need all I can spare."
