I do not have much advise for you, but know that I have lived through spiritual death. I was dead in the spirit and then I came back through riding on the slim thread of hope. I still struggle and at times I slip back down into my dark paradise and fail to see the blessed light. I do know that God lives and watches over me, as he does you. He recesitated me when I was an inch from spiritual death, he can do the same for you. HOld to that slim thread with all your might. Slim though it may be it won't break. If I knew you in the flesh I would give you a hug. Hold fast, never give up and feel free to give me a call. The darkness is enticing but the light is sweeter.

I'm sorry to hear this. If there is absolutely anything I can do to help even the slightest amount, please let me know. Maybe just having someone to talk to will help a little. Finding a close friend with who you can share the feelings you go through and who can in some way strengthen you. I'd be more than happy to lend a listening ear anytime. *hugs* Remember that the Lord is always there for us and that He loves us dearly and knows us individually. He wants to help you, He is waiting outside the door. All you have to do is open it and He can help. Pray for guidance and help. Pray for strength and for knowledge of the way out of it. 1 Cor. 1:13 I believe. "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man; but god is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape it, that ye may be able to bear it." Remember this. You can find the light and once you do, it will lift you high and raise you from the depths you have fallen into. Call on Him and He will answer in the way that is best suited for your well-being. Look for His answer and remember it may not be what you expect.
P.S. I can't get to the journal entry

Don't give up hope. I was at the brink of going down the road of apathetic demise when I discovered the gospel. If I can keep myself from destroying myself, anyone.

Ok, I wasn't going to post anything else in this thread, but right now I feel I have no other choice. I got to school today and found out that my best friend and another friend were hospitalized. They blew a stop sign and are now both hurt. Me and a couple of friends are going to go see my best friend. The other guy is in a different hospital, so we can't see him tonight. I'll give you more details when I get back from the hospital, but let's just say, I didn't really have a good day today.

Risu-Saru Ok, I wasn't going to post anything else in this thread, but right now I feel I have no other choice. UPDATE: My friend is just fine (although he is in the ICU) and he'll prolly get released tomarrow. We couldn't get in to see him, but his dad was there and he told him that we were there, so he said he'd call us. I'm cheered up. As for the other guy, we can't go see him today, but we want to as soon as we can. I'm happier now.

I'm glad your friends okay. It's always scary to have a good friend seriously hurt or really sick. I hope they all get better and you will all be in my prayers.

Good luck man. I know things are tough but there is a reason for everything. I'm glad to hear that one is alright. I'm sure the other is as well. I'll pray for you. Try to keep a positive outlook and remember that you are never alone. The Lord is always there and he has a plan for each of us.
