Red sat waiting for the rest of the crew leaning against a post on the dock. His eye closed while he crossed his arms waiting for what this captain and her crew held for him.

Vanessa stumbled up the port, bottle in hand and drunk as a skunk, she stumbled over to red and sat down near him, she stretched out and got comfy to wait for the others to arrive, "What's up?" she asked red half slurred.

Red looked over at Vanessa shaking his head a little, "Not much, ya be drinking alot eh?" He reached into his coat and grabbed out some bread. He tore a piece off and held it out to her " 'ere have some."

Vanessa took the bread and smiled, which was interrupted by a hiccup, "Thanks, yeah i've been having a bit too much fun..." she admitted and took a bite of the piece of bread

Red looked at her watching her "Aye looks like ya 'ave." He pulled a bit of the cloth from around his head exposing his mouth so he could his piece of bread.

Vanessa took another swig from her bottle then chucked it off the port and sighed, "So how long do you think we'll be waiting, i may get another drink..."

Red looked to her unsure himself. "I not sure maself. Hopefully soon." He took another bite of bread and watched her. "I have a question for ya lassie, Why ya drink so much?"
((occ: trying to type words like in a Irish accent is tougher then I thought.))

Vanessa looked at him and shrugged, "Don't hurt when im drunk i guess" she half mumbled it to herself as a sort of excuse.

Jack walked down the dock with heavy boot steps, with a pack on his back and a bottle of the best rum he could get his hands on. He reaches where Red and Vanessa are. "Where's the rest of the crew? You are part of the crew, right?" As he sets his stuff down.

John sat on the ground leaning on a pole drinking. He remained quiet not wanting be be seen just yet.

Vanessa looked over to Jack and nodded, "Yep...we're about it, just waiting for the captain to show..." she sighed and dug around in a small bag she had brought, pulling out another bottle of rum and taking a quick swig of it.

John continued sitting but he looked up at the others "Who is the captain, every time I ask someone they change the subject or they leave?" John asks slowly standing up.

Vanessa took a long swig from her bottle and sighed, "You'll notice her when she gets here...Trust me" she laid down on the wood and gazed into the stars.
