the lights dim down and System by Chester Bennington begins to play. Torches placed along the sides of the ramp light up as the fans look to the entrance to see who the music belongs to
You fell away,
What more can I say?
The feelings evolved,
I won't let it out,
I can't replace...
Your screaming face,
Feeling the sickness inside
Jarel Damone steps out onto the stage and the fans erupt in cheers.
"Making his way to the ring, from St. Louis, Missouri, weighing in at 328 pounds, Jarel Damone!"
Why won't you die?
Your blood in mine…
We'll be fine…
Then your body will be mine
The Dragon heads down the ramp, his demeanor stoic
So many words
Can't describe my face
This feeling's evolved
So soon to break out
I can't relate
to a happy state
feeling the blood run inside
Coming to the end of the ramp, he stops and looks around the arena before moving forward and stepping up onto the apron, then into the ring over the top rope
Why is everything so ******** hard for me?
Keep me down to what you think I should be!
Must you tempt me and provoke the ministry?
Keep on trying I’ll not die so easily
Jarel stands in the center of the ring, looking around the arena again, the silver Dragon symbol lowered to the ring just above him. He raises his fist as blue pyro rains down around the ring. As the music dies out on the chorus, the symbol rises back into the rafters and he waits for Landry to show

Rise Against -- Re: Education Through Labor
The arena went dark and multiple flashing white lights filled the stadium. The lights synced up with the bass line until the pace picked up and all the lights went on, an white pyro display going off on the stage. When it died down, Mike Landry appeared on the stage.
To the sound of a heartbeat pounding away
To the rhythm of the awful rusted machines
We toss and turn but don't sleep
Each breath we take makes us thieves
Like causes without rebels
Just talk but promise nothing else
We crawl on our knees for you
Under a sky no longer blue
We sweat all day long for you
But we sow seeds to see us through
Because sometimes dreams just don't come true
We wait to reap what we are due
Landry stood on the stage, eye fixated on Jarel Damone who loomed on in the distance inside the ring, waiting for him. Jarel felt he had something to prove against him, that he had some sort of "sickness" inside of him. That was fine with him, because Landry had something of his own to prove, and that was he could take on the best EEW had to offer, be it Freakshow, Snypa Rifle, Jason Byers, or Jarel Damone.
Landry marched down the ramp and slapped hands with the fans in the fortunate seats positioned there, but his attention remained on the big man in the ring. He wasted little time and leapt up onto the apron, standing there for a moment as he sized up his opponent one last time, before sliding between the top and middle ropes and standing in the middle of the ring, nose to nose with arguably the biggest opponent of his career, who he intended to turn into the biggest stepping stone of his career on the way to the EEW Heavyweight Title.

Jarel is focuesed on landry, watching closely as he enters the ring. and as the bell rings its time for action. Jarel moves forward, fists raised, for now just trying to close in on landry and look for an opening

Landry noticed Jarel looking ready to brawl, and that was just fine with him. If Damone wanted to make it a fist fight, he'd just take him down. Landry kept a wide base and light on his feet, circling with Jarel until he felt he was close enough to shoot in and wrap his arms around his waist, then duck around until he was behind Jarel so he could attempt to lift the big man off his feet and plant him on his chest down on the mat.

Landry manages to get behind Jarel, but the Dragon won't be taken down so easily. As Landry attempts to lift him, Jarel attempts to hook his left leg through landry's and throw a back elbow at his face

Jarel had the perfect counter ready and Landry backed off, holding his chin.

Jarel turns and now attempts to catch hold of Landry's arm, then pull him into a quick short clothesline

Landry felt the hard yank on his arm and was snapped back into reality, and he sprang up to try and catch Jarel with a Crucifix pin attempt using his own momentum against him.

Landry is up as well and tries to scoop Jarel into a small package as he gets up, keeping the pace fast and Jarel on his toes.

Jarel kicks out again and rolls to his feet again, but this time attempts to catch the rising Landry with a falling clothesline

Landry was going to rise up and dip into a schoolboy, but he ended up jumping straight into a clothesline instead.

jarel rises up again, having fallen with Landry, and goes to pull him up and hit a quick scoopslam

Landry would have tried to slide off the shoulders, use his quickness and counter, but he was still dizzy from that clothesline, and was slammed back down to the mat.
