I used to hang out with my friend a lot. Lets call her Time. I havnt been hanging out with Time because she always hangs out with her little cousin. Lets call him Puma.
Puma always makes fun of my boyfriend, Chris. I dont like that. Frankly, I hate it. I havnt tolled Chris how I feel, or even about Puma making fun of him. Time actually laughs at the jokes Puma makes! That makes it all the worse. I always make up lies that "Im going shopping." or "I feel sick".
I want to hang out with Time because I miss all the fun times we used to have. Puma ruins it. Please help me. I want to tell Time that when Puma makes fun of Chris, it hurts me. Im afraid that shell take it the wrong way. No way am I talking to Puma. Hes annoying. (That and frankly Im shy)

You are the apple...
How do you think she would take it the wrong way? It would be best to talk to her about it, seeing as he is her cousin and she shouldnt allow him to make such comments about your boyfriend.
and I am your core.

i would talk to Time about it. tell her how you feel, and if she gets all upset and takes it wrong then give it time and try talking to her again. you could try giving her more chances depending on how close you are, but in my opinion if she gets upset more than once then i don't think she's worth it

It's much better to speak your mind so that you aren't burning up inside. Believe me, I know how it feels...

Well. I would sit down and talk to Time away from Puma, a one on one with you two. If she doesn't accept the fact that you don't appreciate Puma making fun of Chris, then she isn't a true friend to you. Sure, you two went through good times, but there will be other memories to be made besides with Time, as bad as it sounds now, it will get better with or without her.
