John Opened the door as the bell above rang. He still had a hold of Amelia and he pulled the woman up towards the front to look at the menu. The shop had the same things that you would see at a fast food chain. This shop just had twice the taste and less the cost. "Pick whatever you want. I promise this is the best one that wound take a bite out of my wallet." He joked.

Her gaze swept up to the menu, eventually resting on a cheeseburger and fries. Pointing it out, she went along with her date's joking tone. "Alrighty then. John chuckled. "Oh course. I think the money I have saved up should cover it." What the man didn't say that he had plenty of money. He was a single man for a long time and hadn't bought anything for anyone in a long while. The man stepped up to the counter. "What can I get for you sir?" The attendant asked. "A cheeseburger, A Vegi cheese burger, a large fry and two drinks." He then turned to Amelia. "That it for now?" The man asked with a smile.

John paid for the meal before taking Amelia to a booth while they waited for their meal to be put together. "I've been here a few times. When I finally took up residence in the magic world as a teacher I had a few coworkers who took me here. Reeds is a lot different from when I started." The man commented. Everyone was different form when he started probably about the time Amelia was born.

A waiter came by and handed them their tray and drink cups for them to fill with what ever drink they wanted at the fountain. "I started at Reeds right after you were born. At that time the school was really small compared to now. The only teacher still teaching here are Claire and Imhotep. Len Richardson wasn't even around as a wizard at that time. Then again Claire and Imhotep have been at the school since it was founded." The man stood up with his cup and started to walk over to the fountain.

John started to get some coke into his cup. He loved the liquid. Even when is still had cocaine still in it. That was at the turn of the century though and that was over a hundred years ago. "I do enjoy it. Every so often there will be a musical genius in our ranks. My first greatest student would have to be the woman who now teaches the dance classes, Mizuki Kaito, then after that there is a new student name Cedric Hickman."

Curiously, she wondered if a man his age would have drunk the orignial coke, but felt it would be a random question to ask admist thier current conversation. Pulling the container back once it was full, she took a moment to place the dance teacher. Having never taken a class from the woman, plus the fact that she was far from educated in who was exactly famous, she eventually set the name...or at least she assumed the blonde she was thinking of was Mizuki. "A genius?" she questioned as she turned back to thier table. Sitting down, she waited for her companion to do the same before finishing her statement. "That's a very high compliment." She had heard of the boy, Cedric, but only through his bandmates that happen to be her own friends; albeit even thier words were full of praise. MissMom <<

John smiled and nodded it was a ever good comment to give a student. "I know. Cedric is only 18 and he can play the guitar, violin, piano, and flute. He also can play several instruments through guessing. While Mizuki has a long vocal range and if she wanted to she could sing so many different genres."

John laughed as he push back some of his red locks. He unwrapped his vegi-burger as he answered Amelia. "Aren't student suppose to ask the teacher questions?" he joked before taking a bite. Once it was down he smiled. "So Miss Caliu how is it like being a mother?" The man asked giving her something to answer for him. That way she didn't have to worry about being rude.

However, coming up with an answer would take another moment, time that she filled by sipping from her soda. Setting the glass down, she spoke up cheerfully.
