This is a simulated battle between Shikatsu Nara of Konohagakure and Shigiri Nara of Kirigakure.
Two limitations of have been set;
1) Only [2] D ranked Ninjutsu per person, or [1] D rank and [1] C rank, with Maruton Ninjutsu included in the counting.
2) Only Nara Bloodline jutsu of "B" rank or lower are usable.
The two Ninjutsu selected by Shigiri are as follows;
Karasu Bushin no Jutsu [Crow Clone Technique][C]
Kamaitachi no Jutsu [Slashing Wind Skill][D]
The two Ninjutsu selected by Shikatsu are as follows;
Kokuun no Jutsu [Black Clouds Technique][D]
Housenka no Jutsu [Mythical Fire Flower Technique][C]
The Nara Bloodline jutsu usable are as follows;
Kageton: Endai Yami [Shadow Release: Far Reaching Darkness]
Kageton: Kage Kibou [Shadow Release: Shadow Trick]
Kageton: Kage no Yaiba [Shadow Release: Shadow Blade]
Kageton: Name no Gengetsu [Shadow Release: Wave of the Crescent Moon]
Kage Kubo Shibari no Jutsu [Shadow Neck Bind Technique]
Kagemane no Jutsu [Shadow Imitation Technique]
Kagemane Shuriken no Jutsu [Shadow Imitation Shuriken Technique]
Kage Nui no Jutsu [Shadow Sewing Technique]
The battle is set within a domed arena of an approximately eighty-yard radius, with the floor being made of grass, dirt, sand, and stone, the walls being made of marble, and the dome being made of glass. The dome is approximately thirty-two feet in height from the center of the roof to the floor of the arena. There are six stairwells leading to the seating areas of the arena, spaced evenly apart. Behind the seating areas is a giant walkway which wraps around the floor of the arena and the seating areas. The entire arena, be it the floor, the seating areas, or the walkway behind the seating areas, is the battlefield. The time is day.
Also, we will be rolling numbers to see who goes first. Highest number between 1 and 100 wins.
If the battle ends in a draw, we will roll numbers again. This time, whomever gets the lowest number will win.

He wondered just how this battle would turn out, he was also curious about the design of the arena. He sat down and waited for his opponent to arrive. 四季ちゃん "Don't let limits slow you down." Shigiri then landed into the floor of the arena, his back facing Shikatsu and his umbrella lain haphazardously onto his right shouder. A "Hmm?" was heard as Shigiri turned around, then a slight "Ah." as he saw Shikatsu's face. "Well, hello there, Shika-chan. So...I guess you're the one I'm supposed to fight?"
Shigiri then rubbed his hair in a slightly annoyed fashion, then said "Bah, so bothersome." before suddenly charging towards Shikatsu before spinning around in the air with his umbrella blade outstretched, attempting to hit Shikatsu in his left ribs, the momentum of his previous charging giving more power to his swing. "Given enough time, even the hardest of blades will rust under the weight of the rain." Shiki-chan, the Umbrella Man

四季ちゃん"Don't let limits slow you down." Once Shigiri had missed with his strike, he stopped spinning around and landed on his feet. Laughing slightly, he said in a cheerful tone, "It would've been warmer had you let it make contact. Hah...well, though." Shigiri then procured one of the ten kunai in his waist-pouch from said waist-pouch, then spun it around his left index finger by the hole at the end of the hilt before saying "Let's not make this too boring, huh, Shika-chan?"
After saying this, he immediately threw the kunai at Shikatsu, though it was aimed relatively low, so, it would more than likely miss. However, after he had thrown the kunai, he had also charged toward Shikatsu again and attempted to strike him with the umbrella once more, this time from a diagonal angle aimed at Shikatsu's right shoulder. He slashed in the the opposite way he did so the the umbrella and the kunai would hit each other. "Why must you always call me shika-chan?" He asked him as he kicked at his stomach. Shigiri quickly and deftly caught Shikatsu's foot with his free left hand, then said in a mischeivous tone "Why, whatever do you mean, Shika-chan?" before laughing mischeviously, then twisting Shikatsu's foot to the left, thus causing Shikatsu's body to flip towards his (Shikatsu's) right. After doing this, Shigiri swung down his umbrella again, this time aiming at the small of Shikatsu's back and the back of the last four of his right ribs while still grasping onto Shikatsu's foot. He quickly pulled out his Wakizashi which was on his lower back facing his right. He pulled out the blade and with the momentum from flipping, he slashed at the umbrella. his would most likely knock Shigiri of balance and possible throw him back far enough for Shikatsu to move. "Your life is to short, so don't go throwing it away so easily."

Once he regained his balance, Shigiri went in for another spin strike like he did as his "Warm Welcome" to Shikatsu, only, this time he was spinning the ohter way and was aiming for Shikatsu's neck instead. Shigiri, upon Shikatsu blocking his attack, quickly let go of the umbrella, then, using the momentum of his spinning strike attempt, turned slightly, then grabbed the umbrella's hilt with his left hand and shoved with all of his might, which would most likely cause Shikatsu to lose his balance. Afterward, regardless of whether or not Shikatsu had lost his balance, Shigiri would land on both his feet again, then quickly throw a punch with his right hand towards Shikatsu's gut. As Shikatsu was going backwards, he used the momentum to do a back flip and dodge the punch. He did 3 more abck flips so he could get some space between them. "Your life is to short, so don't go throwing it away so easily."

Once Shikatsu has successfully dodged the punch, Shigiri laughed for a second, then shrugged nonchalantly and said in a mischeivous tone "Aw, did I hurt the poor little deerling's feelings?" before suddenly charging toward Shikatsu again and proceeding to attempt a barrage of swings, leaving little time for Shikatsu to attempt an offensive. The swings majorly consisted of diagonal swings. There was also the occasional swinging kick that Shigiri attempted.
