"If you feel like it, come with me." Hey Burn. Before I start, I'd like to let you know I've already had a good laugh at myself so mature replies only please. xd ;
So.. uhm I don't have the SMALLEST chest around, and I used to jog a lot around my neighborhood. There's a semi-busy street that I cannot avoid when I run (my neighborhood is rather small, k ), and I can't tell you how many times I've had men either stare at me, slow down their cars, hoot/holler, or plain stop their car and yell "DAMN GURL" at me. ._______. It makes me feel disgusting and like an object. I was wondering if there are any other cardio exercises I could do that don't involve getting ogled by creepy men? All I want to do is be healthy but jogging around those kind of people isn't an option for me. I get SO offended when men are like that. (PS I hope this is the right subforum..) Bleh, and people wonder why I don't go jogging. I've been going to a gym for about a month, it's Snap Fitness. If you get a membership you can go as often as you want. Everyone around you is at different levels, some noobs trying to figure it all out, big ole' muscleheads, and simple people trying to be fit. No one says anything nasty/ rude to anyone and it feels like a generally friendly environment.

Sure, there's a lot of DVD excersize programs you can follow in the privacy of you home. Generally you don't need any equipment at all. Kickboxing is fun and good cardio.

That really annoys me too, I get creepers doing that when I used to walk home from uni.
I have this CD I bought online, called TurboFire. I saw it on an infomercial late at night and it really hooked me, lol. (I'm a sucker for those things) Anyway, you basically memorize these simple moves and there's music that goes with the beat, so it doesn't even feel like you're working out! It's really fun, and gets you pumped up.

There are a lot of cardio activities that you can do just around your house. If you have a backyard, you can do jump rope, jumping jacks, stuff like that. You also might want to try bike riding--it's better for your knees than running, anyway.

I suggest biking to places to need to go. Not only is it a way to get stuff done while you exercise, but you don't have to worry about, ah, your chest.
Or if you like jogging (personally, I always run a mile to get my mind off things) you can buy a good sports bra. They may be expensive, but they're worth it. 3nodding

Why would you be carrying around a chest when you jog, anyway? That seems tedious. Are you trying to keep the pirates from finding it?

@Everyone: Thanks for the replies! I will try some of the things you mentioned. "I will tell you a story. I'll show you something." -The Book Thief

They say you waste time asleep...
Two bits of advice I didn't think I saw in this thread, 1) try wearing a more secure bra, perhaps one built for fitness, such as this one. 2) Try jogging in a nearby park or isolated area, or skip out on the publicity altogether and run on a treadmill.
...but I'm just tryna dream.

I've heard good things about the insanity and P90X work outs.
I usually don't like straight jogging, I find it boring. I prefer sports, outdoor activities or biking really.

ya see this is one of the reasons i dont run! that and i dont believe in running unless something is chasing you! lol but really its horrible that this happens to you. i was at a car wash to raise money for colorguard. i was near the road holding a sign and some guy stuck his head out the window and screamed lets see some titties. u could do a whole bunch of things you could do to stay fit. u could go to a gym, get some workout equipment at ur house, or even just use videos to work out with out equipment
