Dallon: *quickly goes to glare behind him but sees nothing* >_<; *turns back around to see Vel and gasps at the sudden surprise* Oh, you! *subtle chuckle* Hello Velvet...

Dallon: *sees her all grown but decides to mess with her* Hmm... your not as painfully obvious as the last time we met?

Dallon: *doesn't like seeing her sad* -.-; .... you look beautiful. *nips at her braid* You have grown up very well.

Dallon: M'hm. You're going to have stallions all over you, but don't let me catch them. I might give them a hoof to the face for even touching my little Vel. *crooked smirk*

Vel: *goes pink at his words and edges close* I'll just stick close then I don't think I want to be involved in a stampede... *hiding under his wing, her nose under his chin, looking around before closing her eyes and pretending no one can see her*

Dallon: *freezes solid as she scoots her way under his wing and chin, unfamiliar with such closeness* R-right... well... I'll always be here to protect you if you need me, Vel.

Vel: *moved away feeling him go stiff, smiling and nodding* That's a nice idea

Dallon: Good. I was hoping you wouldn't be upset of the idea of making you a single lady for the rest of your life. *confident smirk*

Vel: *smiles, looking decidedly impish* No more upset than you would be at getting gelded

Dallon: *gulp* o.o touche ...

Vel: *blushes* Besides that's not something you have to worry about

Dallon: *deflates from relief* Good. Knowing you... I'd say you'd be very capable of it.

Vel: *looks confused* Why? *her green eyes rather large, knowing she had a temper but she had never done anything to him*

Dallon: Well, you part monster, so... I'd assume you could. *smirks, clearly not upset as much as he was when he first learned about it*

Vel: *gapes at him again* I AM NOT PART MONSTER!!

Dallon: o_o; *tilts his head* So defensive...

Vel: *frowns her voice lowering again* Why would you say that I've never done anything monsterous

Dallon: Oh, don't get all upset now. I was only teasing you. *nips at her hair again*

Vel: *Huggs and sighs giving him a disgruntled nudge* When did you aquire a sense of humour?

Dallon: *tilts head* You know... i can't remember. Perhaps you're rubbing off on me, Vel.

Vel: Oh heavens that cant be good *grinning rather pleased at the notion as it meant he liked her enough to put up with her that much*

Dallon: *subtle chuckle* No... no it can't be. *mischievous grin* So, little Vel... what have you been up tk while not tugging my tail?

Vel: *sighs* Nothing... I met a friend, we played hide and seek, though it might be hard to play that any more *looking at herself having grown quite a bit now* He had mean brothers... so we kind of fit in that way *both had needed a friend to play with*

Dallon: *is proud of her* and he is of your age?

Vel: *nods: Pretty much, I've not seen him for a while though, but he looked it when we played

Dallon: Ah, then he might be my first victim? *lifts hoof as if ready to kick, faint smile on his lips*

Vel: I doubt it *really not seeing this boy chasing her as a mate. Leaning in meeting his odd eyes with hers* Besides if you go beating all the other males up that means you will be stuck with me!

Dallon: *swallows hard* Y-yes... i suppose that you can look at it like that. *feels awkward*

Vel: *looks away and sighs, just looking at a random tree* And I suppose if your stuck with me I might as well chase off any females for you so you don't get bothered by them

Dallon: *smirks, feeling a bit more comfortable from her humour* By all means, go ahead. I have no intention of settling down.


Vel: *wags her tail and looks back at him and winks* Sure thing hooves at the ready... we can die alone and foalless together...

Dallon: *thinks to tease her* Well who says we have to be foalless? *wink*

Vel: *looks at him taking in the wink and smiling at him* But Dallon... The last time I checked... Foals were a pretty big thing that make most settle down... or am I wrong? *tilting her head looking thoughtful*

Dallon: *smirks, I guess if you're going to take it that way I'll take my baby making skills else where. *turns to leave*

Vel: *quirks an eyebrow and shrugs* Very well but you get to look after the kids

Dallon: *blinks* Oh? But what will you be doing then, little miss lazy?

Vel: *grins at him* Beating the stallions AND the mares away of coarse

Dallon: *grins* I feel as though you've swapped our roles.

Vel: *wanders over and leans lose peeking at him cheekily* We had roles?

Dallon: *feels like he slipped up* ^_^; You're to cute. If we're going to pretend to play house we have to have roles right?

Vel: *giggles* I suppose so, so I guess that makes me the mommy, you the daddy and an undetermined number of foals for me to look after it seems while you chase the stallions away and have fun with the mares *poking her tongue out at him teasingly*

Dallon: *chuckles genuinely* yeah, that sounds about right... *looks around* Here. Here are our children. *nudges two rocks over to Vel* Let's name them.

Vel: *looks at the rocks laughing* ok so lets split the difference and say we have a boy and a girl.... I'd like to name the girl Robin and the boy Gideon... what do you think? *looking over at him* after all as daddy to two boulders you have a fair say too

Dallon: *smirks and reaches over with his hoof* I like them... but of course i'll be favouring my son. Gideon. *drags rock closer to him.*

Vel: Such a mean daddy, poor robin *draws the rock closer to her that was supposed to be her daughter* Don't worry mummy loves you *trying not to giggle this seeming somewhat odd*

Dallon: Well, you can teach her to be lady like and I'll teach our son to be a man. It's not like i don't love little Robin

Vel: *looks at him rather oddly for a moment and leans down and whispers to the rock* Robin its funny, daddy thinks mommy has any clue how to be ladylike... opsie

Dallon: *smirks at Vel's words and shakes his head, slightly rolling his eyes*

Vel: *grins at him lifting her head* But then with the right persuasion I can do pretty much anything I put my mind to *her turn to wink at him this time*


Dallon: *is taken back by the hint/threat* Ah, well then... *clears throat* Look at the sun. It's setting. I should be. .. getting home...

Vel: *giggles as he backs up* aww poor foals daddys abandoning us after all *giving an over dramatic sigh* I gave my heart to the wrong stallion *hanging her head really hamming up the melodrama*

Dallon: *furrows his eyebrows* You... are you being serious? *wanders closer and puts a wing over her, still not liking to see her sad*

Vel: *looks up at him and gives him a nuzzle* Your a good guy Dallon, but no I was playing my role *not able to tease him when he was being so nice. Though a girl could dream, he was still pretty but she knew better than to tell him that again*
