Felise had watched the colt with mild interest when he had appeared in her area, mostly wondering what he was doing there but otherwise not really concerned. She had dropped from her branch into a bush where she was well hidden, watching the young catwalker as it hunted a mouse. Her ears drooping, after all he was one of the most feared creatures and he was after a mouse... One that he missed... She went still, her cat form small and non threatening to most soquili, or it looked that way, though she left an impression. Finding the mouse had wandered right over to where she had been still land quiet, her cat paw slamming down on the thing, it giving a squeak. Picking it up in her cat jaws and walking out of the bush holding the foals prey as she looked at him, her tail flicking, the tuft on the end all that kept the glinting golden ring from falling off. |

His tail twitched as he stalked a mouse that had stupidly skittered out in the open, catching his attention. A sinister lok crawled up onto his coltish maw as he crept slowly closer.. and closer... all till finally.. he pounced. A terrified squeak faded into a scuffle of leaves and dirt. He dashed here and there trying to catch the mouse. sadly.. it got away as it slipped under a stump and out of sight. growling angrily, he stalked away from the stump a ways only to lie down and watch silently.. intently to see if the mouse would show itself once more.
