Hey there, folks!
Before I open this new thread for general discussion & chit-chat, I'd simply like to thank you all for having stuck with GOM over the course of the last few months. It's been slow going, but as we all know, summer is the time when gaians disappear to go have RL fun (which we fully support. Please get off the computer once every few hours, and go run laps, or visit a local convention). This being said, I'll now open the thread for your chatting pleasure.
As for the topic at hand, let's start off with what's going on in our lives and what your plans are for Awesome August! Enjoy!

Believe it or not, Senior year is the easiest. Just keep up on your work and don't let yourself fall behind. After that, you can get away with anything.

Only as stressful as you make it. Also, I highly recommend taking at least half a year to yourself in order to adjust to being an adult after graduation.

Honestly, I hated my senior year...but at the same time, I loved it. I had more trouble with my classmates rather than grades and colleges. My senior group started getting really stressed out and caused this huge drama overload... stare
Being a teacher's aide is an easy A. ;D
Beaver: You play D&D? surprised

Yeah, the teacher I'm aiding for has already made me do some stuff for her after her old aide graduated. She made me run to her car to get her laptop, to the teacher's lounge to get her a Pepsi, to another teacher to pick up her coffee, and to the art room to pick up markers. Her old aide used to do nothing but sit in the back room and play Pokémon all class! rofl I'm really looking forward to it! 4laugh

Just don't expect it to be all fun and games. Sometimes, an aide is actually called upon to aide rather than support.

August is over. It failed. I live in Texas and we had 100+ degrees for two months straight.
But September?
Oh gods september!
I want to romance sweet september into my bed and have my kinky way with it's sweet autumn skys, cool breeze and chance for wetness.. er I mean rain.
