Here at the DFAC is where meals are served three times a day, as well as a Soup, Salad, and Sandwich bar around midnight. With the exception of the Zoid Hanger, the DFAC is by far the largest single room on Ebinay.

Tobais entered the DFAC wearing a pair of black running shorts and a shirt t-shirt, with a bit of sweat down the front. He;d just gotten done with his morning run. He'd done five miles today, so he was more than bit hungry. He ordered an omelette with everything, turkey bacon, some honeydew slices, then grabbed two cartons of skim milk. Today was actually his first day on Ebinay. All the Stormsworders the PAC had were moved here but yesterday, so he and his Flight were a little out of the loop. He sat down in a corner and began eating with gusto, his athletic body having the metabolism to eat up all the calories. Food here's pretty good, actually. A lot better then Elmendorf, anyway.He was always up before the rest of his team. Hellfire, the earliest riser after him, wouldn't be up for another ten minutes.

 ⊰𝔅𝔞𝔱𝔥𝔰𝔥𝔢𝔟𝔞⊱ From the right side of the entrance of the dining area, Bathsheba sat. Quietly, she ate the two slices of french toast with fired eggs on top quietly. Bored, she poked at the yokes on her eggs so the fluids drained, soaking in to the toast and mixing with the syrup. After taking a few bites of the food, she sighed happily. This kind of meal was a delicacy for her.
When Tobias entered the room, she looked up and watched him curiously. She recalled her brother saying about getting a new pilot the other day. And that must be the newbie. She thought to herself as she watched him sit down and eat.
"Hey, Jarid." She looked over to her brother, nodding her head in Tobias' direction.. "Looks like you're not full of s**t after all."

Tobias finished his meal, leaning back as he let his stomach digest its contents. He gazed around the room, trying to spot a member of Angel Team. Instead, he spotted two people, male and female, eating together, the woman nodding towards him. Now what was that all about?Tobias' left eyebrow rose. And Hellfire is late. Normally she's here by now, dragging a sleepy-eyed Ace and Spade with her.

Near where Bathsheba was, Jarid had been sitting at the table with a plate covered in Biscuits, eggs, and bacon. (Majority being bacon)
He looked from his plate to his sister, then over to where Tobais was.
He looked over at him for a few moments.
"Yes, Bathsheba. I know I'm not full of s**t. Last I checked, I was full of organs and blood." he mused, looking back at his sister before he returned to look at Tobias.
"Guess the war takes all kinds...." he added before looking back to his plate, taking a few strips of bacon and eating.
"How was the Liger doing last time you checked?" he asked, looking back at his sister.

⊰𝔅𝔞𝔱𝔥𝔰𝔥𝔢𝔟𝔞⊱ "Oh shut up before I drain that blood out of you." Bathsheba snapped at her brother after his sarcastic reply, looking at him now with an irritated glare.
"And share your bacon!" She added, taking a strip off of his plate. "I'd call you a pig for taking that much bacon, but I'm pretty sure pigs don't each other." She chuckled, before she looked back at Tobias as Jarid commented on him.
"Hey, if people are willing, why turn them down?" She shrugged her shoulders, before looking back to her brother.
"Gray is fine. Rowdy like normal, but fine." She answered with a grunt. "He got a little uppity with me today when I checked on the Zoids this morning, but I set him straight." She smirked, before she looked at Tobias again.
"He seems kind of lonely there." She remarked, frowning a little. "We should go talk to him."

Someone doesn't like me already. Oh well. Kind of hard not to be envious of me. I AM the baddest mother ******** in the Valley of the Shadow of Death after all.He may be on the ground, but his Fighter Jock ego never left him. Holy ********, Batman. Hellfire must have slept in. I told her not to get too attached to that poor kid on Ghost team. She must have kept him up all night. I wonder how Banshee is gonna react when she finds out one of her pilots is a zombie in the morning...Tobias didn;t envy the poor kid. Hellfire lived up to her name both in the air and in the bed.

"Yeah....I'm sure you can't call me that, seeing I don't think they practice cannibalism..." Jarid replied with a smirk, not even stopping her from taking any bacon.
"Gray's rowdy, huh?" he asked, looking over at her.
"Well, if it's a conciliation, this new influx of people should remedy that rather quickly." he chuckled.
Jarid then looked over at Tobias again, before returning his gaze to Bathsheba.
"I see no reason not to...But if he takes any of my bacon, his arm's getting put into the floor buffer's engine....."

⊰𝔅𝔞𝔱𝔥𝔰𝔥𝔢𝔟𝔞⊱ Bathsheba listened to her brother, a bit absent minded as she continued to watch Tobias.
"Yeah, well, he's always rowdy." She grunted back in reply. "Those new Zoids only mean more work for me." She said a bit irritably as she looked back at her brother. "Seriously. I swear you guys PURPOSELY get your asses kicked to make my job miserable." She sighed as she stood up, picking up her plate.
"And you can stay here if you want, pig nightmare." She smirked at the name. "I'm going to meet the new guy." She then backed up from the table, pushed her chair in with her foot and walked over to the table Tobias sat.
"Hi." She said rather loudly as she approached his table, giving a friendly smile. "You must be the new guy my brother told me about. Can I sit here with you?"

Tobias had seen her coming, but glanced up at her anyway, as if he hadn't noticed her. "Of course you may. My team seems to be slacking off today anyway." Tobais politley nodded towards the three empty chairs. If they were gonna be late, they were gonna lose their seats."I'm Tobias. Tobias Winters. Normally I'd give some rank with that, but I'm sure we can dispense with the formalities today." Tobias neatly lined his used silverware on his plate, the bottoms matching up perfectly, then folded his napkin into a triangle, setting it perfectly beneath him. He was a tad OCD about neatness and cleanliness. From the corner of his eye, he spooted the kid from Ghost team stagger in. He looked like hell. Tobias couldn't help but grin. She lived up to her name yet again.

"Well, you wanted a JOB...." Jarid replied, as she got up to leave.
Watching her leave, he remained where he was, gauging from there how the conversation would go.
If it went poorly, she'd probabaly be back over here.
It it went well, he'd go over and introduce himself.
Now it was just a waiting game..

⊰𝔅𝔞𝔱𝔥𝔰𝔥𝔢𝔟𝔞⊱ "Great!" Bathsheba smiled even more, sitting down almost immediately. She had planned on sitting whether she was invited or not, so now she was only in a friendlier mood since she wasn't being shut out.
"Nice to meet you, Tobias. I'm Bathsheba Caymen." She rested her right hand on her chest, before she turned around and pointed to Jarid back at her original table. "That's my older brother, Jarid." She sighed as she faced Tobias again. "Don't mind him though. He's not very friendly. More of an observer than talker."
Curiously, she watched as Tobias fiddled with his silverware and napkin.
"OCD much?" She chuckled, grinning at him. "What brings you to Ebinay Air Base anyway?"

But, everyone has their reasons, I guess." Tobias checked the door again. Nope. No one yet."Re-assignment. They moved the 101st Storm Sworder Flight from Elmendorf in Alaska. We got here last night. All 12 of us. I'm the Flight Commander. Archangel. Angel Lead. Depends on who's calling." He finished with his dishware, then slid it out of the way, leaning forward, hands clasped. "And what about you, Bathsheba? What do you do here in Beringia?"

"It's not that I'm not friendly, I just hate assholes." Jarid replied, already up and behind the two. His plate had already been emptied and left on the table. He'd get to it later.
"I see my sister is already poisoning the mind of the new people here..." he sighed, looking at his sister.

⊰𝔅𝔞𝔱𝔥𝔰𝔥𝔢𝔟𝔞⊱ "Anti-social is very bad. Especially with me." Bathsheba giggled, starting to eat her breakfast again. She listened intently, nodding her head and giving an occasional "Hmm..." as Tobias explained his transfer.
She didn't expect to hear Jarid, and when she did, she choked a bit on her food. Starting a coughing fit and pounding on her chest, she shot a quick glare at her brother.
"You GOTTA stop doing that." She growled, coughing a few more times. "And don't be a jerk either." She added, punching Jarid in the shoulder. "You don't even know this guy, and I'm NOT poisoning his mind." She threw another punch, before she looked back to Tobias, throwing quick glancing glares at her brother.
"I'm a mechanic." She answered simply, mostly because the job was simple. "And while we're on the topics of my job, please. Don't trash your Zoid. Do you have ******** clue how long it takes to fix these guys?!" She growled, shaking her hands as she already got irritated at just the thought of working. "You guys abuse your Zoids and it drives me so nuts!"
