After so long of not seeing each other Skrillex had finally gotten some time out from work to take Daz out. Never in his life did he think that he would fit in the whole parent role but he must have thought wrong. The young man walked while holding the tiny hand in his own as they were heading over to the nearby playground. Both were content for now. Deep inside Skrillex knew that soon enough both would not easily be able to move around freely due to what had happened. Sighing from the thought Skrillex had then felt a tug on his shirt from Daz. It seemed as if they little meta knew his father was worrying but looking at his son's pouting face brought the smile back to the adult. "Ok ok I'm sorry. Today is about you and me." Picking up his son he gave Daz a piggyback ride the rest of the way to the playground, setting him down once they were there. "Do on and play. I'll be over here on the...dirty bench." Patting his son and pushing him to go off and play Skrillex looked over to the bench while making a disgusted face.
After seeing his after off to clean the bench before he sat down, the boy looked around scouting the playground as if he was in charge of protecting it. Tapping the side of his helmet it quickly covered his face as the helmet became whole. "Time to bring justice to this playground." Zipping up his leather jacket and putting on his black gloves with a cyan stripe running from his middle finger to the end of his hand he ran off. Rather than playing like a regular kid he went off to make sure that everyone wasn't up to anything bad.

They had come to the playground a couple of times. Fun times. Dante and Mya, like daughter and mother. And what else were they? As far as Dante was concerned, Mya was her moma, and, as far as Mya was concerned, Dante might as well have been born from her. Between chasing each other, playing in the swings or just the simple moment of eating their sammich together, Dante had been given only good memories of her times in the park and the playground. Times that she wanted to repeat.
Today was a little different though. Mya had clients that wanted readings in the shop, and the other shopkeeper - a mean girl who called herself Mystique and who might as well paint herself black and become one with the asphalt in Dante's opinion - did nothing to either please or even keep the toddler in check, too busy chewing gum and flipping her magazine of skinny girl looking boys. Fed up with not doing anything and a lot more interested in the outside, the young Meta took off, though not before snatching the pack of chewing gum from Mystique's bag and stashing it on one of her short's pockets. Right before she disappeared through the door way, the deep blue eyes scanned the completely absorbed goth, narrowing. If she was still like that when Dante returned... well, the smirk on the toddler's lips didn't exactly bid well towards Mystique's fate.
A few minutes later, a completely energized Dante reached the playground, the warmth of the sun filling her to the brim. She even actually grinned when she saw how full the playground was. Kids everywhere. Frollicking happily. So delightfully... unaware. There were a couple that she remembered from last time but, other than those... fresh meat. A couple of adults, Dante noted, were eyeing her with a bit of... something. It was more than the usual curiosity, since her mother had told her that her skin and her hair weren't seen often. Not, there was some frown wrinkles here and there. She didn't remember them from before though... what were they frowning at? With a shrug, it was put behind her back, stashed within a corner of her memory. First things first. To satisfy her climbing wishes.
Immediatly, Dante rushed to the side of the swings. One second, her feet were on the ground, the other, she was dangling upside down, holding onto the bar with only her knees, dress stuffed around her arms. It didn't matter if the floor was like five feet away, if she was practially half naked, if she'd shoved other kids away on her sprint or anything. It made her happy to be like that, and nothing could ruin it.

Standing from on top of a tree, Daz continued to scout the area, watching if anyone was up to anything bad. As he was looking around he spotted a girl who was upside down and half naked. "What the hell is that stupid girl doing?! How shameful!" He yelled with a robotic voice and a deep blush under his helmet. Quickly climbing down from the tree he quickly ran over to the swing and looked up to the girl. "Hey you, girl! Get down from there or at least cover yourself! Have some shame you perverted girl!" He yelled again but when he didn't get a quick response Daz began to climb the swings. "If you don't listen to me and I catch you, you'll be in a lot of trouble."

Hey you, girl!
Dante's covered brows shifted, one of them raised out of annoyance. Was a grown up going to pry her down again? Mya moma did it before, and Dante actually tagged along because, well, it was her moma and all... but she wouldn't stand for anyone else to do it! Even if it was a wierd voiced person and all...
That is, until she managed to push the dress off her eyes. First impression: a walking trash can with glowy eyes. Dante couldn't help but blink for the time it took her to realize the trash can was actually a person, a kid like her, at that. When she did, her mind was made up - the raging robot helmet boy had just earned the label 'Trash Can'. As Dax began climbing, the mischief riddled smirk returned to the toddler's face. He wanted to boss her as if he was a grown up, huh? Yeah, like that's going to work. A pink gum balloon started to inflate from her lips while her cursed gaze pointed at the boy, watching his efforts. When Dax was about halfway, the balloon popped, and Dante sprung into action.
With all the agility of a tree climbing monkey (and very much behaving like one...), Dante lifted herself up and sat on the bar, apparently to straighten down her dress, hands smoothing down the completely disheveled thing back to its place. A small victory for Dax? Maybe...
Not. After all, it's much easier to strip out of your clothes when they're not all wrinkled and clinging to your face. And so, whatever hopes Dax might have had that the wrongdoer would give up her malicious ways were thrown in the wind, as the dress was STRIPPED and waved around victoriously like a flag, causing many parents and random passersby to gasp and go all wide eyed. "Bring it, Trash Can!" And, with the challenge issued, she stood up and took off the opposite way, balancing herself with an unnatural ease fueled by the gravity defying trait of the Fallen across the horizontal tube, before sliding down to the ground. Once down, she tied the dress to her neck like a cape, and, with her black cloak of orderly defiance on, darted off towards the sandbox.

Just as the boy was getting closer he stopped in shook from what the girl just did. If his helmet wasn't covering his face everyone would have seen just how red it was from blushing. It took Daz a few seconds to snap out from it before he started to climb up quick so he could catch her. Though by the time he had reached the top the girl was already down and running away naked. "HEY GET BACK HERE YOU PERVERTED GIRL AND PUT ON YOUR DRESS!!!" Daz yelled at the top of his lungs. Just as the girl used her powers to safe get to the other side so did Daz though with a bit of more difficulty since Daz had not practiced using it as much. "I'll make that stupid girl put back her dress and make sure she doesn't do anything shameful like that ever again." He said to himself as he finally climbed down to start running after Dante. "When I catch you, you'll pay!" He yelled again as he ran towards the sandbox but as he was getting close he tripped over a toy someone had left, sending Daz's helmet to met the ground.

The loud THUNK made Dante skid to a halt right at the edge of the sandbox to see what had happened. The Trash Can was down?! Score!! The devious smirk on Dante's face widened to an impish grin, seeing her foe out of commission with a torrent of ideas flowing through her head. Even with a helmet, faceplanting on the floor couldn't be a pleasant sensation, and odds were Trash Can's head inside was still going to be rattled for a little while longer. She could obviously run away... but where's the fun in that?
A bright red soda can caught her eye, abandoned right by her side, and a feeling that it belonged somewhere else came to mind, snatching it and running straight to Dax. On her other hand, something gooey and bright pink was molded into a ball, only to get very nonchalantly stuck right on top of the boy's helmet. A bit of twisting applied to the can, a new THUNK, and voilĂ ! Dax now had his very own can-made bright red bow!
Dante wasn't done yet, despite her pleased snickering. One of her pig tails was undone, releasing half of her previously orderly blue hair into a wild bundle of spiky mess, then the other one, revealing full splendor of her chaotic mane. Before Dax started moving too much, the undone ribbons were tied together. A couple of quick loops, plus a strong knot that would have cut the boy's feet circulation if he didn't have socks on, equals tied ankles. Too finish it off, cherry on top of the cake style, Dante put one foot on Dax's bum, took off her 'cape', and raised it triumphantly (as) high (as she possibly could...) in the air, grinning widely. "I claim this Trash Can in the name of the Dante Empire!"
A chorus of claps and laughter erupted around them, as a bunch of kids had stopped what they were doing to watch the Metas' antics, and even a couple of adults couldn't help but smile. Chaos was installed.

The boy had been knocked out from the fall, what a surprise he would wake up from to see he was tied up and he was being tried like some trophy. As he came to he found himself unable to move as freely. "What the..." Looking around he saw what the girl had done to him. Anger and embarrassment quickly filled the boy, more so that other people were clapping at the girl's actions. He had been made a fool of and as a hero he would not stand for it. "Time for payback little girl." Daz said in an angry tone.
Closing his eyes and concentrating as hard as he could Daz was able to summon a small one foot black robotic creature. Daz motioned the creature for help and it did just that, running and jumping at Dante to distract her. Daz only had just a few minutes before his help would vanish so he had to act fast to untie himself and bring Dante to justice.
The little robot creature ran up Dante's so called cape and up to her head as it began to pull her hair. Pulling and pulling he did so for the girl to possibly move just a bit away from Daz so he could get free. Small electronic sound came from the creature as it continued to pull at the hair not knowing that it was starting it get tangled in the messy blue hair. All while Daz's creature was at work Daz himself began to wiggle to get away and with a few more wiggles he was out from under Dante's foot. Like that Daz moved to his feet and tried as hard as he could to untie his feet but he had to say that Dante had tied his legs well.

"Little?" This time her voice was barely audible, just to Dax who was in her proximity. One thing was showing off her feats to the crowd (which she had been doing so far); her normal speech and posture was a lot more contained when she wasn't enjoying the after effects of her mischief. Her grin died down to a muted, even slightly annoyed expression. "We're the same size, you stupid Trash Can- what are you doing?"
When Dante noticed what Dax had conjured up, it was a wee bit too late. The little robot was already halfway her dress and, the next second, latching onto her head. The girl's teeth were clenched tightly as the small spawn did it's job, unintelligible low groans of pain and curses stringed together while Dante's hands frantically tried to get the infernal construct off her hair. It hurt, dangit! And it was most definitely doing its job well, not only allowing Dax enough freedom for him to wiggle away, but forcing Dante to completely focus on trying to get rid or at least deactivate it, spinning around in place as her hands tried to pry it off or break it, according to the level of pain the robot was inflicting at the time.
The plan ended up backfiring though, in a most dejĂ vu type way. Obviously, Dante's feet were the last place her attention was on, and, in a playground, there are plenty of things and ridges and bumps and overall stuff that can make you become one with the ground, as Dax had already tasted. In fact, it seemed, that day, that one little killer toy was out with a vengeance... and, for the second time, someone tripped on it. Dante, to be exact. "Woah!" Only, something was actually in the way to soften the fall, this time around... something none other than Dax.
And so, in a most curious turn of fate, Dante actually ended up on top of Dax's stomach, sending the black robot flying with the pull of gravity and scraping knees and elbows on the process of hampering the fall. Thankfully to the boy, her instincts kicked in in more ways than one, activating her Wonderland prowess, so her weight seemed actually a lot lighter than what he could have expected.

Sweet freedom had finally come to Daz's feet after battle with the ribbon that kept them tied up but sadly for him the freedom had come at a bad time. Landing right on the boy's stomach causing an odd like sound to come from the boy, Daz found himself down flat on the ground again. Sure it didn't hurt as much but it still knocked some air out of him, enough for Daz to open up his helmet and reveal his face to get a deep breath of air. His light blond hair poked out and covered a part of the left side of his face.
The little robot's time finally ran out as it vanish like smoke leaving the two toddlers there both on the ground looking like they had just finished playing dog pile. Daz's eyes quickly flashed a bright red when he opened them and as he tried to sit up he found out that he couldn't. The boy began to push the girl to get her off of him. "Get off of me you stupid girl! You're heavy!" He shouted trying harder to get her off. "Don't make me get my robro back on you so he can pull your hair again!" He threatened her even if the truth was the he probably couldn't bring the little robot creature out again.

The commotion that had been generated, as quickly as it was formed, dissipated, though here and there other kids had resolved to adhere to the 'cape' style as well, in a much less provocative vein and without the half naked part. The two Metas were left alone, and Dax had no one to help him out.
Dante was actually particularly enjoying his despair, faking unconsciousness to make his life harder. He was repeatedly calling her stupid, so suffocating the insult out of him didn't seem so bad. Still, the more the boy wrestled to get out from under her, the more the frantic attempts actually brought on a little pain. Odds were Dante was going to end with a couple of bruises by the end of the day. Thankfully, she had just the right idiot goth girl to blame it on. "Fine, fine..." Dante grumbled, crawling off him and sitting on the ground by his side. "Why so serious anyway?"

Finally he could sit up to glare at Dante and give her an angry pout. "I'm serious because I have to be serious to protect everyone. If I just play around just like any stupid kid everyone will get hurt so I don't have time to not be serious. Ok?" Getting up he began to dust himself off before looking back at the girl again. "You need to grow up you stupid girl." Tapping the side of his helmet he hid his face again before turning away to go back to watching for evil.
How odd it was for a toddler to tell another toddler to grow up when they were no where near being grown up yet but to Daz it was all about acting mature. The boy was just uptight and needed to learn to relax and act his own age but would that even be possible for him. At the time it didn't seem possible but no one really know, maybe it would.
Going to the swings all the kids looked at him and just laughed before running off. They had seen what had happened between Dante and him, thinking it was just pure embarrassment for him to be beaten by a girl. Filled with anger the little meta boy kicked the nearest swing which of course just swung back and hit his helmet knocking Daz to the ground once more. This time he didn't even bother getting up even as kids surrounded him pointing and laughing. Didn't care or at least he didn't for now.

Whichever words Dante might've wanted to say disappeared after he got up, any piece of wisdom she might've had to impart on the misguided, waaaay too full of himself Trash Can replaced by a wish to put him into a whole world of black eyes and hurt. The only thing preventing that was the lucky fact that Dax was out of reach, watching him walk away and go back to his 'duty'.
She'd make him swallow those words, the Fallen girl thought, seething. Especially the 'stupid girl' part. "Stupid Trash Can fancies himself a grown up..." Her grumbling went on while her dress cape was being fixed, dusting off the blotches of sand and dirt, and got up back on her feet. A skeptical look crossed her face as her eyes glanced at her hair ribbons, trying to decide whether to leave them there or tie her hair again. A compromise was found, tying the ribbons to her wrists. No waste left behind, and her hair was still loose. Perfect!
Just as she was about done, ready to resume her super heroine play, the roaring laughter by the swings got her attention. A bunch of kids were laughing, rather, mocking something by the swings, and Dante took off to go see what it was. When she saw who it was though, the girl had a tough time not smirking just to spite the uptight Meta. That's right, you idiot Trash Can... Now who's stupid... It was... pitiful. The boy lying there, no one helping him... would Dante like that if it happened to her? No... This wasn't fun, this was right out mean.
"Stop it."
The laughing didn't stop, and the voices of the other kids seemed to intensify within her ears, pounding her conscience into a pool of guilt.
"Stop it."
It kept on growing bigger and bigger, one of the kids even going so far as kicking the helmet, others motioning in to gang up as well. That was the last straw. Her hand reached out and pulled the kicking boy back forcefully, almost throwing him off balance, and stepping out in front of Dax.
"SHUT UP!"
It was the loudest Dante'd ever been on her short life, but it was enough of a scream to silence the other kids. "Leave him alone." Most cowered a step back, but the biggest kids remained steadfast, locking glares with the Meta girl.

The boy didn't even seem to care for some reason even as he was being kicked. It all just felt as if Dante had somehow taken all of his energy from him. Daz just kept wondering why? Why did he have no will anymore. It was just too hard to think of an answer and just kept thinking it as the laughter and violence kept happening. Sighs kept coming from him as he went on thinking but that all stopped when he heard someone yelled to shut up then soon to leave him alone. Daz almost could not believe it since the voice came sounded like Dante. Was he already going crazy?
Nope he wasn't for when he sat up he saw Dante right in front of him looking as if she was actually protecting him from the other kids. Was he really seeing it right or had he been kicked that hard. Daz didn't have much time to think it over as it looked like the biggest kids wanted to challenge Dante. Sure he was now confused at what to think of Dante but he knew he wasn't about to just sit there and watch someone possibly get beaten up.
Standing up on his two feet he walked to stand right beside Dante as a electronic face showed up on Daz's screen glaring back at the kids. "You stupid punks better stay back or I'll put my f**king foot up your a**!" Daz shouted with his electronic voice, threatening the kids but it only seemed to anger them. Daz laughed, mocking them even more but somehow he was happy and filled with energy.
Daz was the first to move in and jump one kids and just like that there was a fight at the playground. Some of the big kids had run away but the ones that stayed were trying to fight Daz but he wasn't going to give up so easily.
