Due to our Crew's current work focusing on improving the standards of our current Class Roster, Custom Class submission are not guaranteed swift review or approval. When we are actively accepting new classes, all members will be notified.

Please use the following Code for custom Classes. Don't divert from the coding please. I don't mind diverting in terms of color, but aside from that, please don't change anything else. Single spaces between skills and sections. Like I said, please don't deviate from the coding. Even if it looks wrong during coding, the code is good. If you choose to deviate from the coding I present to you below, I will not even look at it.

If you are making a custom class for personal use (even if you are making it public) providing links to your Character Profile and your existing Customs Thread are mandatory (If the character to be taking the class has customs). Any submission made in the absence of either of these links is automatically denied until they are provided.

Alright, on the ones that you've got done, all I'm gonna need is a list of skills put up with them. I want everyone in one area so people don't have to go back and forth when they are looking for skills. ;3

Yes ma'am. I'm gonna have to think of some, by think I mean "borrow" some from LOTRO.

That works for me :3

Hunter (the Beth version)

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

History: Unmatched in the field of stealth and traps, it is almost impossible to catch these crafty little buggers off guard. With a deadly combination of ranged weapons, traps, and an animal companion, the Rangers own the wilds.

Strengths:
- Animal companions to fight by your side
- Traps and stealth
- Marksman experts
- coat projectiles in poisons
- Neutral towards animals, though they arent your friends, you share a mutual respect for each other making them not attack unless provoked

Weaknesses:
- very limited close combat
- Without Animal Companion, you're pretty much useless
- only semi-auto rifles allowed
- no summons

Learning Limits:
- two less posts to learn ranged weapons
- No hand to hand
- May only use Polearm Weapons (spear, scythe, ect)

Animal Companion Rules:
- Only allowed 3 Companions, 1 at the start, 2 at Adept, and 3 at master, so choose wisely
- May only use 1 Animal at a time
- Animal must be tamed
- Apply for animal in summons forum
- Animal retains skills from the wild and are a little stronger than normal summons

List of Skills:

E-ranked

Taming
The first skill that a hunter should learn. This is more of a test than a skill. The hunter goes into the wilds and tames a creature. Once they have this creature, they usually continue with training.

Vanish Trap
A simple claw trap that has had a little energy focused into it. The trap is invisible to the naked eye and is used for holding targets in place. The person caught in the trap will have badly cut ankles, reducing their speed by half.

D-rank

Spiral Shot
By focusing energy into their projectile, the hunter is able to make it spiral very quickly, giving the projectile a drill like effect. This can pierce through light metals and thin armor.

Blinding Shot
By focusing energy into their Projectile, the hunter may cause it to burst into a flash of bright white light, blinding the enemy. This skill destroys the projectile in the process, so it is best to fire a shot right after this skill.

Cloak
The ranger focuses their energy into a small radius around them. This causes them to blend in with their surroundings as long as they stay still. Smell and sound can still be sensed however.

Enrage
Your pet is sent into a fit of rage, increasing it's stats by 1 for 5 posts or until incapacitated or killed.

C-rank

Flame Trap
The same as the Vanish Trap, only when triggered it sends a large blast of flames upwards at the trapped victim. This is used when the hunter wishes to greatly weaken their target and make them easier to kill.

Ice Trap
Same as the others, only the target is frozen solid. This trap is used if you wish to easily capture the target alive.

Draw Poison
Your years of training in the wilds had brought you expert knowledge of all nature has to offer, even it's most deadliest gifts. Knowing how most poisons work, you are able to extract them before they can do any real damage.

Plague Shot
You focus energy into your projectile, making it fester with disease and plague. A wound inflicted by this attack will begin to rot and irritate the victim. It cannot be healed by magic.

Roar
Your pet lets loose a mighty roar, causing other animals and people of lower rank to stand frozen in fear for 1 post. If the victim is an RPC, they may choose to be frozen or run away.

B-rank

Energy Shot: Pure
Your projectile is replaced by a bolt of pure energy, greatly increasing it's power and penetrative ability.

Energy Shot: Blast
The user charges an energy shot like normal, but this one is different. Upon impact, it explodes into a fiery blast.

Energy Shot: Volley
The user fires an energy bolt straight up into the air. When the shot reaches it's peak, it explodes into a rain of energy darts. This skill is very difficult to dodge, though it doesnt do a lot of collected damage

Energy Shot: Trick
The projectile that is fires vanishes from sight. The shot reappears in sight exactly 1 meter in front of the target. From the target's point of view, this looks like the hunter is firing nother until it is almost too late.

A-rank

Jaws of the Beast
One of the most deadly traps the hunter has. This trap is made of the ground its self. A seal is placed where the target is to trigger it, and upon triggering, a large beastly mouth shoots from the ground and snaps shut on the target. This can be a hollow shell to hold a target for capture, or filled with spikes for a finishing move.

Stampede
The Hunter let's out a loud cry, suddenly, out of nowhere, a mass of large beasts tears it's way towards the enemy. If they are caught in this attack, they will surely die.

S-rank

Calling the Herd
The hunter lets out a loud whistle, and all of their animal companions come to fight by their side. This is regarded as a secret move among the Hunters due to it's overwhelming potential.

Summoner (the Beth version)

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

History: The summoners were derived from a group of mages who studied how Hunters worked with animals. From their research, they created a way to store several creatures in the astral plains, waiting to be used in combat.

Strengths:
- can use 2 summons at a time
- unlimited summons
- 25% less posts to tame summons

Weaknesses:
- no class skills
- relies entirely on summons to fight
- two less strength

Learning Limits:
- 1 hand to hand
- no weapons

Hunter:They can't be stealth, that's Shinobi, No guns, at all. Still don't see how a Hunter, something that would normally kill animals, would be able to summon animals. Played to much Dragon Age I see. Learn limits is how many styles you could learn, and why give them another medium ranged weapon. Let them learn 1 melee styles, only that is has to be done with a longsword or smaller. It's not even what I had in mind when I was thinking about making the classes.

Summoner: Not but 1 ranged style, and seriously you couldn't have just added that in with a different color.

Hunters have to be a stealth based class...just because shinobi are stealth, doesnt mean they cant also be. A hunter has to fall into a range/stealth slot...By your logic, you cant have samuri and juggernoughts because they're melee...and the guardian is meleee

Please explain why they cant use guns... there is no "Law of the Hunter" and if we're going to be up against people who are potentially in massive suits (The citadel and it's marines), Arrows wont be enough. I'm sorry, it's a simple fact that you MUST make the playing mat equal for all. I've only limited it to semi-auto, meaning long rifles that are normally used in hunting.

They arent summoning the animals. And even if they were...everyone else can get summons, what's stopping them? The animals follow the hunter around. When not in use, they roam the wilds, when he wants to swap animals, he calls his tamed creature he wants, and gives his creature he was using a break... simple as that. Not everything is magic. If I do say so myself, this is a much better varrient than your idea of animal control. Yours relies on the off chance that an animal happens to be in the area, with this, it's always at your disposal.

I understand it's not what you had in mind when you made tha class, but did you read the top next to the name? THE BETH VERSION.... this is my imagining of the class...not a bettering of yours. If you want to fix yours up, go ahead, but I work with my ideas only.

and on your note of summoners, no, they have 1 hand to hand, and 2 other beasts with many more skills fighting for them. They have enough stuff on their side.

and no, I couldnt just add it in another colour...for many reasons.
1: I'm not crew
2: this is my imagining of the class, not an edit of yours
3: that's ******** tacky
