Here, all the announcements pertaining to Konoha will be posted. For example, the rise of a new Hokage, event information, or the date of the Genin or Chunnin exams.
Time
The day will be divided up accordingly. Time change will generally be once every week.
Early Morning [Dawn]
Morning [Academy Bell]
Noon [Academy]
Late Noon [Students are Dismissed]
Night [Curfew]
Weather: Cloudy, Spring Day 02 (Crescent Moon)
Temperature: 70 degrees Fahrenheit
As the sun begins to rise, the temperature is sure to rise as well.
Primary Effect: Time change includes healing to max Hp and max Mp. (based on the premise that you ate dinner)
Jutsu Effect: N/A
Temperature Effect: N/A
Advice: Rain is likely
Time of Day Effect(s): TBA
Due to the wartime environment a military curfew is in effect for the evenings.
All civilians, including Academy Students, must be indoors by nightfall.
Genin are allowed to move about the village without escort but are not allowed in the forests outside. Chuunin have free access throughout the village and surrounding forests but may not act as escorts for others. Jounin and above are the only rank allowed to escort lower ranked personnel in otherwise off-limits areas.

Lord Shikamori has determined - due to the undeniable debt owed to Ame for their assistance in the current war of Fire Country - that it is wiser to accept Lady Amekage's proposal to celebrate a universal harvest festival upon the condition that at least one Sennin and three Jounin from Konoha accompany the children of the Academy for the duration of their stay in Amegakure.
**note: You do not have to make traveling posts to Ame. This is considered an [Event], therefore, it is the only other scenario where you are allowed to post besides in a main location and an isolated training location.

Hey folks, please note the changes to the Experience Submission and Experience Grading sheets. To make the lives of graders easier, please keep track of your Failed DCs too as you go along!
Furthermore, there are important changes to stat distribution rewards and Jutsu Learning/Missions Rewards. Graders please review the appropriate post.

Due to a change in grading rewards, if you did a training which subtracts Cp but were not rewarded a cp point add it to your rewards. I will be adding it to all of the trainings on the current exp rewards threads over the next couple of days.

Hey folks! As a friendly notice, the new Academy Teacher Fubuki Shinratsu will appear this Friday evening so quickly finish up whatever you are working on.
Once Bunshin no Jutsu is given as a lesson by Shinratsu, class will be dismissed. On Sunday evening, the next time change will take place. Worry not, you will have the rest of the RP day's evening time to finish whatever you need to for Day 1!
On another note, please welcome Anhouri and Homicidal Love as our new experience graders. There is also a slight change to the submission format of Trainings. Please include the # of failed posts. This will make the lives of graders much easier!

Commentary Sector
1) The announcement thread's commentary section is not the equivalent to a Chatterbox like Kirigakure no Sato.
Questions or commentaries involving recent village announcements, including how events work may go here and also any newspaper related prizes. Actual events held in the future would no longer be condensed with the announcement thread and instead be its own stickied thread in the village subforum.
2) Stay on topic.
If there's nothing useful to contribute, keep in mind it is always better to master early the skill of when to keep comments to yourself.
