The leader to The Elite Order (who you are allied to) is close to going to war with someone over something incredibly stupid, but war may break out none the less. I don't want to bring in any of the Order's soldiers into the conflict so I ask, as your ally, that you help us out. We need a small security detail to provide security for my superior in need. No more than four will be necessary if they are top notch assassins. But be warned, this is not a mission to assassinate the person giving my superior troubles. A diplomatic solution may be found. But in the mean time we would greatly appreciate your participation in this matter. If you help, you should know the The Elite Order will have LEA's back in any time of need.

I have decided to let my spartans care of the matter..my men in LEA were too slow to respond and gear up...im sorry ...i no longer ask for assisntance...the LEA will stand by your side in case of war. but i put the UNSC urgent assisst in my private offense
