Clunk. Splash. What remained of Dagger's haul of Aquatic Wishes and Wishing Floresce were unceremoniously dumped into the bottom of a small rowboat. Dagger's goat legs kicked in the air as he scrambled inside after. At least half of his stolen goods were scattered behind him in an incriminating trail. He got his clawed hands on the oar handles and started to row, straight out across the center of the lake. Anyone trying to chase him would be lost in the haunted house. He could hardly wait to lord this over Cloak. (( REMEMBER: 1 ROLL PER TURN! You can keep posting, but you can only do damage once per turn. )) WE ARE HALLOWEEN ((JUST TO RECONFIRM, one roll per phase only, as per usual, there will be three phases/turns! ))

The first clunk did not bother the creature so much. The second splash barely fazed it. But as something drummed across the shallow, inhabited water, a hollow thunk thunk thunk sound repeating every single time the oar slammed against its head, said inhabitant had had enough.
It reared its ugly head, its body, all twenty feet of it into the air, and effectively sank the source of the intrusion, goat legs, cape, Wishing Floresce and even the Aquatic Wishes bobbing like strange flowers in the dark inhabited lake.
 The creature, the rare red Fearados was NOT happy.
Though the Fearados was indeed massive, impressive, and all sorts of threatening, it had unfortunately a rather quick temper and a rather unimpressive line of vision. It did what it did best - attempt to make a beeline for the Florestival stalls, thrashing and screeching the entire way. It was hard for anyone not to notice this creature. ((OOC: PHASE 1: VS THE RED FEARADOS HP: 300- It looks like Dagger has caused the sleeping entity in the lake to wake up! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES- err that is, HELP SAVE THE FLORESTIVAL BOOTHS- If you have a student, even a GUEST one (non Enrolled, just rping in the event), roll a 6-sided dice. Odd = hit, even = miss, for the damage rolled. FOR EXAMPLE: I roll a 4. I Miss. However, if I roll a 5, I hit for 5 damage. - Hunters can also participate if they so wish, same rules apply - You have THREE TURNS to prevent the Fearados from hitting the stalls, do whatever it takes to save the goodies!)) - MAKE SURE IN YOUR SINGLE POST YOU ROLL THE DICE, RP the attack (hit or miss) accordingly AND POST IN BOLD YOUR DAMAGE or your post will be ignored!)) - One roll per PHASE ONLY!!

Siddie shrieked as the creature reared out of the water, looming over the booths. She had to do something, even if combat wasn't really her forte. She scrabbled around on the ground, found a hefty rock, and gathered up her skirt so she could dash closer and chuck the rock at the creature.
It bounced off, but at least it had hit. She had even heard it thud.

Having decided to take a short break from manning his booth, Jericho paused as he heard something going on around the lake. Furrowing his brow, he went on to investigate, freezing as he saw a large sea monster that looked incredibly unhappy right about now. In fact.. it was headed right for the festivals and the stalls!
Not only was his own stall set up, but there was Riley and his other friends. They did't work on setting those things up only to have them smashed by some raging fish.
Narrowing his eyes, he took flight and beelined straight for the Fearados, hoping to give it a good jab.
The thing was a little faster than he thought.. and he ended up flying right past it however.

Gale, who had already dumped his share of floresce eggs and that weird foxfire thing back with Aria, had been trying to find Bix again when it happened.
Then he stared blankly wondering what the hell was up with this world.

Gale thought it best to listen.
So he glanced around, scrabbled for something useful, grabbed a hefty piece of wood from a nearby table someone had thrown, and flung it as hard as he could towards the...thing. It bounced off of the creature with a loud thwack, and Gale gave a satisfied shout.
Which probably looked a little strange, since he'd forgotten to raise his voice to sound girlish. Hastily he snapped his mouth shut and went to find more "ammo."

Sin's eyes widened as she saw it...it was...it was...what was it? Well whatever it was it was huge and looked ready to rampage! Sin knew she had to do something, she coudn't just stand by and watch it...rampage!
Except that for a moment that's exactly what she did, she just stood there too stunned by this huge thing to kick butt. She remembered with a painfully accurate memory the huge Death Wish that had errupted from beneath the earth in ChristmasTown. Luckily her memory did not carry past the searing flame of it's breath or the infirmary.

Err...well! This was not what she expected to see happen at the Floresctival! Though to be fair, stranger things had happened over her time at the Academy so it was entirely plausible that the crazy would continue. The thing thrashed and screeched...and got closer to the booths. Oh jack, not her booth! She took forever setting it up! The small ghoul took the closest thing to her - apparently a lollipop - and chucked it as hard as she could at the big ol' angry fish.
Which was a pity, it looked like such a pretty big 'ol angry fish!
But that was probably why she did an amazing throw...that went nowhere near the beast.

Danny had been stomping furiously back to her dorm when she noticed some commotion at the wishing well. There was some shouting ... and a dragon thing ... All Danny caught was "fighting."
Now that she could do.
Danny's normally bubbly eyes narrowed and she searched her surroundings for something useful. There was a chunk of wood. Okay, improvising time.
Immediately she created a fireball to light the wood on fire and chucked it heroically at the monster!
... And missed. Being sick had really taken it out of her, so what would have been a nice maceball pitch just fell flat- literally.

Something large was tearing through the booths. Barth's own booth (really just a charred, fish-gut streaked sofa and table) wasn't all that salvagable in the first place.
But he was in a bad mood. He wasn't much of a thrower, unfortunately, but did manage to send some fish remains creatureward with a slimy splat.

Calder had been wandering from booth to booth looking for a certain kelpie boil when the great creature started to trash about in the water and just destroy EVERYTHING. It tore down stands, tables, and even his his booth which...........looked exactly the same after. Huh.
Worried only because said beast could hurt the booths he was delivering messages too and Cade would NEVER want to to come to the festival again if it was trashed or dangerous, Calder sprinted to the lake. Once there, eh set down his haul of spookies, the bagged floresce seed, and the plushie he got from Lizzy's booth, and pointed to his pile. "Stay."
Then he turned and headed to the lake. Water didn't bother him, but it was hard to reach the creature. So, he got the only ammo he saw around. A big rock. He picked it up and chucked it at the monster. That was no way to behave and it was giving water monsters a bad name!
Despite the poor choice in weaponry, the rock hit. Seemed his aim wit rocks was better than his aim with paintball guns.

Usually, when Riley heard a roar, it was a good thing. But seeing as she could tell Jericho was not in his dragon form at the moment, she had to turn to find out exactly who was rumbling around in the lake-
Her head tilted slowly, very slowly, all the way to the right, until it was almost ninety degrees from her body, as she stared at it. She watched as her fellow students rushed to fight it, and if she could grin, she would.
Awesome.
A fight was exactly what she wanted right now. Even if it was with a GIANT SEA MONSTER.
She reached up, pulled the top of her booth right off with a creak and splintering of wood, and sent it flying like a frisbee. It went sailing past the monster, slamming into the water harmlessly, but still - publicity was publicity.

Deacon had been pretty content doing nothing, relaxing against one of the upturned picnic tables in what he assumed was a place mostly danger-free. Until the horrible screeching of the angry... GIANT stirred him.
He really didn't have the time to wonder what it was.
"SHUT THE ******** UP," Deacon bellowed.
And with that friendly demand, he chucked his table at the beast.

Aislin didn't want to say that the Festival was boring. It wasn't! Not completely. But she had to admit, there were some awfully long lulls where nothing happened, or at least that was how it was now that she'd played every game there was to play, or at least all the ones she WANTED to. So it was actually kind of a pleasant surprise when something erupted from the nearby lake. Aislin hovered all of five inches off the ground AND stood on her tip toes to see what was going on. Oh. Oh, okay, that wasn't cool. Frantically the banshee scrambled to grab the closest thing available - her DOOMbox - and promptly chucked it at the rampaging monster. It sailed through the air, a strange tune blaring over the speakers before they smashed into the monster's face. SCORE! Damage : 5

It seemed something was up. It was entertaining, if nothing else, to watch the help run around causing havoc. Invictus watched as the rampage begun, several students happily throwing themselves into the fray as the large creature bellowed.
Well..

ha ha..
'Large'.
The horseman could have smashed it flat without a thought about it. However, he did put a thought into it.
Holding out a hand, a large rock lifted from the ground and was suddenly sent flying away from him towards the creature, smashing into it.
