 To most, it was a quiet morning, hardly any sound to be heard. But to those inhabited in the vast mountainscape, there was plenty of sound and conversation. The mountains spoke to those who knew them well enough, and to those who had the patience to listen. For the proud pride of lions that Athalia was born into, she was no exception. Seated neatly at the tip of a jutted slab of stone, the adolescent gazed over the wide horizon. The scene was beautiful, and one she'd come to look forward to viewing. Seeing how the sun rose from it's slumber in such a meek and slow manner, letting it's warmth peel over the earth like paints from an artist. Dying the ground, and those that were attached to it in a vibrant pinks, oranges, and purples, letting it spill into the sky as well. She was entranced by it, a rather stoic and content expression on her little face. Tail curled at her side, the tip with a tuft of fur flicked ever so slightly from time to time, brushing along her paw. Her brothers were still asleep, tucked and curled up against their parents within the confines of their cave. It was common for the young lioness to stray from the rest of her family for awhile in the mornings to enjoy this sight. The mountain air whispered sweet good mornings to her, ruffling her bangs gently, and bringing fresh scents that appealed to the senses. Closing those soft burnt orange eyes, Athalia let her ears swivel forward and catch the echoing calls that bounced around the area, fully letting herself become enwrapped with the very being of the giant living mountain.

((I'm a little confused because you're using the Adol. lines but you said cub. xD I'm gonna RP Shrirki as a adol.))
 Shiriki was deciding to spend some of his time out and about the pride. Today was a beautiful day. It was slightly cooler today and he felt like this was the perfect time to go out and spend some time wandering around for a little while. He of course had spent a good amount of time in the morning cleaning his mane out the best he could. He enjoyed, very much, enjoyed being clean. He spent his a good amount of his time cleaning himself off. He was very much one to enjoy being clean, he rarely allowed his coat to become dirty. Especially when it came down to his mane. He always kept his mane clean since it was a lighter colored.
Today he decided that he should spend some time wandering around the mountains he thought that it looked to be a nice place to spend some time. He was hoping for some company, he really loved company there were few times where he didn't want to have company. As he wandered up there he spotted the female and looked at her curiously before smiling at her, he knew, standing behind her, that she couldn't see the smile but he was hoping to get her attention. "hello there!" he called out to her. 'woudl you mind some compnay?" He asked her curiously.

{yeah, she grew. Just hadn't edited the rp. Did now.}
Very much caught in a sort of trance like mantra, most of the world was blocked out from Athalia. Mostly just the wind, distant overhead calls of birds, and the scrapings of leaves or other stray debris tumbling by actually registering. Her black nose would twitch every once in awhile, catching foreign scents, and those that were well known to her. Just from this small amount of time, she could tell it was going to be a promising day~
However, her state of mind was drawn out as another voice piped up. One she had never heard before. Slowly, her amber eyes peeled open, a bit groggily, ears twirking to readjust themselves. It took the second time of the male to call out for Athalia to fully reconnect to the present world. Blinking a few times, as if to refresh herself. Turning her head to the side, eyes rolling as far as they could to corners, she spied the other male, equal in her age. Smiling softly, a nod was given in response. "Certainly~" she called back in a clearly dazed voice, as if one were just waking up from a peaceful slumber.

Shiriki looked at the female and a smile appeared wider on his face. He was glad that the other was okay with his company to him that was something to enjoy. He liked the company of another and when he had the company of another it was on of the best things to him. He was very much a company kind of lion, he rarely didn't want the company of another. If he could find some one that was willing to be with him he was happy camper. He flicked his hair out of his eyes and then moved toward the side of the lioness, he looked over the female and sat quietly for a moment then looked back forward before speaking to her. "it looks beautiful today doesn't?" He said curiously with a chuckle right afterward.

She smiled lightly to him as he came on over, and took a seat. She too enjoyed company, and most of the time it was with her brothers. That wasn't a bad thing, of course, but it was nice to meet others outside of her family. Tail curling and flicking slowly around her haunches, her gaze returned to where it had been entranced, eyes lidding to a half mast position. She nodded slowly in agreement to his words, voice soft and a little daydreamy, "Yes.. I love catching the day at this moment. It's so calming, and.. refreshing at the same time."

Shiriki looked at the female once again before turning toward the scene in front of him and then nodded in agreement to her words. He was excited to have some company however not only excited to have some company but also to have some one who also enjoyed the simple things that he enjoyed, which included this. He loved this a lot. "I'm glad I'm not the only one who enjoys these kinds of things."
He turned to her, "how often do you come out here?" He asked her curiously, he had done it a few times before he was wondering if she was out here often or if both of them just did it from time to time.
