She had graduated, as in really, it hadn't been a forgery. No one could have been more surprised than she was and it was safe to say that while delighted, her parents were equally as astonished. Apparently their nagging and constant insistance that she study had paid off, in addition to this, the occasional help she had received from a number of her fellow witchlings seemed to have an effect as well. Admittedly, her final exam hadn't been without it's drama or uncertainty and at first it appeared she was going to fail, but the Guardians had provided her a second opportunity to control herself and well...
Ishtar Elms, was to graduated this summer!
As a reward, her mother and father had quickly whisked her off to a location that she was fully in favour of. The last time they had dragged her off, it had been to the a** end of nowhere so that she wouldn't be subject to distractions and could study - hard. However this time they had brought her to Moonfall and provided her with ample spending money too! It was the perfect reward for a witchling who loved nothing more than to shop, admittedly, she had zero interest in the more magically potent objects as she'd never excelled at potion making but she was interested in the clothes. After all, now that she was graduating she'd no longer have a uniform and would need to kit out her wardrobe with pretty clothing.
Uncertain of exactly what she wanted, the young woman drifted down the broad sidewalk, her hands shoved unceremoniously into the pockets of her plaited skirt. Every now and then she would pause, focus on something of interest in a shop window and then continue on. For the most part she was largely uninspired and had yet to stumble upon something she absolutely had to have. She had faith that she would find something eventually but for the time being she suspected that a small break was in order - this in mind, she turned a corner and headed towards one of the nearest coffee shops.
Hot chocolate sounded nice right about now. Really nice!
