Okay, so we are going to be having limited characters who be Uchiha, Uzumaki, etc. That also includes the popular jutsus and bloodlines like Chidori, Rasengan, Sage Mode, Cursed Seals, Sharingan, etc. There will only be one master for each of those. If you wish to have your character learn this, you must ask if you would like to learn under that master. Also for wanting to be Anbu or a Sannin, you must send me a PM with a roleplay sample. I don't want a lot of people being an Anbu or a Sannin. Also all Jinchuriken must be from their original villages. I don't want them to be all in one village.
