Weapon form appearance: Devon is a weapon called the the "Chained Arms" which gives him the ability to shift between fuor chain based weapons: The Chain Knife, A Kusari-Gama, A Meteor Hammer, and lastly a chain whip.
Background: Devon comes from a small family of weapons that has never had a member become a "Death Scythe" in their entire line. Devon himself hopes to become the family's first "Death Scthye". Early in life when Devon was 10 he saw his brother fall to a witch whilst trying to collect her soul to become a "Death Scythe" but his brother and his brother's meister were greatly overwhelmed and fell minutes into the battle causing the witch to take their souls instead of vice versa. Now Devon is starting at the D.W.M.A. to take 99 Kishin egg souls and the witch who took his brother's soul to become Lord Death's newest weapon.
