That is....about where I stand too. Although country isn't high on my list either, probably from mom forcing us to listen to it when I was younger.

I like rock/alternative, rap, oldies...actually, just about everything except for country and R&B. There are a few exceptions to those as well.

Anything a little off from normal. Music too normal or too simplistic bore me... though some radio hip-hop makes for good music in the background of movies or for playing in the supermarket.

Like what? :p Well, on pandora I have a station based on all techno/pop and such then I have one based on death metal Then one based on all types of punk from Old school punk to the pop punk to gypsy punk and other such things. One based on classical instrumental movie and video game music one based on 90's and other such type of rock and alternative and one huge mess of the combination of them all.

I listen to all kind of music from on RadioTuna.com. But I like listen to Classical....it so elegant~

I quite like System of a Down, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, etc. ((Btw, those listed are my favorite))
Of course, the lead singer of System, Serj Tankian, did a thing with the Auckland Philarmonic Orchestra or however you spell it and it was maaaaagicaaaaaaal.
