I have very strange dreams. This morning I dreamed that I was having sushi with Saddam Hussein. It wasn't a social occasion though. He was deciding whether or not to kill me. Apparently, in my dreams, he invites you over for sushi while contemplating your death.
Weirdness: I don't like sushi. This is the second time I've had sushi with him, and I lived both times! (recurring dreams = weird) I ordered egg rolls.
Also, earlier in the same dream, my dog fell into my inground pool, which was covered in thin ice. After I rescued her I tried giving her a nice warm bath. How was this supposed to help? I have no idea. Also, I don't have a dog or a pool. confused
I shall use this thread to document my strange dreams. You should add your dreams too!

My strangest dream happened when I fell asleep while studying American History....George Washington, Keanu Reeves and Orlando Bloom were arguing about something. I think it was whether or not action figures were dolls. And at some point Pikachu showed up.

I've had a few weird dreams, and a reoccurring dream from when I was like 5. I dreamed my teddy bear was being run over by a lawn mower in the dark while I hid from it and had to watch.
I still have it nowadays. Makes me sad.

I have very weird dreams. Sometimes they feature conversations I'm going to have weeks from then. It's very creepy but I'm sure everyone gets those.
Possibly one of my weirdest happened last week. I was living in my cousins' lake house (for the record, they don't have one) and my cats were living in the lake. So Johnathon Taylor Thomas and I were riding our bikes down the dock when I fell in. I started screaming about alligators and then my cats saved me. Then I went back home where my brother who was strangely Crispin Glover was like 'Why are you all wet?' and I go 'I almost drowned' and he goes 'Well, dry off because we're going to the Chinese restaurant.' Then I was running through the woods for some reason with my friend Chris. And then I woke up. Weird, huh?

Today (or was it yesterday?) I had a very scary dream. Well, in my dream, it was scary.
I was about 5 years old, I think. And I was blonde. This very strange couple were following my dad and me, because of chocolate eggs that I had in my pocket which apparently were worth a lot.
This gun appeared out of nowhere, and I popped the easter eggs in them, and shot the couple. Chocolate everywhere. Ugh.

The last dream I remembered...
I walked out of my girlfriends house, and there were Cuban rebels across the street, behind a barricade, firing at me with rocket launchers. I took cover behind a tree and they fled.
Mmyep...

I had a dream once where I threw a tricycle at Draco Malfoy because he and Crabbe and Goyle were teasing me because I rode the trike to school.
I had another dream where I jumped off the Empire State Building (in NY) and bounced off the ground because it (the ground) was made of a large trampoline. So I just kept bouncing.
I don't think I've ever had any recurring dreams...

I took a nap today, so I have another strange dream to report!
I was walking around with my best friend in her neighborhood, when I saw an office chair on the sidewalk with a sale sign on it. I sat on it to test it out, and it started rolling down the street uncontrollably. I couldn't stop, and I kept almost getting hit by cars. And then I took it to a mechanic to get the wheels fixed. Then the chair was good, so my friend and I went back to her house. But I never went back to see the chair's owner to pay for the chair! redface
Later, my best friend and I were going to go somewhere in the car, but she was running down the street with my shoes and wouldn't give them to me. Also, some creepy old neighbor dude was reading my notebook that contaned angsty poems, and he started writing love notes to my best friend. Eww!

My weird dreams are also highly personal dreams. I have a few recurring ones, but they'd take me days to recount, because they're very detailed. The other weird dreams...well, I wouldn't want to share them. Not that I don't trust you guys or anything, it's just...well...yeah.

I have recurring dreams a lot. Some of them I've been having for years. The details may change, but the dream is the same. Case in point: I have a dream in which I'm looking for a place to live. Over the years, I've looked at a dingy old apartment with peeling wallpaper, a beach house, a mansion, and a high-rise apartment with glass floors (creepy). I never seem to find the right place, though.
Last night, I dreamt that I was living in a big place, a single-story house with very, very large rooms. Apparently, I had a lot of stuff packed up, and I went to bed and when I woke up, my kids had rooted through the boxes and unpacked a lot of them. Surprisingly, I had a large collection of big blown glass figurines, brightly colored and strange. Some were animals, some were just abstract shapes, and many of them came in sets. There was something about a scary scene involving a chicken coop. And, the kids had found a lot of furniture I had stored someplace, and set up beds in random places. I was really mad because I didn't want all that stuff everywhere, and my ex-husband was coming, and that was creating a lot of anxiety. I wanted to put everything away before he got there, but it was the middle of the night. And on and on ...

I have recurring dreams a lot too, Fresnel! Gets kind of dull after awhile, yeah? ^^;;
I'll often dream that I'm walking into my old house with all the lights off, and I find my dolls and stuffed animals chained to the furniture. Except they can talk. And they tell me someone chained them up and whoever it is is wandering around in the house somewhere. So of course the rest of my dream is spent looking for this mysterious person. It's almost set up like a video game, since every time I have the dream I walk the exact same path as I always do, sometimes searching through more or less rooms then I had before. And I've never found the person, though once I walked into the rec room and saw a shadow move across the floor. Then of course I woke up.
What I find the most strange is that I've been dreaming this since I was five (which makes sense, since the dream takes place where I lived when I was that age). Maybe it means something?

I once had a nightmare that kept me up the rest of the night when I woke up at 4:30.
In this nightmare I was both a reporter and a police detective character of mine. I both reported and investigated a series of exceedingly violent, cruel and unecessary including a young man who was handcuffed to a chair in a meat freezer with his wrists cut, a young woman with her heart cut out very slowly and a middle aged woman with her eyes gouged out, throat slit, cuts running along every limb. I became the detective for the last bit of the nightmare and I was going around my own house with my flashlight and my gun because the lights went out when no other house's power cut out and I knew the er was in my house.
