___Description: Unlike the Wind and Fire wheels used only for melee, the chakrams can be used for both ranged and hand to hand combat. Basic chakrams for this style are ideally nine inches in diameter but this size can vary from five to twelve inches depending on the size of the users hand and what is more ideal. Users of this style carry up to at least up to six chakram at any time.


___Notes:
Abilities
• Chakram Return:: A user of this style knows they cannot just throw their weapon away. So to avoid being without their weapon, they take into account every object available in the area. They use the angles and such of all objects, to bounce their chakrams off the objects and have them return to their hands. Without attaining any cuts upon the user's hands of course.

Basic Throw
Rank: E-Rank :: Simple
Description: Anyone can throw things but it takes practice to throw a chakram. With the basic throw, one throws a single chakram either vertically or horizontally at a target and hit it. To have a perfect, over handed throw, a person must hold the edge of the chakra between their thumb and the side of their index finger. Just before releasing the chakram in a throw, the person must flick their wrist, to add more speed and power.


Chakram Limb Catch
Rank: E-Rank :: Simple
Description: The user at this point, should know how to properly hold a chakram ring without having their palms cut by the sharp edge. The use of this technique is to block a taijutsu technique that requires a person to use their arm(s). As an opponent moves in to strike the user, the user catches an opponent's arm within the circle of the chakram. Then the user twists the chakram to temporarily trap the arm, bending it in a direction the arm could not normally bend or to use this chance to attack, direct the arm or break it.


Chakram Deflection
Rank: E-rank :: Simple
Description: Holding a basic chakram in hand, the use can use the chakram to deflect incoming projectiles, such as senbon, kunai, and shuriken. This requires the user to be quick and accurate instead of just swinging blindly with their weapon. Since they would need to catch the incoming projectiles by the couple of inches provided by their weapon.


Underhand Throw
Rank: E-Rank :: Simple
Description: The chakram is thrown in a set manner, either thrown vertically and over handed or horizontally and over handed. This technique allows for the user to throw the chakram to be thrown vertically from an underhanded position. To throw the chakram from an underhanded position, the user must hold the chakram's edge between their index and middle finger and lightly flick their wrist as they release the chakram. One must be careful though, if done improperly then one may accidently cut themselves or over shoot so that the chakram sails right over the head of their target.

Chakram Return
Rank: D-Rank :: Simple
Description:There is always the worry of losing one's chakram and being without a weapon. However, there is a method that chakram users have developed so that their weapon returns to them. Taking in their surroundings, a chakram user will be able to accurately judge the angles of objects. Thus, when they throw their weapon, even if it misses the target, it will bounce off other objects and return to the user. Obviously, the challenge to this technique is learning how to catch the chakram without slicing up their hands.


Singing Chakram
Rank: D-Rank :: Simple
Description: Usually when one throws a chakram, the idea is to make it silent, so that an opponent may not know that it is coming. Yet what if one needs a distraction? To have the chakram make a noise, one must focus more speed in their throw and reduce power. By making the chakram spin faster, it makes a noise that is noticeable to humans and provided an excellent distraction. The chakram will not begin to sing until a couple of seconds after release, when it is going as fast as possible. It may not do much damage but the singing will undoubtedly distract an opponent.


Power Shot
Rank: D-Rank :: Simple
Description: This time, the speed of the throw is cut back to give more power. Instead of throwing quickly, the user puts more force behind their throw as they let the chakram go. It moves a little slower than a basic attack but it is powerful. Powerful enough that it can bury itself an inch or two into solid rock and bury itself six inches in unprotected, human flesh as it cuts into bone.


Curve Shot
Rank: D-Rank :: Simple
Description: There is always the problem of some object being in the way and blocking the opponent. The way to change this is by altering the way the chakram is thrown. As the chakram is being thrown, the user moves their hand, rotating it in a clock-wise circle before flicking the wrist and releasing. The chakram seems to move straight at first, but then it curves out in an arc, bypassing the object in the way to hit the target. This is limited though, there must be enough room for an arc depending on how far the chakram must travel and how sharply it must curve at the end. Not for use in less than ten feet and no more than twenty feet.

Advanced Throw
Rank: C-rank :: Simple
Description: An advanced way to throw the chakram is by spinning it with the index finger. It gives the appearance that the user is merely fooling around and unable to properly throw the chakram. The user will suddenly throw the chakram, flicking their wrist in a counter clockwise, half circle. Their finger will lower, pointing in the direction the chakram is going in after it is release and allowed to slip off their fingers as it lowers.


Multiple Chakram
Rank: C-rank :: Simple
Description: Chakram can be stacked, one on top of the other, and then thrown much as one would shuriken. This attack is meant more for multiple enemies or if the opponent is already moving to avoid being hit by the Chakram. Stacking at least four chakram on top of each other, the user draws their arm across their body and swings it in a wide arc. As they move through the arc, they let chakrams go, one at a time, to fly at the intended target. Accuracy is diminished slightly since multiple chakram are to be released in one swing, not allowing for one to choose which part of the body the chakram will hit once released.


Back Shot
Rank: C-rank :: Simple
Description:This is a technique to catch an opponent off guard if they are trying to attack from behind the user. The user will pull their arm back, either going for a vertical, over hand throw or starting the Underhand Throw. Instead of throwing forward, the user will instead move their hands back with a flick of their wrist. Letting the chakram go to strike an opponent that they may hear or sense behind them.


Shadow Chakram
Rank: C-rank :: Simple
Description: The idea is much the same as with the Shadow Shuriken technique. First one appears to have thrown a single chakram that the opponent focuses on. Yet hidden in the shadow of the first chakram is a second, that is incoming right after the first one.


Yo-Yo Chakram
Rank: C-rank :: Complex
Description: The Yo-Yo chakram requires that the user make a chakra string and attach it to the chakram. The chakra string will connect to the weapon and be attached to the index finger of the user. While this does not allow for any complex movement of the chakram, it is quite useful This technique has two purposes for the user. On the chance there is nothing to bounce a chakram off of to return to the user, the user creates a chakra string and can pull the chakram right back to them. The second purpose, is that, incase a well aimed throw to the head or neck area misses, a person can pull upon the chakra string just as a person stands up from ducking and make it come right back for a strike from behind.

Deadly Melody
Rank: B-Rank :: Simple
Description: At this point, the user should be highly proficient in their throws and has increased speed, accuracy, and power. This technique is similar to the Singing Chakram attack but with a twist. Exchanging speed for power, the user throws their chakram at the target. It is going so fast that it begins to sing, the speed is not the only deadly part of this technique. The chakram is actually going so fast that the air around it is sheared, increasing it's range of cutting power by at least twelve inches.


Pinball
Rank: B-rank :: Simple
Description: Using the same angles and objects to have a chakram return to the user, the person uses them to confuse and attack an opponent. The user picks out a couple number of objects and angles to bounce the chakram off of before throwing it. As the chakram bounces, it goes about the area of battle and the opponent will most likely become distract or ignore the chakram. If they choose to ignore the chakram, they can be tricked into standing in the spot the chakram will go to and will be cut.



Long Shot
Rank: B-Rank :: Simple
Description: Now the user can fully utilize the long distance capabilities of the chakram. Taking aim and carefully putting in enough power and speed into the chakram, the user can throw the chakram up to a distance of one hundred and fifty feet. Although at maximum range, the chakram will have lost some speed and power.

Throw up to eight chakram in rapid succession without being stacked.
Defense with chakram, use larger chakram to catch variety size of arms to bend and break.

Throwing chakram, make more than one bounce off surfaces and return to hand, requires timing.

Throwing more than one chakram, throwing them a certain way so that they curve and bend, hitting other intended targets instead of the ones it seems to be aiming for so opponent cannot guess where it is going to go.
Power throw, continuous speed used so that every chakram thrown slices through muscle and bone without slowing down.

Able to have ten chakrams now.

Throwing ten chakram in rapid succession, making them bounce off walls so that ten razor sharp rings bounce, come back at an opponent and bounce against if they miss. User able to catch them all now, meant for multiple enemies.

Speed throw. A chakram thrown so fast that when an opponent manages to see it, it’s too late. Does not pass through the opponent, meant to hit and do real damage, intended for a kill. To dodge, a person must be quite fast and have good eye sight.

Charkams worn on arms, good for grappling and person can move them to the fingers for a quick spin and to flick them for a throw.

Precision throw. The user throws chakrams one at a time until all ten are bouncing off surfaces. Meant to miss at first to fool the opponent, then when all ten are bouncing, they converge on the opponent at once from various directions, very hard to dodge.

Keiji has always lived within Yukigakure, the oldest of two to two loving parents. His father was taijutsu specialist and his mother was more adept at chakra and jutsu control. He had a younger sister who never became a shinobi and lives peacefully in the village, married to a man and has a one year old child.

Keiji did want to be a shinobi but always had the goal in mind to become Yukikage. Ever since he was a child, he was always had the quirk of wanting more information. From a young age, he found that information was a key to getting whatever he may have wanted. He found this out when he gained information on an academy bully. Embarrassing information that he could use to blackmail the boy into submission. From then on, he grew more and more interested in gaining information.

Other than that, he became an adept genjutsu and ninjutsu user, his sensor abilities helped giving him an edge in battle. It could be said he is one of the most powerful shinobi in Yukigakure.
