First Anthem.

Mifune was born into a world where power was everything. For an Uchiha without power is nothing more than a disgrace. To always use your enemy against himself. This was the rule that Mifune was taught from birth. This rule was reinforced by the fact that he was not very physically strong or swift. So going off of what he did have, an incredibly cunning mind and a equally fearsome intelligence he devoted himself to his studies and developed a knack for learning and reading an opponents tactics as well as developing his own. During this time he developed a series of tactics for normal engagements as well as a couple for special circumstance based fights. During the development of these tactics he learned something about himself. While he did not have particularly large chakra pool, he did have a good amount of control over what he did have. That meant devoting himself to either ninjutsu or genjutsu. While he did not necessarily have the chakra for a ninjutsu specialist he did have the careful control over his charka to succeed as a genjutsu master. So naturally he chose genjutsu which allowed him to destroy the mind of an enemy and use his weakness’ against him just as he had always been taught. With his mind and emotions under control all he had left to do was to tame the bane off most Uchiha, their pride. Mifune soon realized that this was one emotion he should never tame instead one he should foster and grow. Determination and pride were powerful emotions and tools he would use before long.
