If you want to make techniques that play off of the abilities of your bijuu, this is the place to do it. Make sure you include what stage(s) your technnique can be used in in addition to the normal jutsu application.

Seven tails custom jutsu:
Jutsu name:Clay armor
Stage available:All
Rank:S (It can be used with any level of chakra, but will take up Havik +2 rank jutsu from strong willed.)
Description: Havik has used the transformation jutsu of the Kaku for a long time, helping him keep his identity secret even during battle. After training, and doing mission he noticed that many shinobi use things like swords, projectile, and many other things that make it so no matter how strong his body is, he wont be able to take the hit. So he started infusing the clay he used for his Henge and making if very durable.
To achieve: Aside from learning the jutsu Havik will need to spend 10 posts focusing his chakra into the clay he plans to use for this jutsu. (This has to be done for every suit, if it is ever destroyed this will have to be redone, if damaged it will have to be done to a lesser degree. At my discretion.)
Ability's and draw backs of this jutsu: Lowering Havik's speed by one rank due to the weight of the clay it also adds a +1 to his toughness. It can resist chakra coated blades up to it's rank without harming Havik. If some one were to coat there blade with a B ranked chakra damage, then another B ranked to the same spot, it would break through and effectively damage Havik.
Normal, non amplified strike from blades will be handled on a case by case basis since different size weapons, and different strength opponents make it hard to say exactly what will happen, but I will say it will not be easy to break through the jutsu with out a major amplification of the weapon. Weather it be from a jutsu, or the enemy's own personal strength.
Tai strikes will treated as one rank lower when it comes to damage done to the armor, but not the damage inflicted on Havik himself. Since it is made of earth a resistance to blunt force seems like a given.
The armors major weakness is of course Ration jutsu, jutsu one rank lower than this will break though, and jutsu two ranks lower will heavily damage the armor, but Havik will still be safe.
