Near the other Campaign booths is a sight that would be VERY familiar to anyone who had attended Prom. It was none other than the ScreeJay booth itself, set up complete with speakers but sans the lights. How anyone had managed to lug the giant, heavy thing outside was a miracle. A constant stream of music plays at a reasonably quiet level, not loud enough to disrupt any other booth but enough to be able hear what was playing.
The banshee herself stood behind the booth, headphones around her neck and lightly jiving along with the music that was playing. She gave a bit of a wave to those who walked by, familiar or no.xxxxxThe PledgesOn top of the booth was a stack of papers that listed multiple promises, obviously things that Aislin intended to bring to the school should she be elected for Vice President.Pledge Vote Ash for Vice President! Why?Because new faces mean new ideas! Because how much fun YOU have matters to HER! Because she'll support and work along side the President that you chose! Because she believes in hearing the word of the student body when it comes time to make decisions! Because she was ScreeJay at your Prom and has experience helping out in large events! xxxxxThe SwagAlong side the stack of papers was a basket full of pins. And next to THOSE were a line of soft plush toys in Ash's likeliness.

xxxxxThe Fun!Off slightly to the side of the booth is the crate that had previously contained the mass of hamsters that only moments ago had covered Ash's booth. They danced around the crate and on top of it but the most important thing of note was a large, wooden mallet nearby a thick wooden steak.
"Hey! Why not play a little game of Whack-A-Hamster! Just grab the mallet and see if you can't get a hit. They're kind of fast... and little. I'd aim for the ones dancing, they're kind of distracted. The three people with the most Hamsters smashed will get prizes! How to Play Hamster Smash Roleplay approaching and either picking up the mallet and taking a WHACK at a hamster or trying to SMUGGLE one into your clothes to save the fuzzy little thing! Roll 1d6 with this post as well as copy and paste the following somewhere into your post: xxxCome on everybody, it's the Hamster Smash! 1... You manage to whack the fuzzy bugger gloriously / smuggle it beneath your clothes without Ash noticing. 2... You miss the hamster / Ash sees you trying to smuggle it. 3... You miss smashing the hamster and instead hit yourself / While trying to smuggle the hamster it bites you on the hand. 4... You give the hamster a good solid WHACK, what a nice splatter / You tuck the hamster safely away without notice. 5... You miss the hamster / Ash sees you trying to smuggle it. 6... You smash not one but TWO hamsters in one go! / You manage to tuck away TWO hamsters in your clothes without anyone catching you!You can try to whack a hamster FIVE times per day. At the end of the Festival (or when the booths are closed) a tally will be made and the three with the most whacks will win a prize! SPLAT!1. Zeke (2) 2. Joachim (2) 3. Barth (2) 4. Cady (1) 5. Bea (1) 6. Christof (1) Clear on the other side of the booth, a bit away from the softly playing music of the ScreeJay speakers sat a table with a DOOMbox on top. In a circle in the clearing are a multitude of chairs. How to Play Musical Scares When a game is in Session Aislin will call everyone together and ask for a head-count. Anyone who is entering the game must make a post of their character being present, showing interest, and have the following code somewhere in their post: xxxxxCount me in! Once Aislin gives the cue (I will make a post with the word GO posted in huge, red letters, you won't miss it) the music will start. You are encouraged to make a post of your character starting around the circle of chairs, it doesn't have to be long. After a short, unspecified amount of time Aislin will give the second cue that the music has stopped and it's time to fight for a chair! When it's time to try and grab a chair make a post with SOME kind of content in it of your student lunging for one of the available chairs. Along with the blurb you must also generate a random number. Which numbers you need to generate will be provided in the second cue. If you are the first to roll a number, then the chair is yours! If you roll a number that someone else has already gotten you are allowed to re-roll to try and get a vacant chair until all chairs are taken! If you are left without a chair then you're out of the game!

Hel wandered around more, her hands stuffed onto the pockets of her apron as she assessed the area she was currently wandering. The sound of music caught her attention, and the wanna-be reaper student turned her head towards the sound, blinking at the impressing display of speakers and a booth. The music easily caught her interest, so the ghoul approached the booth curiously.
She was greeted by a very friendly and cheerful ghoul who handed her a paper, and Hel couldn’t help but grin in return as she took the paper. She liked friendly folks who put forth effort, definitely, and this ghoul was putting forth an awesome display and courtesy. Hel looked over the paper, silent for moment as she tapped her foot to the beat of the music. Oh…student council, huh? She read over the reasons why Ash should be voted and couldn’t help but nod in approval. She admired those who were charismatic and wishing to seek a position of power and leadership!
“Hello there, friend.” She greeted after she was done reading. “I’m very impressed by your display and goals.” She then held out a hand to the ghoul, to shake.

Of course the very first person to come up was a Reaper. Still, all the same Aislin smiled, handed her the flier and bopped to the music as she watched the other student read. Who knew... maybe she'd turn out like Jo or Sparrow. Ash tried not to seem too much like she was staring them down creepily in an attempt to see their reaction to what they read. When then put it down to speak to her she brightened visibly, grin spread across her face " Hello! Thank you! My name is Ash, I don't think I've seen you around school, are you new? Because I am, too." She reached out and took the hand in her's, gaze never leaving the new ghoul standing in front of her.

Hel didn’t seem to mind at all that she was being stared at. If anything, the ghoul interpreted that as Ash was very attentive when dealing with others. “ It’s good to meet you, Ash.” The reaper replied, still grinning as well. “ I’m Hel.” At the question, she gave a shake of her head. “ I could only wish. I’m visiting for the festival, since I missed opened house.” She informed, shaking Ash’s hand before releasing it, both hands going back to the flyer now. Hel was delighted that Ash was a new student who also happened to be very ambitious! “Really? I admire how driven you are, despite being new. How long have you been here, so far?” She asked curiously.

Aislin beamed, gratified by the fact that Hel was obviously one of the better Reapers. She must not be a Grim, there was no way she could be. Her shoulders sunk a little bit when she heard that the other ghoul wasn't actually a student at the school but immediately she perked up. It didn't mean that this ghoul wouldn't ever talk to other people who WERE students. She could carry the word of how fabulous Ash was as well as a pin. " Uhm... well my enrollment went through JUST after Open House so mm. About a month, maybe? I guess if you think about it I might not be a good candidate because I haven't been here for very long but I say that just means I'll be able to be an impartial decision!" She motioned towards the pins. " If you like me you could always put on one of my pins." Here was the tricky part, how to sound like she wasn't trying to pressure the Reaper when she really DID want her to wear the pin. Very badly. " You can always wear more than one if you like someone else, too." There, that came off pretty good. " I did get to help out with Prom, though. I was the ScreeJay, Cady was my assistant. She did pretty good, too!" Talk about the Prom. The Prom was her biggest asset. It people remembered Prom they'd remember how the music had never stopped, the fun time they had, and how awesome she was.

...? Is that...? The Baku perked up upon hearing music, swiveling around the face the source. When she caught sight of the familiar booth and ghoul, Xiu immediately became curious. That was...the booth from prom and one of the Screejays, wasn't it? Were they already planning next year's prom so soon?
When she moved closer, she discovered that the booth was actually another campaign booth. Her tail wagged slightly--she was looking forward to these elections!--and she stepped forward to take one of the flyers to read. She tried to do this as subtly as possible, not wanting to bother the banshee or the ghoul she was currently talking to. Well, that, and there was also the fact that Xiu had a bit of a problem when it came to talking to new people.
She looked up when she caught a scrap of their conversation--the part about prom. Considering that the little Baku had adored the event, she couldn't help but speak up. "Y-you did a really good job," She offered a timid smile, clutching the flyer tightly in her hands, "Um...at prom, I mean. It was a lot of fun." Her gaze slid to the reaper ghoul, who she greeted with another small smile and polite nod of her head. A prospective student, perhaps? Xiu certainly didn't remember seeing her in the halls, at least.

The reaper nodded her head in understanding. “ Oh, I see!” A month wasn’t that long at all, so that meant Ash was fairly new student. “ I think being new isn’t a bad thing.” Hel agreed. “ I think it shows that you really care for your school and want to be involved.” When the ghoul said it’d mean she’d be able to make impartial decisions, Hel nodded her head in agreement with a grin. “ Yes, one most look at the good side!” At Ash’s forwardness about wearing a pin, the reaper blinked for a moment as she folded up the flyer and then tucked it into an apron pocket. She then gave a short laugh, amused by how eager the ghoul was. “ Yes. I do like you.” She replied, holding out a dark hand for one of Ash’s pins. Sure, she’d put it on! She didn’t have a problem doing that. When she went on about this…prom thing, Hel couldn’t help but look a bit lost. Where she came from, she wasn’t exactly up to date with all the things boils and ghouls did in school. Hel looked a tiny bit dismayed at what she was about to ask, because she didn’t like not knowing things. “… Ash, what is this…prom, you speak of?” It was then that the reaper noticed another ghoul near them, also speaking about this prom event. Hel took a moment to assess this new ghoul, taking her to fragile appearance and shy demeanor. She offered the ghoul a wide smile and then a free hand. " Hello there, friend! I am Hel, and you are?"

It wasn't until the little Demon spoke up that Ash noticed her standing nearby. She perked up when she saw her, though, recognizing her face from the Prom Committee. The ghostling visibly straightened and puffed out as she was complimented for her work at the Prom. " Thank you! I'm so glad everyone seemed like they were having fun on the dance floor! I don't think I saw you out there, though..." Further grilling on weather or not and WHY Xiu hadn't danced were dropped as Hel asked in a hesitant tone what Prom was. The banshee gave a giggling laugh, unable to help the tiny screams that found their way into it. " Prom is uhm. Well it's Prom! Everyone dressed up and got together and danced. The theme was Oogie's Casino so there were blacklights everywhere and Nuk and Riley played games like Black Jack and Poker to win poker chips. It was a SCREAM!" She shrieked the last word in her excitement. " But wouldn't it be fun if other things could be planned like that again? Another Prom! Other dances. Like a Scary Hawkins dance! You know, where the ghouls ask the boils out instead of the other way around? Oh, oh! Or bake sales to get cash for things we need. Hmm." She hummed excitedly as she continued. The faintly colored fog that plumed and curled from her throat was beginning to hang in the air, eerie shapes and scribbles formed within it the more she spoke. " See! Lots of ideas. Love to see them happen. I helped set up the ScreeJay booth, you know." Just keep mentioning Prom.

Her eyes widened a little at the banshee's words and, with a nervous little smile, she waving her hands in front of her. "I-I did dance! Kind of! I-I mean, I was taking a lot of pictures, so..." She did manage to get two dances in, but even Xiu had to admit that that wasn't very many. She would have to make more of an effort next time.
She was relieved to be let off the hook when the reaper spoke up, and her smile grew a little when she introduced herself. Xiu reached out shyly to take her offered hand, giving it a firm shake. "N-nice to meet you, Hel! I'm Xiu." She bowed her head politely, and then turned back to the other ghoul, tilting her head slightly. "A-and you're...Ash, right?" She remembered the name from prom, but a quick look at the flyer she held would have confirmed it.
Shaking her head, she fell silent so that she could listen to Ash's suggestions, her tail giving a little wave at the idea of more dances. "That would be fun!" The Baku agreed, brightening up at the idea, "And a bake sale would be wonderful too! I know that my friends and I would love to contribute to that." Once again, all this talk was making her excited for the upcoming elections. What would the new year's student council bring to the table? It wouldn't be an easy job though, she knew.
"T-there are a lot of responsibilities to being a vice president though, right? It sounds like a lot of work..."

Responsibilities.
"Well. I took responsibility over the ScreeJay booth." Never mind that for the last half of the dance it had been empty while she and Cady had both been of dancing. Granted she HAD set up some songs to play while she was away! "But I'd be working with the President, right? I'd only be the ringleader if they went out of commission. So the chances of that are kinda slim, right?"
She tried to glaze over the topic of responsibilities. As smoothly as she could. "And I was at the Prom Committee, remember? That's responsible!"
Aislin puffed out her chest, the pin on her bra strap flashing in the light. "I promise to step up to whatever task I'm assigned to! I've got great ideas and I guess uh. Part of that is like... seeing it through. It won't happen unless you make it happen, right?"

Although she had already completely destroyed polluted one of the school booths by drowning it and everyone near it in a shower of glitter, Cloak didn't seem to be done with her revenge on school politics.
Ash's booth was her unfortunate next target.
As she came up to stand in front of the ScreeJay, the one-eyed trick or treater strained beneath the weight of a giant crate. It creaked and shifted in her arms and between the cracks of the haphazardly nailed boards there was motion. Gray, brown, and yellow flashes of something ran back and forth inside the enormous box.
With a wicked smirk on her lips she set it down. Then her fingers curled under the top and yanked, hard, against whatever was holding down the lid. For one moment she stared down into the swirling mass, then very gently she pressed her tongue against her teeth and glanced up at the booth.
"tsst, tsst"
One, tiny call was all that was needed before a mass of hamsters surged out of the box and swarmed the booth. Not just hamsters, though, dancing hamsters.
"Just don't feed them or they'll never leave." Was her only advice before she laughed, tossed the crate lid to the side, and moved on to her next victim.

Aislin had watched the stranger come up. A Trick or Treater, right? She hadn't thought twice about it and went back to chatting with her booth company and changing up the music that was playing. That was until she'd heard the soft call, looking up just in time to see one of the most terrifying sights she'd yet witnessed here at Amityville.
Hamsters. Dozens and dozens of them. The marched across the ground and paraded onto her booth. They formed in lines and rows and then... as if on cue the music changed and they all began to dance.
Aislin stared in complete shock and horror, thrown off of her good groove completely as her booth was suddenly covered in adorable. It made her shudder and she took a few steps back from the twirling, hip swinging, booty shaking rodents. Their little fluffy bodies swaying in time with the beat. If it had been any other creature, like Hip Bats maybe, it wouldn't have been so bad. She would have been thrilled, even. But no.
"Uhm!" She was actually completely speechless for a few moments as she just stared in a mute sort of horror.
And then she had an idea.
"Stay right there, guys!" She was speaking to Xiu and Hel, not the hamsters. She was pretty sure they wouldn't be going anywhere soon. Aislin bent down behind her booth and began fumbling around in the ScreeJay booth's open space. She knew she had just the ticket to take care of this down there somewhere...

Something caught the corner of his eye, the familiar looking speakings and table set up gave him a sense of deja vu as he read the signs about some sort of voting for student council. Staring at he for a few minutes Joachim realized that it was the same ScreeJay booth from the prom a little while ago and the ghoul that looked as if she had her hands full of some sort of little furry creatures as Ash. Merel hissed at the little hamsters all of them as they danced with the music as the reaper thought they were rather adorable, disgusting as well, but at least the whole scene itself was adorable.
"Err...hey Ash," He waved at her as he kept a save distance from dancing creatures considering Merel was still rather unpleasant with the whole idea of something her sizes was attracting attention that she wanted.
"Do you need some help?" Joachim hoped that she wouldn't need it, they were cute but not something he really wanted to touch or get near. They may have been some sort of distant relative to mice however they were still vermin in his eyes nothing like his precious mice.
