As I mentioned in the thread I was really hoping we could RP our characters! I really want
an opportunity to experiment with Dani's powers, and Straffe is the perfect character to do
that with >w> . Straffe seems to be a very friendly positive kind of person so I cant think
of any reason why he and Dani wouldn’t get on well. I don’t think she is as much of a… um,
happy thinker as he is, but she’s not exactly a Debbie Downer herself xD .

I am more than eager to RP them together, you seem to have an idea or something in mind! I am super-open to plotting and stuff and I love playing by ear and coming up with ideas as we go. I can also work fine with structure etc. (is super-flexible) I notice that Dani and Straffe both have the ends justifying the means in their personalities, this could be something really fascinating to work with at a later stage if the characters get along pretty well!

I’m cool with planning things out ahead of time or just bullshitting it xD . Maybe – since I don’t actually
have any ideas – the second option would be better. But we should at least work out a place to start, no?
Maybe we could do something like… its after class one of the first few days there and they happen to
meet at a training area of some kind? Maybe Straffe is doing some target practice xD ? (I just read your
more recent post in the ORP, lol.) Or they could meet in class? Something totally mundane like… English?
(( And you dont need to quote me, I'll get a notice just from you posting in this thread >w< . ))

lolol, well I like the training idea and the mundane class idea too. I think we could even combine the two.
Straffe's not as in-touch with his power as a lot of the other students cause he wasn't born with it, which means he does need a lot of training in it to unlock his full potential. So I can see him pulling time after-class as well.
He's pretty easy to strike up a conversation, so I can see that not being too hard.
Hmm, I have something of an idea in mind, if you want? Perhaps there's limited space avaliable in the training room and he offers Dani his spot after a few minutes, this could strike up conversation a bit... just a thought.

maybe she is wandering around with a fork looking for a training area with a power outlet she could stick it in.

Idk, I’m not much more creative than that right now. AND ACTUALLY, we could lead into that pretty well since
Conduit and Gateway are (kinda sorta) interacting in the ORP already~.

Just giving you a heads up that I'll be away for a week starting Friday morning, so if

Hello,
So continuing with what we talked about before, will Daphne be just a regular freelance journalist or she'll be Dragonfly incognito?
Don't have anything solid yet but...idk, ...here it is
Seeing Zone is too lax with disguise, Daphne somewhat recognizes him in his civi form and starts to follow him. After a while Zone realizes he's being followed and tells her to show herself ...and Zone getting ready to attack.
But something else happens,
maybe someone else will attack, (so we'll require a villain here) Zone was having a hard time being alone and contacting hq, and also the public is in danger
or
disaster strikes, accident or something
So what will Daphne do? Show herself and help, abandoning being a journalist for a bit, or take this moment as an opportunity and be in-danger herself...or something like that.
I have some idea with conduit too...but I think this may not be that time for that yet.
