I am a proud Christian, do not hold it against, for I will never hold a person's religion or lack there of against them. This is a thread to happily discuss Christianity, for me to answer questions as well as impart the joy I get from being a Christian

For me, GOD has always been a part of my life but I have only been a truly practising Christian since October 23rd 2009 that was the day I got saved, and it was awesome. Ever since that day, my life has had it's low points but it has had some amazing high points and the past month it is just amazing, my life will just get better from here on in.
How is my life so good you say and why is it because of GOD. I have an amazing boyfriend that is everything I have ever wanted in a man and he is just like my Father and Grandfather, whom are now with GOD, I know GOD and my men sent him to me.
I am running an aqua aerobics group that in two weeks I am hoping will give me the job I want and work closer to home, GOD knows this is what I want and when you strive for something the only reason you don't get it, is because it is not for you, or not for you just yet.
I went away this weekend and was completely spoilt by my boyfriend he organised everything, drove there and back, and just treated me like I was really special and important to him - the way GOD loves us.
I have a car, a home, a cat, friends, I go places, I have a job, I'm healthy and slowly getting to my goal weight, I am in a position where compared to millions of others I am pretty well off.
Put your life into perspective, and think long and hard just how hard your life is.
1. Are in living in poverty - no food, no water, no home, no electricity, no education, no access to medical treatment.
2. Do you have an STI - no matter what it is
3. Are you a young parent under 21
4. Are you a prostitute
5. Are you a sex slave
6. Are you a drug/dealer
7. Alcoholic/Gambler/Sex addict
8. Have you committed a crime
9. Served time in prison
10. Orphaned
11. Lost anything of value
12. Employed
unless you are or have any of the above, you are lucky compared to 2.6 billion other people on this planet. Your life is not hard unless you are dealing with three or more of the above topics.
GOD puts us in situations good, bad otherwise, to teach us, to impart knowledge on us, we will not get any other way.
No matter what your faith, your GOD/Goddess/Deity will provide for you as long as you put your life in their hands and follow their teachings to the letter.
Try being a truly devout, whatever religion and see what a difference your life will have and be.

October 16th 2010, Planetshakers Church in Australia, is going to the Streets of Geelong, Victoria, Australia, to raise awareness of our Father GOD our Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit that lives within the children of GOD, those who mare interested, will be brought to our Geelong Campus to be saved and experience what it is to be in church and to have a close personal relationship with GOD, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. We will wear white shirt with the Planetshakers logo on the front and be in our Urban Life-Bible study groups. It wills an awesome event and I know GOD will be by our side letting us know just what to say and how to say it. If you live in Australia, if you live in Geelong, I hope to see you around on Saturday.

Last weekend I finished my DNA course for Planetshakers City church, it was an awesome finish, and tying together of everything we have learnt over the past 8 fortnights. I made a new friend and talked to people I have not spoken to before that attend church, My body, mind and soul were awakened to GOD and his love and power to change my life for the better, I have put action into my words, and cleared my home of any and all things I do not want, need or use, to be sold or donated to charity, giving up Dairy products completely, and devoting myself to every area of my life and having balance and peace in my life.
I feel better than I have ever felt, and I hope it continues to get better and better.

My thoughts and prays are with the families that lost their loved ones in the mine at Grey mouth NZ, everything happens for a reason, for every life taken a life is given, rest easy in the knowledge that your loved ones are at peace, living in the arms of our Loving GOD, where there is no sin and no negative emotions.
It will be hard to let go and move on but one day GOD will reveal to each of you a reason, meaning and purpose for your loss.
Christmas is fast approaching. Where will you be, what are you doing, which will you be with, where you are going.
I will be with my family on Christmas day, going camping, being with my boyfriend, and enjoying this festive season remembering our Jesus Christ was born to save our souls and save us from eternal damnation.
Enjoy this season where ever you are and whatever you are doing.
I'm currently doing my Inner Champion Church course and loving what I am learning about myself with my relationship with GOD, volunteering at Church has been great I help with set up and pack down of Church each Sunday which has been very rewarding. Bible Study Group is incredible and I learn so much every fortnight.
I read the bible each day and I am determined to read the entire bible by the end of the Year, I am up to Psalms now which I think is one of the best parts of the Old Testament.
I've listened to Ps Benny Perez, Ps Bill Johnson, Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, Evangelist Reggie Dabbs, Ps Russell Evans, Dr. Creflo Dollar, Ps Tim Ross, Ps. Matt Fielder, Ps. Ben Prescott, Ps. Debbie Prescott, Ps. Same Evans, Ps. Mike Webber, Ps. Jeremy Johnson, and Ps. Rich Wilkinson Jr. Their Ministries have been awesome and have impacted on my life greatly.
How are you going on your Christian Journey?
This Sunday just passed I listened to Ps. Ben Prescott talk about GOD's love for us, and that we as Christians need to love our brothers and sisters as GOD loves them, we need to tell a generation of lost souls that they are cherished, that they mean something to their father in heaven that life is worth living because GOD wants to use all of us to bring Heaven to Earth, he wants all his children to feel loved, honoured, respected, heard, appreciated, to be acknowledged, for their interests to be valued and recognised. So come on Christians stand up and tell people that they are loved, just love your neighbours, forget hatred, envy, spite, jealousy, and just be open and welcoming, because you may be the only person that cares for them.
You may be the person that stops them from killing themself
you may be that person that convinces them to go to College
You may be that person that convinces them to stop letting others abuse them.
You may that person that makes them stop using drugs, drinking alcohol, having meaningless sex, rebelling against everything.
You may be the only one that can get through to them, just try and see what you can do.
I guarantee you, one person really can make a difference, I've seen it I've experienced, try it for yourself, GOD bless you and love you
