Zevulun: Mew? Wait... *clears throat* I mean... WOOF! <_< >_>

Aric: *Snickers at his weird valley mate.* You grow up with cats or something neighbor?

Zev: *trots over and licks Aric's nose* No but I have eaten cat before. It's pretty yummy.

Aric: Uh huh....Sure...*Notes his neighbor really is odd.*

Zev: Are you hungry, Aric? I had a good hunt and I wouldn't mind sharing with a cutie like you.

Aric: *Tilts his head slightly.* Uh...I guess I could some food.

"Alright, wanna eat in my den?" the blue coyote wondered. "...or I could bring it to yours. Doesn't really matter to me if you prefer to eat alone."

"Uh...It doesn't matter to me either I guess." Aric shrugs lightly looking to Zevulun wagging his tail slightly.

Zevulun chuckled and headed off towards his den. "Come on." he called. "You're gonna make the other animals think I'm flirting with a nut job."

Following the blue male calmly Aric doesn't care what others think at all. He didn't get out of his den much anyhow since pretty much every time he did something was trying to get at him due to is markings.

Zevulun walked into his den and laid down before the deer he'd caught. "You know, we're gonna have to do something about your markings." he teased. "It's an open invitation and to be honest, I don't want anyone taking it."

Perking his ears Aric growls softly. "Well just what do you have in mind? I can't get rid of them, and your just my neighbor. If I ever get a mate those marks are for them only."

"I want to be your mate." Zevulun informed him. "That's why I don't want anyone else to take the invitation. A cute coyote like you deserves a mate that can give you good meals like this and you gotta admit, I'm a lot more fun to hang out with then most of these serious types around here." he offered. "What do you say, would you at least consider it?"

Gasping softly Aric sways his tail side to side slowly. No one had really offered to be his mate before mostly they tried and he either out ran them, or fought them off. "...Uh...I'll think on it."

"I'll try not to take too long in my thinking." Swaying his tail Aric looks to the deer.

Glancing to the deer's body Aric's stomach growls as he sits down sniffing the body before he digs in. Covering his muzzle in blood and patches of fur as he pulls off a piece.

Flicking his tail slow the green coyote swallows his mouthful of meat. The question was a bit random since Aric wasn't picky about what he ate. Thinking it over calmly he shakes his head. "Not really. I'll eat just about anything I can catch. I do like hunting rabbits more since they are easy for me to grab hold of." Tearing off another piece his canines slice a vein open which spurts more blood onto his muzzle.
