1. I do what I want, you have problem?
I reserve the right to take as long as I want to draw as many or as few people as I want, to spend as much or as little time on your piece as I want, to tweak minor (or major) details however I want, and to refuse avatars I don't want to draw. If you don't like that, draw your own avi.
2. No tips. Please, no tips.
Saying you're going to tip makes me feel obligated to pay special attention to your piece. I know you're just trying to be nice, but please don't do it. If you absolutely MUST give away your pixels, buy one of the guildies something off their wishlist or make a contribution to the Maniac's prize funds or something.
