The few days that had gone by Mitsu had spent it collecting herself together after Prom. While she had opened up a little it seemed she had reverted to her shy self immediately after. The regular mask was back in place during the times she was not in her room or the room of someone she was semi close to. She stuttered just the same and fidgeted out of nerves but it seemed that it wasn't nearly as often. It was progress for sure even if it was only slight.

While she had visited Shun during their little resting period it was a surprise to get the call. She had been saving her money and finally had enough to buy something nice as far as keyboards went and it was comforting to know Shun was willing to help her pick something out. The wolf girl didn't even have to ask he had....just offered. It made her smile just thinking about it.

Once she had hung up her phone Mitsu was quick to get everything ready, gathering up her silver and putting it all in a bag. She was just about to head out the door when a mew caught her attention. Looking down she saw Ziggy wrapping around her feet. Normally Milo went with her but the little boafox was currently sprawled out across her bed napping.

"D...did you want to come along?" As if to reply the little acrobat cat leaped onto Mitsu's shoulder from the floor with grace, nuzzling the lupine's cheek. "O..okay then...." Mitsu seemed to stiffen a little but did not move the cat. Instead she slowly headed out the door and toward the meeting place Shun had told her.

It took her a while to get there, which was fine since she left so early. By the time she arrived Shun had probably only been there a couple of minutes.

"Hey, Shun," She rose her hand in greeting as she approached, her face hidden as usual behind her mask. "How are-" In a blur of green Shun had an acrobat cat flying at his head. If one were even able to see the little cat's face it probably looked very similar to this > biggrin .

"AH! Ziggy no!" Mitsu let out a small cry of distress as the acrobat cat latched down on Shun's head. All tails were madly twitching with playful intent. "I..I'm sorry Shun!" The lupine whined trying to help pry the cat away.

Ziggy, however, didn't want to go. The acrobat latched down onto whatever it could get its claws into before shuffling about. It was as if it wanted to say, ha ha what you mad?

Now there was panic, Mitsu had tried to grab for Ziggy but Shun had begun to thrash. Every attempt to grab was met with a dodge. "Ah! W..wait -Sh...Shun...Ziggy!"

Finally after the fourth...maybe fifth attempt Mitsu managed to grab hold of the little cat. Instantly the creature released its hold on Shun's face, a loud purr emitting from deep within its chest. As cute and innocent as it could be it curled up in Mitsu's arms as she drew it back into her hold.

"I..I'm so sorry Shun. A-are you okay?" She stammered out.

Mitsu let out a soft whimper of concern waiting for Shun to say something in regards to how he was. He was clutching his face and it looked like he was bleeding!

"N..no, I'm so sorry I had no idea she would do that." Mitsu said meekly. "S..she cashes Milo around a little but she's usually like this around me." And by this she meant the cuddly ball of fluff in her arms.

Ziggy let out a little content mew when Shun shot her a glare, all tails wagging a bit like she threatened to get back into play mode. At that, Mitsu tightened her grip around the kitten a little more hoping to keep it from jumping at Shun again.

"Is Ben okay?" Mitsu asked looking toward the dazed mini pet. Hopefully Ziggy hadn't hurt him.

Mitsu frowned to see the scratches, though that expression couldn't be seen. She felt terrible that Ziggy had jumped the reaper like that. The lupine had no idea she would react that way. She seemed to lovable. If Mitsu had had any clue she would have left Ziggy back at the dorm.

It was at least a relief to know that Bent was okay. The mini didn't look to be harmed at all with was good. Still though, Mitsu wished Shun wouldn't have been hurt either.

"Y...yeah I guess..." There was a bit of hesitation, perhaps she should take Ziggy back to the dorm? But then again the cat seemed calm while she held onto her. Even now the cat was curled up in her arms purring up a storm. "Are you sure you're really okay?"

Slowly Mitsu began to follow trying to think where she wanted to start first. The place that was closest to the maul was nice but it was almost more expensive. While they would haggle, Mitsu didn't have the gift for it and no doubt would just pay more than it was worth.

"The store in the middle of town might be a good place to start." If she could remember how to get there that was.

Mitsu gave a nod glad Shun knew where they were going. Her sense of direction wasn't always the greatest. Mostly why she hated going anywhere alone.

Her ears perked a little though when Shun spoke up. Was he...actually initiating conversation? "I...started playing when I was really small. When my parents were still around." She said softly. "It's one of the few things I remember about them." They had been gone for a long time now. She was only five when they had gone missing....or was told they had gone missing. Probably to the human world and lost forever.

"I really like to play though, its soothing." The smile could be heard in her voice as she followed closely behind the reaper. "What about you?" He didn't play piano but he had a guitar. Mitsu was still interested to heard him play more than the glimpse she had heard that one day before they studied.
