It's been brought up a few times in the spam can. A lot of people whining. A lot of people saying they'll hold off on buying until the color they want comes, which is dumb.

Um, if you don't have a Wii, that's a pretty good deal.
Nintendo is just sweetening the deal and squeezing more money out of the Wii, since the Wii U is on it's way. Doesn't sound stupid to me.

I honestly didn't think it was possible for anyone to think I was serious. Skyward Sword? Also Sports resort is a great game. Also, there are plenty of people who wouldn't get a wiiU, and at this price point can just now think about getting a Wii.

Really? Cause as far as I remember, the Gamecube only had two colors until the platinum one or whatever.

Purple, Black and Orange. Like a real platinum or you mean the silver one?

The orange one was "spice," and I don't think it was ever released in America, or at least not anywhere near launch. And yeah, the color was silver, but they called it "platinum."
