...Well... err... -confuzzled- He's in a lot of my classes... and often, I look over in his direction... He's so quiet... -_- But I think I look at him because sometimes I catch him looking at me... surprised

... You are infactuated with him... you will eventually fall in love with him... he most likely is infactuated with you too... I'd recommend that if you don't have assigned seats... sit by him... if you do have assigned seats, give him a note before or after class... try to make contact with him... try to become his friend... then slowly indicate how you feel to him...
