/ / . BOTH users must post here before a co-ownership is accepted.
/ / . Please do your best to post after one-another, and quote the person you're going to co-own with saying you've agreed to the Rights/Limits they've specified.
/ / . Colorists will check this before making you Azrein Co-Owned.
●●●● Rights
/ / . Image / Sig Rights: Allows one or both users to display the certed / uncerted image in their signature.
/ / . Breeding Rights: Allows one or both users to be able to breed the co-owned Azrein. If both have breeding rights, please post an agreement about divvying up the offspring.
/ / . RP Rights: Allows one or both users to have Roleplay rights to the Azrein. [includes Out of Character rights, as well.

●●●●xxxxxxT R A N S F E R R I N G _ O W N E R S H I P●●●● Transferring Ownership Agreements/ / . BOTH users must discuss before hand their reasons for transferring ownership of the Azrein.
/ / . Both user MUST post the forms provided here, stating that they agree that the rights shall be completely transferred from one user to another.
/ / . In transferring ownership, the original owner of the Azrein will LOSE ALL RIGHTS TO THAT AZREIN.
/ / . This means the previous owner will get NO RP rights, NO Breeding Rights, NO Signature/Image Rights, and NO OOC Rights.
/ / . You MUST delete the entry in your journal for the Azrein you are giving up rights to, and also must withdraw them from their current Herd, unless Herd leaders AND both parties have agreed to keep the Azrein in its current Herd. [MUST DISCUSS WITH KING AZRETH]
/ / . Any RP's that your Azrein has been involved in will not count towards that Azrein any longer UNLESS DISCUSSED PERSONALLY WITH KING AZRETH.
/ / . The owner you are releasing your Azrein to has the right to re-roll for the Azrein's stat and change it's dominant stat.
/ / . The previous owner will NOT receive any stats / stat boosts that you would have earned at the end of the month for being in an active RP, participating in an RP Event, or any other related Stat Boosting activity.
/ / . The new owner may choose to give the forfeited Azrein a completely new personality ; after the agreement has been made, the Azrein is theirs, and you no longer have the rights to it.
/ / . All relationship the Azrein has may either be kept or discarded, as long as there has been WRITTEN AGREEMENT from all parties.
