Zia was feeling pretty zen about the whole camp situation. All her original discomforts had dulled and she wasn't quite sure if she had lost her mind or just gotten used to it, but it wasn't bothering her now as she made her rounds around the edge of the camp. Her constant annoyance with Azzo was even wearing down. You know, mostly because, he wasn't around at the moment. Nothing to report, no lost kids, and there's the lake!
The lake side was her cue to turn around and head back to the station, but it seemed to be a slow day; The kids were getting more and more worn out as the days went on and they were definitely easier to manage. No one was getting away from their counselors to even get lost in the first place, so she figured she could take a minute and just stroll along the edge of the water and take in the scenery. Maybe run into Peter or Istas. Or anyone she knew.
Which could be a lesson in being careful what you wish for, because she did spot someone she knew. A familiar head of red hair that made her stop dead in her tracks and tense up like an angry dog.
Skye.
Or Skank, as Zia had so affectionately dubbed her. Did she turn around and leave before she got any closer? The cat in her very firmly said no.
She stood her ground.

Skye was 'patrolling' the lake in a grumpy manor. This whole camp idea was brilliant until she had been told she was in charge of a cabin. So she had to go steal their energy that was the easy bit the hard bit was the fact that she had to deal with their problems and so the lake was a nice retreat even though she was suppose to be looking for someone.
Her fowl mood got a lot worse.
"Zia." She basically hissed her name. There was no secret about the hate between these two. After all Skye had lost Chris because of her and well the fact that she had slept with someone else but she always blamed it on Zia.
"Look what the cat dragged in. Shouldn't you be out playing in the trees or something." Skye had never been an outside person which is why her job was mostly in the office - it was because of that she had noticed Zia's name on the list and was glad to see that she wouldn't be at camp, just guarding it as it were. As if Zia could guard anything.
"You should run along now Zia, you don't want to go getting into trouble now do you?" Skye suddenly had this vision of Zia being mauled by a bear and a rather large smile suddenly crossed her face before she realised and removed it.

Zia tried to relax, crossing her arms and shifting her weight to one hip. Relax and just let the b***h hang herself, that had always been her strategy before. Antagonizing, passive aggressive comments were the most Zia usually shot off back in the old days when Skye was like an ever present cancer, and they were usually followed by meek innocence and silence.
Never fight, never be rude, be a lady. Those were things Zee used to live by. Not lately, though.
"Skye," She responded to her name in turn, refusing to lower herself to hissing and rolling her shoulder as if she were shrugging it off. "Aren't you due back? I'd think you'd be wilting out here," Zia had always pegged Skye as not being very outdoorsy. She wasn't either, but she figured her 'tougher' job gave room for a little hypocrisy.
But Zia? Getting in to trouble? She laughed. If she didn't think Skye was a pretentious little girl now, she definitely did now with her new 'old soul' upgrade.
"Actually, I remember last time, you were the one who got in trouble," She said, looking up like she was trying to recall some lost memory. Then she shrugged, flashing Skye a smug smile for the ages. "I guess that's what happens when spread your legs for... well, anyone."

"I work here and am doing my job, what are you doing? Loitering?" Skye wasn't going to let Zia get the upper hand and nor was she going to look as if she really cared. Zia was a b***h a well known one at least to Skye anyway. She also knew now that Chris hadn't known everything when they broke up and she knew who was to blame for that one.
"Trouble? Well... if thats what you want to call it. At least I have guys that like me... I mean look at you. You won't get laid unless you pay for it." Skye wasn't going to take offense to Zia's little dig. It wasn't a secret that Skye tended to sleep around a bit since her break up with Chris but she was pretty much a one man girl right now and Jack was at her beck and call. Oh how good it was having a gorgeous guy as ones lieutenant!
"Run along Zia... go be a good girl... I am sure you have some piece of gossip to whisper in someones ear. We all know how you love to gossip! I am partly surprised that you are even allowing Chris to date again..." Did Zia know? She hoped not! Skye didn't know who this girl was that Chris was seeing but she had an idea. After all she had seen him with that blond girl on the first day and several days since. It had to be her.

"Oh Skye, don't be bitter," She laughed. Something had changed. The passenger in Zia's mind had washed over her and she was carrying herself with all the arrogance of the older soul.
"You can't expect to give it up to everyone with the appropriate genitalia and then demand respect. Besides, I think Chris is a little out of your league now that the petri dish you have festering in your pants is so disease ridden I'm sure you transmit STDs just by shaking hands with people. Give it up, whore, he's dating someone who doesn't treat him like a vibrator in a toy box."
He was dating someone, wasn't he? She sure was hoping so and that wasn't another bluff. She'd have to take up the issue of secret keeping with him later. He was dating and didn't tell her? Did he not trust her?
Well, actually finding about it from Skye was probably this mystery's best possible scenario of being liked by Zee for no reason at all. Chris was taken b***h! Attempting to stick your claws in him now is futile.
She instantly built up whoever Chris was dating in her mind as the perfect woman, someone much better than Skye, that's for sure.
"Back off, child, your game is over, and no one really cares anymore," And with that she continued her stride past Skye, roughly knocking shoulders with her as she passed.

"You seem to think I actually want Chris. I have a boyfriend thanks, had him for months and him alone so try getting your facts right next time." She spat the words that weren't completely true. She adored Jack but a relationship? No. They were just good friends with amazing benefits.
"Also try meeting the girl before you go on about her being amazing." Skye laughed at that and her comment about a vibrator. She hadn't known everything about their relationship as much as she might want to think so. Skye was going to let her go but well maybe part of her thought she was Sassolite and to be honest she wished she was.
As Zia bumped into her shoulder she grabbed a clump of her hair and yanked it as hard as she could.
"Time to teach you a lesson Zia..." She hissed as she pulled her back. She wasn't taking s**t from anyone, especially not her.

She was going to be happy just just strut on by and let Skye stew when the other girl decided to get physical and pulled her back by her hair. It was a shocking move, she really wasn't expecting to fight, but Zirconia had been in plenty of cat fights before, no pun intended.
She balled her hand in to a fist and swung at Skye's face in the hopes of knocking her grip loose on her hair and went for revenge in the form of a tackle.
b***h was going down. Of course she would go down with her because that's what happens when you knock over someone your currently clawing at. If she was a more logical fighter she might've taken note they were on the edge of the lake and this was going to get messy, but instead, she was just very very focused and bruising Skye's pretty little face.

Skye dodged the fist though found it irritating that she couldn't move as fast as she did when normally fighting. It was times like this that she wished she could have her nega speed and strength all the time. Skye pushed at Zia before pulling her sideways. They were both going down.
Now it got a bit dirty. After all it had been raining and there was mud everywhere and now there were two girls wrestling in the mud. It was like any guys dream. However Skye would have liked to kill Zia in that moment. She pulled at the hair as much as she could while trying to slap/hit/scratch Zia with her other hand. Anything to show that b***h what she deserved. Though Skye was also getting a fair share of the same back from Zia. To Skye this wasn't just a fight, this was like an all out war! They had hated each other for so long and at last Skye had no reason to not hit Zia and she was loving it.
