Emily and Griffin were in charge of their cabin and the rain had caused Lissy's mind to go into overdrive and so she had been out collecting! The jar had been kept tucked under her bed and the next day was glorious sunshine again!

Everyone was out doing their activities and it seemed like the perfect time to attack the two that were in charge of them. She had found her way to their cabins easy enough though apparently they were in different cabins, well that was annoying. She went into the first one she came to though. Hemlock. What stupid names these cabins had!

She sneaked in and closed the door behind her. She loved that it was left unlocked. She looked around and listened. There wasn't a sound! Now to find Griffin's bed!

She looked at all the beds and then shrugged, walking over to the closest one she lifted the duvet and emptied some of the jar contents on to the bed, she then went to the next one and the next one doing the same. She was sure everyone wanted worms and slugs in their beds!

It was nearly time for the next activity, and Griffin had gone to Azalea cabin to make sure her campers got to their places on time and safely. However, she couldn't find Felicity. She'd already recognized the girl's reputation as a bit of a scamp and troublemaker. Griffin dismissed it as kids being kids, but that was because at the moment, she didn't realize what little Lissy had in store for her counselors.

The junior counselor scratched her head and with a 'hmm' tried to think long and hard about where she'd be. She wasn't at the Azalea cabin, and she wasn't at the activity. Oh! She should check Hemlock cabin, just in case Lissy was looking for her the same time she was being looked for. Griffin walked into her cabin just as soon as Lissy had finished, and only saw the camper and the now empty jar.

"Lissy! There you are! I was looking for you. What's with the jar? Looking to catch some caterpillars, hm?" She smiled and figured that Lissy was doing as she'd done when she was younger, and would also collect a leaf and a stick so as to recreate its natural environment. "There's still some time left before your next activity. I can take you there now or we can go look for some caterpillars or butterflies!"

She was oblivious to the other creepy crawlies that were just waiting in her bed for her.

It seemed it was Lissy's lucky day! She turned quickly when Griffin walked in and just smiled. She didn't say anything until after Griffin had finished talking and she was somewhat relieved that her counselor liked to think the best of people. She probably wouldn't when she went to bed tonight!

"Yeah I was looking for you to ask if that would be okay!" She said as innocently as she could, after all she did look the part in her shorts and camp tshirt. She looked just as adorable as Istas and Ainsley.... not that she was adorable in the slightest but she could play the part occasionally.

"Do you want to come with me? We can make their own little home!" Lissy tried to sound enthusiastic but she only liked collecting things when she could do something with them. Then again she still needed to get Emily's bed as well so maybe she could use the caterpillars for that? Yep that sounded like a good enough plan for her!

Aw, Lissy was so sweet and cute, well, at least today. Collecting caterpillars and butterflies and lightning bugs and shiny beetles. She really did look innocent right now. However, what she couldn't see were the worms crawling around under her covers. She'd have a ton of laundry to do tonight when she found them.

"Sure that'd be okay! And I'd love to help, that'd be so much fun!" She smiled and offered Lissy her hand so they could go outside together. "I know a great place to look! See, there's this one tree where all theses really fuzzy caterpillars all gather. I must have seen thirty- no- forty yesterday! You can catch a bunch and I'll pick some branches off the tree for your jar, alright?" Griffin smiled, happy to help.

Lissy... sweet... it was laughable there was no doubt about that after all it was a well known fact that she was a terror and well Griffin would find out soon enough for sure. She tried to look as happy as she could but in all honesty she was bored already.

"Sounds fun!" She smiled happily because of course they were all going to be so happy! Ugh... at least she would know a good spot to get creepy crawlies.

"Lead the way! Lets go find some!" She smiled looking as enthusiastic as she could!

It was a short walk to a large red oak tree, and the bark was covered in fuzzy caterpillars. They were brightly colored, and so weird-looking. Griffin bought her excited look hook, line, and sinker. She stood at the trunk of the tree and pulled off a caterpillar and handed it to Lissy.

"Oh hang on a second!" She just thought of how good of a photo op this would be. Nice pictures of the caterpillars, as well as some of Lissy (she'd been charged with taking pictures for parents). "I have to get something from my cabin, I'll be right back!"

She set off at a fast walk and walked back into Hemlock cabin. Her cabin was hanging from one of the bed posts, and she sat on her bed for a second to mess with its aperture and shutter speed.

And that's when she found them.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYYAAAHHHHHHHHH."

Griffin screamed when she saw that worms and slugs were crawling in her sheets. She got off of the bed in a flash and patted down her shorts to make sure none had crawled into her clothes. She didn't hate bugs per say, but she didn't like slimy ones that got into her things.

Lissy. You got some 'splanin to do.

Lissy held the caterpillar and then put it down when Griffin went to get her camera... then she heard the scream. It looked like a lot of people heard the scream as there were people heading to Griffin's cabin.

"Ugh..."

Why did she go and find them now? She ran to the nearest tree that wasn't completely covered in caterpillars and climbed it. She sat in the branch and watched as people went to the cabin and then left again trying not to snigger though some looked more serious. A branch seemed like the safest place for Lissy right now!

She couldn't help but wonder though if they had noticed all the beds or just Griffins!

Griffin stormed out of Hemlock cabin and was very red in the face. To the close inspector, it almost looked like she was about to cry, too. She'd deny it, though. "LISSY. WHERE ARE YOU?"

She snapped her head back and forth looking for the camper, mad enough about the bed but feeling increasingly worse and worse about losing her, too. She only looked up when she felt something hit the top of her head. She brushed through her hair frantically, worried it was another worm, but it had just been an acorn. Was it shook loose by Lissy's climbing or did she throw it? Even if she was wrong, Griffin suspected the latter.

She laid eyes on the camper who was far above her. "Lissy, you get down here right now, or else I'll bring the Head Counselor to you." Her mean babysitter was showing. She was good with good children, but when kids were kids, she tended to sink to their level and fight back, but she had authority on her side. And she would use it- especially right now.

Lissy just grinned. It was that grin that anyone who had worked with kids knew - the grin that just said you can't touch me and I don't care. Simple as a grin was it was one of those things that you just knew would annoy you to no end!

"Erm... I think I am quite comfy up here and I don't remember there being any rules about not climbing trees!" She smirked as she looked down at Griffin - it was obvious she wasn't going to come down any time soon and it was quite obvious that she wasn't afraid of getting into trouble. After all if she didn't get into trouble it just wouldn't be right.

"You go get whats her face... and I will stay riiiiight here!" She chuckled as she watched a couple of kids run past. See Lissy knew camp wouldn't be boring!

Griffin pouted at the tree-born camper. "Well there are rules about having to respect your counselors. I am your counselor, and you didn't respect me." She crossed her arm and tapped her foot. If it was a waiting game Lissy wanted, she could. Patience was one of her greatest virtues. However, she had a different plan.

"I will go get Head Counselor Kookaburra. She can have you on a bus headed home this afternoon!" She said it all without hesitation and with a great deal of authority. As much as she could muster. She didn't know if the last part was true, but Lissy probably didn't either. "You just stay there, Lissy. I'll be right back with Kookaburra."

Now if her plan worked, she'd have used some reverse-psychology. She figured Lissy would rebel, but even if she didn't then at least she'd still know where the kid was. Plus she'd fall out of the tree eventually on her own, right? Griffin walked off with her arms crossed and called out for the head counselor along the way. She waited until she passed behind a thick tree and she hid behind it so she could watch for Lissy's next move. And then, attack!

Lissy wasn't scared about being sent home, after all if that was the case she would just hide until well... she wasn't sure. She wasn't going home though! She watched Griffin go and screwed her face up when she walked behind a tree! How stupid, now she couldn't see if she had actually gone or not!

She climbed a little higher to see if she could see round the tree but nope she couldn't see her - which meant she hadn't gone! Lissy screwed her face up again and climbed down out of the tree and then lent on it like she had seen these teenagers to do in a movie once, though they had all been dressed in leather and leaning on a wall - not a tree.

"I know you are there!" She called out to her and instead started watching the ground. Ha! There was her shadow!

"I can see you, I'm not that dumb!" She was also out of the tree! But hey she was all too ready to run if need be!
